They had exatly what I needed and that made me look around even more and buy a few things not on my immediate list. A good thing if you have a store. Their product selections are great and very in-depth.The front desk lady was pleasant and said that she had been there only 2 weeks. I get the feeling from the customer reviews and my own observations that they have a hefty employee turnover. It doesnt shine upon the management really because Covid has messed with every business in every town. Its difficult to train new employees when youre masked and feeling blue. That said, a lumber/harddware business has an even more difficult issue when the male customers dont wear masks. I probably wont come back until the Pandemic is fairly well over because macho attitudes, the devil-may-care attitudes a lot of construction guys exhibit, just mean Its all about me....you dont count. Very difficult to police as a business like this, but check out Sedona ACE Hardware and youll see full mask compliance.

The gentleman that helped me was amazing! However I was warned about Rob - a contractor who leaves peoples roofs off and when it rains and ruins their ceilings and walls he ignores their calls and texts and stops showing up.... So Rob if youre reading this shame on you for taking advantage of a sweet older lady.

The Garden staff deserve a 5. The staff in the store deserve a one. I walked away without my intended purchase after standing in line for 15 minutes and I was the 3rd person in n line. Three people in the checkout area and only one was cashiering. The other two were more concerned about the computers. The cashier was extremely slow. I had heard this from acquaintances but now witnessed a store worse than Home Depot for myself. I do not intend on returning. Something is wrong at this store. Give the garden staff a raise and hire more staff like them.

Love this store, staff are amazing. THEY CLOSE AT 2 PM ON SATURDAY. Is that a joke? How do you run a business that closes at 2 PM? Pure insanity. Its really a shame too, because the staff are so nice, the prices are fair, the store is clean, I really like this place. But it might as well not exist if its not open during hours I can shop.Home Depot in Cottonwood is the next closest store like this one. Theyre open until 8 or 9 PM like a normal, competent business.

So disappointed to see how poorly the plants in the nursery are cared for! Dead and dying plants do not inspire buyers to become repeat customers! Do they not realize that people who shop in the nursery section love plants? And are really turned off by plants dying of thirst? Just water the plants!!!

Masks required for entry and they do have the clear acrylic hygiene panels between customers and staff/cashiers.They are planning a major store update and merchandise re-arrangement, so for the time being, they are using a JIT supply-chain until they have to stop temporarily. I found what I needed for my project - a bunch of various sized 1/4 X 20 X xlength hex bolts, rope, exterior spray paint and few other items. They have an actual lumber yard in the back you have place your orders at the central inside store bull-pen desk and they will direct you where to go, and radio ahead for the yard staff to pull your order. Be ready with your tie-down stuff to secure your cargo.

I know times are hard, so I upped their rating to 3. Sad...Not sure they will survive the pandemic. I feel badly for them. I used to like to come here. Slim pickings this time and looked run down. The customer service, unlike PC (pre-covid) is non existent. Ace hardware in the Village of Oak Creek is 1/8 the size, cleaner, has the same options (or more), and their service is top notch.

I have received helpful service here in the past, but was appalled that the big burly men who work there seem to be afraid to uphold Sedonas mask ordonnance, because almost none of the customers were wearing them. I really needed some hardware, but fled in terror as I was not able to shop AT ALL safely.

Impressive selections, fair prices, and helpful staff. Not just for builders, either. Homeowners will find parts and items too. Save a trip out! Even have a kitchen design center with cabinets on display and a designer ready to help with your project.

Excellent source for do-it-yourselfers (painting, plumbing, etc.). Checkout is sort of antiquated (when using credit card there are two paper printouts). So checkout is not as fast as it could be.

My review is strictly for the Garden Center. I have been to every nursery/garden center in the Verde Valley and could not find the last 12 RED plants I needed for my garden. HAD to be red and HAD to be this week. Builders was the only place that offered to order plants for me and when those plants came in and were too orangey they didnt hassle me at all. The Garden Center manager personally helped me locate the perfect red flowering beauties I needed and packed a flat for me. I love to shop local - but rarely find this above and beyond kind of customer service! Spectacular!

I have purchased several home construction materials from ProBuild. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The main store has several items for home repair including tools, plumbing supply, electrical supply etc. They also have a good size warehouse and lumber yard to pick up most project items such as drywall, osb, plywood, 2x4s, 2x6s, etc. Their pro desk is very quick at getting new deliveries in for special order items. One of the best things is that ProBuild provides convenience with a fair price in Sedona-It saves time from making trips to Home Depot in Cottonwood.
