Just got a HP laptop and an HP wireless printer that Ive been putting off getting for ages all for under $500. Yeah me!π»UPDATE 5.29.2020Rick and Shaun did a fabulous job in taking care of me and making me feel like there only & most important customer. They went Above and Beyond, to make my purchase happen/the Best. Highly recommend!!!
Wonderful, kind, helpful staff! Reasonable prices! This is also probably the cleanest store I have ever been to in my life. You could eat a salad on the floor, itβs so clean.
The staff here is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A BIG shot out to Zach in the printing and copying department. He went out of his way to make sure everything my wife and I need was perfect. We have an OfficeMax right down the street from our house, but we prefer to drive the extra 20 miles to come here. Its because of stuff members like Zach and I hope if his manager reads this, they will do something to recognize him.
Thank you Zak - you were a huge help to my mom and I when we came in to print programs for my grandmothers memorial service. Our experience was stress free thanks to Zaks product knowledge and helpful attitude! I work for Disney so I know what great customer service looks like, and Zak is a wonderful example!
Long-haired fella working the print center this morning was less than helpful. Why does printing a few single b&w pages have to be so difficult? Been in there 3 times this week and from the looks of things he frustrates people on a regular basis.
I needed a single page shipping label printed and they did it for free! Very nice people there...unlike the UPS store in the same shopping center who couldnt perform this simple task, despite advertising that they do. Staples also has UPS shipping....and I would definitely recommend them over the Sedona UPS Store.
The staff member Chris was the most positive person I interacted that day. A Great welcome to Sedona !
Twice Ive purchased a piece of hardware here, an upscale router and wireless card respectively, only to get home, discover it was an open box returned item (not marked as such) that was dysfunctional.
Nice cashier, offered assistance when you first walk in that saved me time. Other than that, typical Staples
I really like the convenience of having an office and print store in Sedona and the staff there have always been very friendly and helpful and much appreciated, however, their take policy is very poor in my opinion. Its two weeks on electronics. I bought a head set for my phone and it broke after a month of use. They would not take it back. They do offer the option of buying a two year warranty for an extra $5, but this seems like a bit of a hidden cost. Wal-Mart will give you at least 3 months and most of the time a year.

I purchased a $ 45 printer ink cartridge on Jan 26, 2017 which didnt work, so I attempted to return it and get a replacement. The Manager informed me that this would cost them money and told me to contact the manufacturer directly to get a refund. Maybe this is a new business practice which I am unfamiliar with as usually when you buy something from a Retailer, they honor legitimate returns and they sort it out with their Suppliers. Now I have to deal with a Call Center, post off the cartridge and wait on a refund (hopefully), all of which taints the whole Staples experience.
We will never set foot in this store again. Alex and the manager Melanie are the worst example of customer service people I have met in several years. So much for shopping locally. Staples has just lost an average of $1000 per year. This is why Amazon does so well. I will be encouraging anyone I know not to shop here.
I spent 400 on cameras took them back two days later they would not take a return I had everything except box, they denied my return ! Found box on fourth day and went back with everything and still no return, I talked to President of staples and she said she cant help so now Im stuck with crap cameras. Very rude people and the assistant manager spells like and sounded like she was drunk. Beware of returns there they will not care or stand behind policy.

Ive been going to this store to have architecture drawings printed at the print service desk. I went yesterday and discovered that they implemented a new service charge. They wanted to charge me an extra $10.00 for same day service!!!!! I refused and went to OfficeMax in Cottonwood. They still have free same day service. I will now ALWAYS go to OfficeMax for ALL our office needs (my husband and I run a small business). Staples got greedy and just lost a life-long customer. Will NEVER use Staples again. They are trying to ripoff their customers.
Its the last of the stationary stores. Still great for supplies...
I wish I would have read the reviews other customers left about the return policy BEFORE making a major purchase at this staples. Just a heads up - the remarks about poor customer service from previous customers are absolutely accurate. Not only was I NOT able to return my purchase, no wiggle room, no alternatives offered (which admittedly is disappointing) but the lack of human to human empathy for my plight left me walking out of the store feeling totally unserved as a customer and unvalued as a person. Come on Staples... You can do better than this!
I was in town for a work conference and I needed to print something last minute. Eric at the Copy & Print center was extremely helpful and was able to provide solutions for my last minute print needs.
The service is so bad. I was shopping for phone cases and I got threatened to get kicked out for loitering! I was trying to find the best deal and buy something. I guess they just dont want business. The man with blond balding hair is a jerk. DONT GO HERE
Ive been doing business in Sedona for more than a decade. The team at Staples here in town have always been very helpful - they are my GO-TO when it comes to Office Supplies and Technology!
I relayed my experience of Sedona Az store on 9/10/17 to Staples Facebook page. Locally, this store has a terrible reputation. I expect some kind of offer for a bigger discount on the Acer laptop I had planned to buy at your chain. Please reply.The floor associate walked by us while we shopped 6 times, no comment or eye contact, my husband had to briskly walk after him to the front of the store and down another aisle to ask him for assistance.The store manager Angelina was completely unhelpful, scattered, distracted and told us to shop at Best Buy. She behaved like Kristen Wiigs SNL character in Target, darting from the counter to 2 places in the store, leaving us waiting.When she asked I said, no this flier isnt from the store, it came in Fridays newspaper. She left to check the flier stand to compare our flier, then the backroom and returned with a new box of fliers, scrambling to find a date of the sale. It seems a far faster, simpler solution would be to seek inventory/stock in the register/computer as the floor associate had done, on his handheld device.An associate interrupted our conversation to tell her she forgot to give the last customer the bag of products they purchased, leaving us waiting again. I had to insist they deal with that after we leave the counter. During this chatter, we decided we were done with this experience and she suggested Best Buy or other retailers in Flagstaff since it is a college town. I frowned and left her counter empty handed.We came in with a purchasing decision to spend at least $350 from the sale flier we just received and left the store frustrated, insulted and referred to another retailer.Response from corporate was to send my contact info to Angelina. I expected them to own the mistakes and offer remuneration for the laptop I plan to purchase in this chain. If not, I will go to Best Buy.
Faces the wrong way. They have little signs saying, not the entrance as you wind around the building to the entrance. Food was OK. Servings are huge!
