Stopped through on my way to the Grand Canyon and was shook by the crazy collection of crystals! They also have lots of jewelry and cultural sculptures from all over.Only issue about this place besides the parking is how overpriced a lot selection was IMO. I also feel like a lot of the items beyond the crystals are designed to seem nicer the they are…and the Sedona area is definitely a tourist trap catching you in the wonder lush of all the crystal energy.Definitely still worth checking out thought while you are in the area…also I heard they have a secondary building where you can see massive one of a kind pieces.

My sister and I love this place. This is the place where you can find all the different types of energy stone. We are so happy. Highlight of our trip.

Unreal collection of crystals! I love all of the craftsmanship that went into some of the sculptures. Definitely worth checking out while you are in the area. And dont forget to stop into the secondary building to see some massive one of a kind pieces!

Unknowledgeable staff and manager at the main store. Rude also. Especially the lady at the psychic reading building next door. She had no interest in selling any of the fine specimens at the front of the store. Dont judge a book by its cover. All of you need training on customer service. No need for comments. Just do your jobs better.

This place is now one of the official destinations of our tours. To this day everyone we have ever brought here felt the draw to one of the many crystals they have available and are SUPER satisfied with their purchase. In fact, the last person we brought here was brought to tears when she was able to get a rose quartz that her daughter always wanted.

The moment you set foot into this store, you will immediately discover a galaxy of crystals, essential oils, statues and other treasures. The store looks small on the outside, but on the inside, youll find an entire cavern of goodies to discover. The crystals can be a little bit on the pricey side ($30 for a stone that fit into the palm of my hand), so this store may not be friendly to those shopping on a tight budget. You may want to stick to the essential oils and deity statues if you cant go any higher than a $20 gemstone. But if moneys not a concern for you, if you could easily walk out with $100+ in crystals without losing any sleep, this store definitely gets 5 stars. The friendly service definitely helps.

Amazing shop. The staff here at Crystal Magic in Sedona AZ went above and beyond. My daughter was looking for a special Magik wand they were sold out but the staff took it upon themselves to make sure we got here in the east coast.

First time ordering from them and also very impressed cause I received all of my items, despite the negative reviews I give it a try and it worked out fine. I would totally order from them again and very impressed with the packaging 👍also have a free rock from them 😊👍

Sedona shop gets a 1 star poor customer service. I absolutely love the Flagstaff shop they have wonderful customer service, they know their prices, and the products they carry. You dont get asked why you didnt take pictures of the stones before bringing them to the register.

Our group entered the store and was immediately approached by a sales lady informing us we had to wear a mask so we chose to leave.After a chat with management, via messaging, we were told only employees had to wear a mask not the customers.It looked like a really nice store and, as it was our last day in Sedona, we were ready to shop for gifts. Giving 4 stars because management cleared up the confusion with their employees, hopefully, and the store looked really nice.

This is the Number One place for New Age goods in all their glory. No other store except the Center for the New Age at Tlaquepaque comes close. Religious/spiritual iconography, massive stones and crystals, magic Shamans tools, cards, music, and so much more. Yes, you can easily spend one hour here, peacefully exploring the realms of wood nymphs and goblins and gurus.

If you like crystals you will love this shop! They have tumbles, palms, free-forms, towers jewelry, lots of amethyst, citrine and quartz among many other stones/gems. I highly recommend but you will have to pay for amazing quality and its not cheap.

I bought a couple stones. They let me take a photo of a huge tree made from stones but my camera died. Next time though I will. Then I will post it.

They should try to not call customers stupid under their breath as they walk away bc of a simple misunderstanding about something on their receipt. People sometimes need clarification on things its totally fine and normal. You would think people who work around all these crystals would have better attitudes. Go to mystical bazaar instead.

This is one of my favorite stores to visit while in Sedona. They have so many stones and crystals. If you have been looking for a specific stone or crystal, this is your store to go to.

I could spend all day in this shop! The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have every stone you could think of and more! The best Crystal shop I have ever been in by far!

Get there early when parking is more likely to be available! Huge selection of crystals and collectibles and educational materials from just about every spiritual/faith-based belief system.

Overpriced selection of rather lame crystals and mass produced jewelry. Its all designed to seem really nice to people who dont know what theyre looking at, like many of the businesses in Sedona geared toward fleecing tourists. If you are a tourist passing through youre better off going to Crystal Gratitude, where you can tell they care about the energy theyre putting out.

Really cool and HUGE crystal shop. They have something for all budgets there. I gave the kids a $10 budget. My youngest was able to get one gemstone and a kid sized bracelet. Everyone found something they wanted. I got a good sized jade stone for $24. There were wax melts, incense, wood flutes, essential oils, candles, books, tarot cards, gems of all shapes and sizes. Just a huge variety. I wish I had more time to spend there.

They have an awesome crystal collection. They are pretty fairly priced as well. The staff is helpful and available to answer any questions. The selection is huge, especially for how small it looks on the outside. I stop here every time I visit Sedona. It is my favorite rock shop, hands down.

Had the BEST experience at this store after visiting 3 others in Sedona. Firstly the vibe was calm yet engaging. At other places the reps seemed distracted or rushed, which I felt. As soon as I enteredthis place I was greeted warmly. I even had an impromptu reading with Lyn just because she was kind and explained the set up/space to me in a simple manner, making me feel very welcomed like I was visiting an friend. The store organization was inviting and had a good flow to it.I got helped quickly by a smiling person. Overall very impressive customer service and products. Crystal Magic is an amazing place to go for their broad variety of gem offerings and the education of the staff. These people have been doing crystal work for decades and definitely are going to be able to help novices on their crystal learning journey. They had the largest variety of crystals to look through if the many shopped I looked at. While there are some deals to be found, I would note them as a mid price point for the gems. TheIr inventory is large so you can find the lower price points if you look. Still, if your a novice to stones, you’ll fair far better than most shops, especially if you’re an East coaster where many stones are fake, treated, or not available. stone quality overall at this shop is great. It just won’t be “rock” bottom. That said, if you’re a novice, you won’t get fake stones or any tricks here. They do a host of services as well, as I think they are a hub for solo practitioners of healing and psychic arts.

Relax, youre in good hands. Employees are not a bit Pushy, and can answer ALL questions.So treat yourself to a CRYSTAL--experience the MAGIC-- and then head over to NICKSWESTSIDE RESTAURANT for Dinner.

Theres an enormous selection of crystals, crystals and more crystals, topped off with incense, statues for your altar, and books. The price point warrants $$, but if you have extra funds, or if youre itching for a stone no matter what the cost, youre sure to find something in this wonderland.

Please dont ever say these words. lol No, but seriously, dont.Although the store beautiful and clean. I didnt feel like the Crystal Shoppes back in the day. Again, crystals have been around all my life. The energy is dead. Employees lethargic and non engaging.This should be impossible around vortexes and thousands for nearly vibrating crystals. But, they are working, like others with no connection to the meaningful work the provide of sharing tiny pieces of healing to the world.Although, crystals alone will not heal you, theyre enegries only assist with your intention work, breaking dedication and devotion to master your manifestations.But, then Ive only gained over a hundred ppl, sometimes using crystals and other with singing bowls. Im only in my 50s. So, I could be wrong that the mass marketing of crystals in a shop that no longer cares about your well being just feels a little wrong.Not, one person lifted theyre beads to say hello. There were at least 25 ppl in the building but they were all huddled behind the non-existent covid plastic barrier of a counter talking amongst themselves.So, needless to say i didnt 450.00 on crystals at Crystal Vortex.Go here if you wanted be treated like you are an unwelcome guest. Or you can go spend your money wherr they will converse and connect with about your purchase.

The staff seemed nice, but their Covid prevention practices are very concerning. I visited the store just prior to writing this review and most if not all the employees were either improperly wearing face masks or not wearing their mask at all. In addition several customers were also improperly wearing or not wearing their masks. One woman removed her mask to cough without covering her face. It was very worrisome and I left without touching or purchasing anything

I have been a long time customer of Crystal Magic in Sedona. I have always had a great experience there, until yesterday. When I was checking out with my merchandise, and it was a rather large purchase, a mishap with my debit card took place (I found out later a hold was placed on it) but rather than given compassionate & considerate customer service, I was snubbed and given the cold shoulder by staff. The way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and the employees were very rude. They were also creating an uncomfortable shopping environment by gossiping about other employees and even the owner in front of customers. I am sad to say, based on my experience yesterday, I wont be returning to this shop.

I really do love this store. The employees are super sweet and I like the energy there. Theres a lot of educational pieces for what they sell, too. Some of the items are a tad pricey.
