I went in Christmas eve and the owner Josh was so nice to quickly get a shirt printed for my sons Christmas present. He could have easily turned me down (and I would have understood) they were so busy! but he didnt. My sons shirt looked awesome! They definitely earned my business! I will be going back!

For our school we asked to have some shirts done and she got it done before the due date and they looked amazing!!!!

Since the new owner took over it went all down hill. Bad Service, and pour communication. After waiting a week to see where our product was at I was told that a message was left on my voice mail (did not get any message) that he needed more money to do the job and that it will take 15 days to complete. That was not what we agreed on. Be careful about doing business with this company.

Went down hill fast. Spent 5 minutes getting my order back, unfinished, and the owner threatens me with a body bag! It wasnt even an argument. Went from civil, to violent in the matter of seconds. I turned toe and left.He got offended that I didnt want his business.Had two girls and they quit suddenly. Wonder why?He asked why I came if not to pay, I said to get my items and see why it took so long.He had my items, pictures and email for a month and a half; I went in there and he didnt know any of that and asked for a down payment and the images before I could be put in the stack.I wanted to be empathetic because he lost employees, but pushing the burden onto the customers is not okay.I urge you to use the many other printing services in Woolley.If you wanna come into my business and insult the way I do business; I can drag you out of here in a body bag
