I had rented from them for years. At the sudden onset of the virus and my age I became concerned about the things I had in storage. I got some help to move my things quickly and the only thing the man said did I do twenty day notice. I was born and raised in Sedro and I wasn’t prepared for that I thought I would get a thank you for years of business. I no longer live in Sedroor the valley and I guess things are done differently now.

Still have a couple units there. Clean and safe. They just built some new units, all sizes. Good people. Like location on west end of Sedro-Woolley towards Burlington on Hwy 20 behind Lorenzos Mexican restaurant. U-Haul trucks, too. By McDonalds.

No problems. Good hours. Reasonable prices. Gated and security cameras.

For the convenience they are great. My aunt and grandma rented there for yrs they were good to my grandma. I needed a storage unit asap they were reasonable. They didnt have a bigger unit so I rented at another storage unit n I feel my stuff will be safer at the other unit. I have insurance just because of the lack of security. P They are 100% friendly easy to pay my bill they give u 10 days after the due date to pay. Tbh its not their fault junkies n tweakers steal even secure units get broken into. They inform you to get renters insurance on your unit because they are not liable for your stuff.

After having sold my home of 12 years things went very quickly. Sold in 2 weeks I had to move fast. Didnt even have a home set to move into. Felt I better look for storage and found sedro woolley. My parents lived near so went and paid for two units for three months. I later found a rental that had a big barn. Didnt need storage anymore so my parents went back to say those two wont be needed. They were given a refund for the two months that wont be used and after they got the units used for the rest of the first month I got another check for the remaining balance. That is what I consider excellent Good Business.

Local business, decent units/prices, maybe not super security minded, but its not missing

On november 26th 2015, i had everything i own stolen from here, there cameras views were blocked by there uhaul trucks, there outside lighting was conveniently out, the thieves came back 3 times in a 24 hour period, local police told me they had been broken into 11 times in the last year, and these clowns are telling me there not liable? I look forward to seeing you in court!!!

Ill just say we rented a U-Haul for one way its dunk there is no oil in the motor and a thing while I was driving gave me only 5.1 miles to the gallon had to call U-Haul once I got to my destination and ask for a refund and U-Haul did it the only thing Ill say is thank you to U-Haul
