Came here as recommended by Progressive to have some work done on my 06 Mustang GT after being struck by another car. I was a little skeptical at first because they are associated with Hyundai (no offense) but felt better after reading some of the reviews posted on the board in the waiting area. I felt safe about leaving my car there. So here is my own.From beginning to end, everyone was professional and courteous. They said it could take about a week, week and a have to have the repairs done. Ordering the parts would take the longest. My car was ready in two weeks. I was astonished at how great it looked when I went to pick it up! They replaced the front and rear passenger fender, electronic passenger mirror, and buffed out some bad scrapes left from the accident. It looked like there never was an accident.They also took meticulous care in cleaning my car. It was spotless inside out. I was completely WoWd. The TLC they put into their work was evident. Felt like I was driving a brand new stang. Im really happy I brought my car to them. They went above and beyond my expectations! I plan on bringing it back next year for other work. When you are in a automobile accident. You cant think straight. Dealing with an accident is bad enough but during the holiday season makes it more stressful. Anna was terrific! She managed my repair perfectly from beginning to end. Her communication with me and the insurance companies was excellent. I don’t know how she does it! Pride collision is the best and she has a great deal to do with this.

Pride of seekonk collision center was great to me. Not only did they fix my car, but they gave me a courtesy loaner car. Which was a brand new car. And my car looked excellent when I got it back. Both collision center Marc and Anna were very nice and very friendly. Always helpful and made this a seamless process. I would highly recommend them.

It was my first accident where I wasnt at fault. I had no idea how any of the collision repair process worked. I only went with Pride because the insurance company of the person who hit me suggested it as the closest to me. Sure, why not? I thought.While there wasnt major damage and no significant injury, I was expecting the most stressful process. I couldnt have been more wrong. Anna help make this process as painless and stress-free as possible. Even on a day where she was working solo she still made it a point to take the time to explain the entire process in detail. I felt like I was as important as everyone else.A week later when I picked up my car I was ecstatic. I could not have been happier with the incredible work this team did to repair the damage. The Pride Collision team was absolutely incredible from the second our damaged vehicle was picked up by a Pride Collision employee to be brought into the collision center, to the check in calls being made to my family to provide us with progress updates, and to the amazing job that they did when we received our 2016 Infinity QX60 back from the shop. Anna from the collision center was awesome !! She answered all my questions regarding my vehicle being fixed after a rear end collision . From the time of vehicle drop off to handling a rental and insurance approvals to the time of vehicle pickup I was informed of each step of the process. My vehicle will go back to pride Hyundai if service is needed in the future.

Recently needed repairs to my back bumper on my CRV. Anna at Pride helped schedule everything and worked with my insurance company to file the claim, etc. The work was done quickly and everything looks great. Thanks for a job well done!

I wish there wad a zero star rating!Waited for five months with them not returning calls and when i showed up to gigure out what was going on they told me that they would have my car in to be fixed within three days. Here we are 3 weeks after and they apparently gave my rebtal away and cant have it fixed for another week and half. Worst customer service ive ever experienced. I recomend that everyone looks somewhere else if you want a place that actually returns your calls or keeps you updated.

Was the 5th in a rear ender on the highway, and it was super stressful! The people at Pride got me in a rental and my car checked out and looking like new in a matter of days :-) Great service!
