My overall experiences there have been fine. However, this past Monday I went in to get replacement nose pads. The lady who waited on me didn’t have her face mask on properly. It wasn’t covering her nose and after she put my nose pads on she didn’t bother cleaning my glasses. I noticed this when I got into the car and I took them off and saw fingerprints all over them. I am extremely disappointed and will think twice about doing business there again. Its really too bad because I have purchased two really beautiful pairs of glasses there over the past few years.

No I have a pretty good experience at this place Ive been going here for about 3 years. But I couldnt help but notice on our last visit they dont sanitize the glasses between people trying them on they tell you to just put them right back on the shelf and they used to tell you to leave them on the counter so they can wipe them down. Im not sure if this is because I understand or whats going on but I was kind of grossed out by it. Especially since were still technically mid pandemic.

Everyone was very helpful. Now I am waiting for my eyeglasses to be finished. So I cannot comment further until the eye glasses are finished

I went to Visionworks Seekonk MA on 4/17/2021 and bought work glasses i believe they called them for the computer. As of today 5/13/2021 I still have not received them. I was told they when I bought them they would come in about a week. Now almost 4 weeks later still no glasses and I called and was told they were in the store but they are not. Lisa in the store was gong and check on Tuesday when I went in still not there. Promised to call me back Wednesday but did not. I went back yesterday and was told still not there even though I was told they were from the call station you had to call in on which I played for them. Still can not talk to a manager. Was promised today they she would talk to the manager Jessica. At this point if they cant tell you the truth there is a real problem. As of yesterday when I was there they told me they are still at the lab. This is totally unacceptable. Still waiting.

Wife purchased glasses her old glasses she see better went yesterday still not wright going on 6 weeks now going back for a fourth time today if they cant I will cancel. Never had problem at Walmart an didnt pay 5oo$ dollar

Debbie was absolutely wonderful! Friendly and followed Covid protocols. Made me and my sister feel very safe and helped us get her glasses sorted quickly.

I walked in and basically handed in my new prescription, and was immediately shown around the floor, looking for a frame. I was shown a few different frames and selected a pair. The nice lady (and they are all very nice here) offered a few other frames as alternatives. It turns out that she was right, and found a pair that fit and looked better than what I had selected. SOLD! I was told that I would need to wait a few days for the lenses to be made, and then they would call me when theyre ready for pickup. I received the call a day early, and stopped off to grab them. At first, they were awesome. But after a few hours, the new bi-focal lenses were causing some issues. I switched to the old glasses, and went back the next day. I was greeted as if I were a regular customer there, and told them that I didnt like/need bi-focals. The glasses were made perfectly, but my doctor may have been too aggressive with the bi-focal prescription. They offered to remake the lenses differently, and I picked up a really nice set of affordable, crystal clear, non bi-focal glasses a couple of days later. Now, I can read the tablet Im writing this review on. In short, youll meet some very nice, well educated, friendly people here. And it seems to me that youll end up with a great pair of glasses, too.

What a nice place!!! I brought my mom there to get some new glasses. Every single person there was wonderful. They made her so comfortable and were all very helpful. Once my mom picked out her frames ..they made it very easy for her to finish up ..and then they arrived at the store super fast. There were so many options anyone could find something to look and feel great wearing!! Great job visionworks!

The week before I actually made an appointment, I walked into the store to look around. The staff was very welcoming and allowed me the time I needed to browse their inventory. I made an appointment that day. The morning of my appointment Jessica, the manager, met me with a smile and immediately got my paperwork started before I saw the doctor. The doctor was personable and thorough during the examination. The highlight of my experience was with Shaunna. She ensured my insurance was documented in the system and sent more than an hour with me as she measured my glasses to ensure a great fit. The coupon and the savings were amazing for someone who wears progressive lens. And, I needed sunglasses which I wear year round—all seasons. Now I wait for the call to inform me the glasses are ready for pick up. I hope the lens are correct and I can see perfectly.

I currently live in North Providence and still would prefer to go to the Seekonk Location. The service is wonderful. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. They have a great assortment of frames and are very knowledgeable about all of their products.

Stopped in to get an adjustment on my sun glasses, ended up taking advantage of the Buy 1 Get 1 sale and bought a new pair of clear and a pair of sun glasses! Their Ray-Ban collection is amazing!!! So happy with how things turned out!

I came to Visionworks to purchase a set of nose pieces since one had fallen off. I assumed that. i would be getting some sort of kit to do the repair. Not a chance! After being warmly greeted, they replaced the nose pieces and tuned up my glasses, free of change. Until today, I was not a customer of Visionworks. After the outstanding service that I received today, they will now be my first choice for my vision needs. Thank you very much for being a great business!

Such a lovely staff. The manager Jessica was very friendly and welcoming. She answered all of my questions when I arrived and she helped my daughter pick out new frames. She fell in love with more than one pair so we chose the buy one get one free sale. When I was ready to cash out we worked with Lisa, who was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Seekonk ladies are amazing I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They helped me feel comfortable as I was making my selection. They explained what they didn’t like and what they liked about each pair I picked to help me make my final choice. What I loved the most was that I was able to walk out of the store feeling more confident in myself once I had my new glasses the same day. It was amazing all options were explained to me and although I’m sure they work on some sort of commission they were not pushy. I felt like they really wanted to please me and get me into a pair of glasses that looked great and was affordable. I will be back again when I need a new pair.

There are only a select few doctors here that actually know how to do their job, the others barely know what they’re doing. They’ll also make an appointment for a specific time and make you wait half an hour before they see you - not once but twice, two weekends in a row. They have only one doctor on shift at a time for the most part. Very poorly run in my opinion. Waiting for half an hour or more for my scheduled appointment is ridiculous. They will literally walk past you and not say a word.

I am a repeat customer for good reason. This location has great customer service for minor maintenance to existing glasses. I just spent hours with Shaunna picking out new glasses. She provided me with options to suit my needs and pocketbook. She was patient during this time.

My family and I get our glasses and contacts from Vision Works. Their products, selection and service are excellent! We also have our eye examinations done at Vision Works and the doctors are very through and professional. Did I mention the great sales they have!

Shauna waited on me for my first visit to Vision Works. She was extremely helpful and attentive. I feel she is a huge asset to the company. I was told my glasses wouldnt be ready for about 3 weeks and was excited to get an email saying they were ready in much less time. I feel there is a problem with the lenses visually wise. The progressive lenses are not right. I have been wearing them for almost 24 hours and cannot get adjusted to them. And I have been wearing progressives for many many years. I was told by the lady that adjusted them to my face that everything was accurate to the prescription. And the store would allow me 30 days to have my vision/prescription rechecked and they would remake the lenses if necessary for no charge.

Nice and genuinely friendly people. Had some broken glasses with a popped out lens, but the eyeglass repair kit didnt work. They had me back up and running in no time for no charge. Louisa, Deb and Shaunna were super. Will probably be giving them a try, their sales and pricing sounds like good values too.

I cant say enough good about Visionworks in Seekonk MA!! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and my son and I have had great experiences there. Recently, my sons glasses broke, and we brought them to Visionworks to have them fixed. We picked them up, and they were like brand new again. When we were picking them up, I was told about a great promotion going on, and ended up ordering 2 more pairs for my son. The ladies and gentlemen there helped my son pick out the right frames for him and made sure he got what he liked and felt comfortable with his choices. They really made him feel special. This was seriously an easy and smooth experience!! Shaunna and Jess were so patient with my 7 year old and we found some fabulous glasses for him.

I didn’t get a certain message about my vision insurance. I was told to “check my messages” by the woman at the desk. Even after I figured everything out in the parking lot and went back in to rebook they said they would check it “a couple days before”. I guess they don’t care about wasting your time. Well if you want an alternative call the Swansea Vision Center because they booked me sooner than visionworks could, AND verified my insurance BEFORE I got off the phone.

I have nothing but praise for Visionworks. My husband & I have been going here for about 3 years now & we are always very pleased. This last trip was no exception. I went in to have my glasses adjusted & noticed they were having their 2 for $49 sale. I grabbed two pairs, which were ready in an hour & called my husband to get him in to pick out 2 pairs too. His script was outdated & so they got him in same day for an eye exam. I have nothing but praise for this location & I cannot tell a lie, Shauna is my favorite person to work with.

They are great!!!! I came in over the weekend last minute and they hooked me up :) $500 at LensCrafters but instead I paid $105 for same frames and betters lenses (HD) with insurance. I will only be going there from now on.

Both Louisa and Shaunna did a great job of selling (Louisa) the two pairs of glasses that I bought and servicing (Shaunna) the pick up of my glasses. As a result both the sunglasses and the regular glasses have made my world crystal clear.Although we paid more than other retailers it appears that the product, service and quality of glasses from Visionworks is worth the cost.

I do not require glasses to see but I strain my eyes daily at work and wasn’t sure if it was medically related or if glasses is something I needed to correct that issue. My insurance luckily covered 100% of everything from the exam to the frames and lenses. My appointment was for 3pm in a Saturday, and I was seen at 315. I cannot complain at all as this place was very busy. The doctor and staff was very nice and answered all my questions. I no wat felt rushed out the door and they thanked me multiple times. I would highly reccomed anyone to go there if there insurance covers it. Please keep in mind frames that were covered under my insurance had to be 130$ or less. Some frames go up to $250, but there is a lot of options to choose from.

This was my first time going in Vision Works. I must say that I had a very good experience. The manager Jessica was very friendly and helpful. My visit was due to needing a minor repair on my glasses that I bought from a competitor, which I will never return too because they were not friendly and refused to help me. But not Jessica. She worked on my glasses and even had assistance from her licenced optician Lisa. Whom I might add is a wonderful woman. After fixing my glasses and answering my questions about insurance benefits I started to browse the selection and became happily overwhelmed with all that there is to choose from. Needless to say, I will never be returning to the competitor and will be booking my next exam with Jessica at Vision Works.

Shawna and Debbie provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received. I was desperate to get my husbands Ray Ban Sunglasses fixed last minuet for Valentines Day, and I called literally every eyeglass store in the Providence and East Bay area -- no one would help me. Finally I came across VisionWorks in Seekonk and a woman named Leslie was super helpful on the phone and told me to stop by to see what they could do. I even called Ray Ban themselves and they werent any help. These sunglasses were sentimental to my husband because his mom and dad who both past away within the last two year gave them to him as a birthday gift right before they passed. Shawna worked super hard to find the perfect screw, replace the temple tips, and even cleaned the lenss and replaced the nose buds. Debbie and Shawna created a great team as they balanced this special project while still tending to last minuet customers of the night. The women at VisonWorks in Seekonk went well out of their way to help me pull off a valentines day surprise for my husband. I am forever grateful for their kindness and skills to make myValentines Vision come to life. I will never go anywhere but to the Visionworks on Highland drive.Sincerely,A forever customer!

This is my third visit and the staff are warm, kind, and helpful!

I ordered a pair of glasses after an appointment, just for them to lose them.... So I ordered the same pair same prescription. (Mind you I have the same prescription in each eye). So this second pair Icome in to receive has one lens corrected, and I cant see out the other... They put the wrong prescription on one of the lenses... THEN I come in a 3rd time. For some reason they set me up with a 3rd check. When I told them they put thw wrong prescription in my glasses. They wouldnt agree with me... I want compensation! They were expensive glasses and I still dont even have them a month and half later. Nonetheless they are have a very polite staff and took care of it... Just very inconvenient for me :/

I had a wonderful experience here. I called to see if they had any availability for the same day, they had one appointment available so I booked it. I arrived about 15 minutes early to browse through all the glasses before my eye exam. I was greeted and checked in by a woman at the front desk. She handed me a basket to place the frames in as I browsed around. They have a huge selection for men and women!! I was called in for my exam on time and the exam went great! The doctor was thorough and I didnt feel rushed whatsoever. After that I sat down with Louisa and went through the frames I picked out. I settled on two pairs as it was the buy one get one free sale going on. The check out was a little bit of a process but its only to make sure your glasses are on point. I was told it would take 7-10 days for the glasses to be made to order. I was texted about 9 days later that they were ready, which was very convenient. The easiest part of the whole process was going in, trying them on and being one happy customer. I have no complaints about my visits. I was taken care of very quickly when I arrived both times to the store. The manager is super nice and so is all the staff there. Louisa took really good care of me and was also very helpful! Thank you so much Visionworks of Seekonk!! :):) I love my new glasses!!

Terrible service! Dont go unless you plan to get glasses there! I did my exam and only got Sphere # for both eyes. All other items were missing: Cylinder and Axis! Those are normally included in eye glass prescriptions (not sure about the regulation requirement though, maybe I shall check). When I called, they told me because I did not order glasses from them, so the measurement was not taken. Not true: all my previous eye exam has at least sphere, cylinder, and axis, no matter I get my eyeglass there or not.

I had a great experience with the Visionworks store in Seekonk, MA. I stopped in on a Thursday to check the place out and possibly make an appointment. I was greeted right away and assisted within a minute. I was able to book an appointmet for the following day. They emailed me an appointment confirmation within the hour and it had a simple online process for giving them insurance information. I arrived for my appointment and was again greeted immediately and taken back to wait for the eye exam. I was seen promptly and my vision evaluated thoroughly. I was taken back out front where I was assisted in choosing frames. It was a delightful process. Afrer making my selection the representative, Shaunna, walked me through my insurance benefits and worked out all of the pricing that I requested. She was thorough and patient through all of my scenarios. She explained that my order would be ready in a few weeks and that if it was ready early they would call. I look forward to getting my new prescription and frames.My new glasses were ready one week ahead of schedule. I walked in and again was greered right away. I was assisted within a minute.The woman, Leslie, I think, made sure the glasses fit properly and gave me some reading material to test them.The fit, feel and work well. I will most likely return soon for the buy one get one deal.

I asked if they took my particular insurance and they said they did, so I made an appointment for an exam and picked out glasses. Well, come to find out, they didnt take my insurance and it wound up costing me a small fortune. Now, Im trying to get some of the money back because they are out of my network and I lost my receipt. Trying to get a copy of my receipt is like pulling teeth! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A SCAM! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! THE DOCTORS ARE CRAZY, TOO!

I referred some friends to the Seekonk Visionworks location because of the experience that I had at nearby Attleboro. I once again heard great things. A warm greeting by their Manager Jessica, to a thorough exam from Dr. Leffers. He was then handed off to Leslie, who told her that one of their opticians would help them. Bob could not say enough great things about Deb and Lisa who helped him with his frame styles and choices of lenses while using his insurance. He told me that he even got a second pair of glasses for half price. Wow was his comment to me.You now have another customer for life

Incredible Customer Service !! - For over 15 years I have purchased my glasses at Lenscrafters....NEVER AGAIN! I visited Visionworks in Seekonk to check them out because it was close to my house. I stopped in on a Saturday around 4:00 and did not realize they were closing soon. I was greeted with a friendly smile but was not attacked by the salespeople. After a little while of browsing I was greeted by Deb. She asked if I had any questions. I told her that I had a new prescription and I was looking for a new pair of glasses and I was leaving on a business trip on Monday. She did inform me that they wouldnt be able to get them to me that day, but they would be ready for me before my flight on Monday morning. I decided to get a pair of prescription sunglasses to take advantage of their buy 1 get one free offer. Deb ran the numbers on my purchase a few different ways to get me the best deal. When it all shook out I spent about $350 on a pair of brand name glasses and lenses and a pair of Nike Sunglasses. When I went to pick up my glasses, I had a tight time crunch to catch a flight. I stopped in and I met Deb and she had a dilemma...my glasses that the lab made that morning went missing. She could not find them anywhere..............but that wasnt an issue for Deb.....She went right to the lab and made me a brand new pair within 10 minutes. She know I had a flight to catch and she dropped everything so I would have my new glasses for my meeting. - ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! - My story doesnt end here.......I realized that although my new glasses were made perfectly to my new prescription, they did not feel quite right. I went to have my eyes examined again and realized the my eye Dr. wrote me an incorrect prescription. UGH!! - I just spent $ 350 for glasses that were not right for me because my eye doctor screwed up! I went back to Visionworks to see how much it was going to cost me to get another set of lenses for my new frames and I was informed by Jessica, the manager that she would order me new lenses for both pairs of glasses and I would have them in a week...for FREE! - You could imagine my surprise - Well I received a call this morning from Deb letting me know that my lenses were in and if I came in today they would cut them to my frames. I stopped in and 20 minutes after I got there I left the building with 2 brand new sets of lenses in my correct prescription - AT NO COST to me.. Even though they made my glasses perfectly to my prescription the first time around, they made me new lenses when my eye doctor is the one who messed them up! - I will guarantee you I will never go anywhere else for glasses again and I will also tell anyone who wants to listen to me what a phenomenal experience I had with Deb at Visionworks in Seekonk.
