Wow, hobby lobby has everything to offer, especially if your having an event, gift and dress up items for the home, party 🥳🎈 stuff and slot of decor stuff.

So, on Monday, September 13 I went there to have a original art from my friend framed. It took me a while to find the right frame, and it took me quite a long time to pick the right color background board. i asked a gentleman in framing for help. He was very helpful, helped to finalize my frame and agreed to attach the art with 4 dabs of glue in corners on top of the color board. That was what my friend artist recommended.the gentleman said, that it will be ready on Wednesday after 2 pm. So, I went to pick up my framed art on Friday 9/17. The gentleman I made order with, was on vacation and my piece wasnt framed.I asked a new gentleman if he can do it. He asked me to hang around the store and he will call me. But he talked to the manager and she said, that they will not attach the art to the color board, as not to damage the art piece. I said, ok, I will do it at home than.I got an idea, that i will buy a glue and before they close the frame, I will attach the art to the board by myself, so I wont have to take everything apart at home. I came back, the gentleman was still talking to some employee, my frame wasnt touched. OK. I suggested my idea to him, he said, that he has to ask the manager. The manager said, that this is not a self help center and I cant do it there. For some reason, I thought that they like framing the art, since they have the framing center! I politely thanked them and this was my last visit to the Hobby Lobby.

Definitely the best Store for crafters... My best friend and I go at least 3 to 4 times a month. You can find good prices and excellent customer service.

USED TO BE 5-STAR PLACE - however, some bird-brained manager decided the asinine idea to CHARGE for BAGS was a GOOD MOVE! 👎A better alternative would have been to INCENTIVIZE use of reusable bags by offering a discount, rather than PUNISHING non-use with charges (ten cents for paper bag - that was OVERLOADED and TORE before reaching my vehicle - freaking JOKE)!Paying attention in a basic course of Psychology 101 would have been beneficial. As well as some customer retention work . . . Unless this imbecilc situation is remedied - AND QUICKLY - can expect to be losing more than a few faithful customers!Should probably consider signage on aisles as to what is contained therein and more efficient checkout systems while getting store updated to modern standards.FAILURE! 😡👎

Always a fun place to shop! Be sure to have at least 1 hour.. you will definitely look at more than you came for. There are always sales going on, I even picked up new crafts that I never intended to. 🙂

Love all their products but man you have to watch everything thats rung up. Almost every time I make a rather large purchase they managed to charge me more than what they should be charging me because something is always on sale. Didnt realize till I had read the receipt the day after I made purchases for the store that I run that they charged me full price for bags which should have been 50% off and fake bakery items that should have been 50% off were also run up at full price. This had marked the fourth time this had happened in a month and when I called they told me I had to bring all the stuff back in including the receipt after I had already opened the bags. Well have to make the trek to the Warwick store from now on. The key to Great customer service is to try to avoid inconveniencing the consumer/customer. I think they need to reconsider their policies.

Hobby Lobby is a great craft store. They have a little bit of everything at really good prices. I would give 5 stars except checkout there always takes forever. They need a better system, or more registers open, to make things move faster.

You can spend all day in this store, they have a little of everything here. Any home decorating or art project you may have this is definitely the place to check out. Art, furniture, fabrics you will be surprised. Plenty of staff to help find things and lots of parking.

I love this hobby lobby, very spacious and the layout here is customer friendly. I usually feeloverwhelmed in most major chain stores, unsure where location of things are. But this one makes it easier to find items, which means I can spend the time saved to browse around. Always clean and everyone there are so helpful than then surrounding locations.

Lots of cool stuff, I will admit I only come here if I cant find what Im looking for at other near by craft stores. They are a little to pricey for me personally. My last trip I found what I needed an more :) Giant letters where from here an a few other things I happen to have taken photos of.

This Hobby Lobby totally surprised me... They had cool items such as shoji blinds, aka room dividers! So cool! Im definitely going back.

Great place so much stiff

The head cashier told me there was 2 full time positions available. Ok. So I asked to talk to the hiring manager to ask about the positions. She takes one look at me and says they aren’t hiring. I do have some tattoos on my face but they are tasteful not like gang related or anything. They discriminate against you. And before you say I might not have been qualified I was an assistant manager at a phone place so I have retail experience.

Wouldnt it be nice if customers who took the time to shop in the Hobby Lobby were actually valued when it came to check out time.

Another place that you go to if youre looking for specific crafts and it happens to be a seasonal one you better know what you want before the season happens or the shelves are empty.

Fun place to shop for seasonal items. 40% off Easter items including bunny and lamb TY stuffed animals. Lots of beautiful and fun decor for home/office.

It was a little overwhelming at first because it was so big. But after walking around a few minutes you find all the gems In the place, really great for decorating your home and there is so much to choose from. It was my first visit but will definitely not be my last

Holy craft haven! If you need inspiration for kid activities this is it. Endless activities, farmhouse style decor. Very reasonably priced and somehow didnt feel cluttered. I shall return.

The staff needs to be taught better customer service skills. Love Hobby Lobby still!

There prices are way to high for only 1 store surrounding 6 towns.

It was my first time there and I had no idea what a great selection of home decor products they carried and so much more! Ill definitely go again.

Fun store great prices.. very hard to find someone to help. They have pointless silver bells to tap when in need of assistance which is sooo tacky. And when you break down and tap the bell 🔔 hopeing for help theres a person over the intercom anouncing that you need help rather than helping. The oddest thing Ive ever experienced. The dumbest set up. Especially since it doesnt work

Id never been to a Hobby Lobby until this last weekend. Id been to many Michaels and previously A.C. Moore before Michaels bought their stores. While not as polished looking as day Michaels, the product selection is quite good and the prices competitive. Ill definitely keep them on the list of places to go when Im looking for craft supplies for myself or my daughter.

The staff was rude. I realize retail isnt easy but telling me you have no idea where something is and pointing in a general direction is not CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Was at store 566 in Seekonk mass management I talk to Rachel, when talking to her about a coupon which is not why I write this I actually write this due to the fact that the management there Rachel said to me a customer that she was not losing me as a customer but hobby lobby was in those exact words I find that this should be unacceptable that they don’t care how a customer feels or sees things at all. I asked to speak with district manager or get district managers number was giving hobby lobby‘s customer service the district manager name is Joe I would appreciate a phone call back it has been Logged with customer service so you should be able to find my phone number I requested a phone call back because if this was a manager that was running my business I’d be very very concerned. And she seemed more worried that corporate would get her into trouble if she honored after even acknowledging that I was making a very valid points. So if district manager Joe reads this please reach out through customer service I would love to talk to you. Also I feel like the customer service people could care less to which is pretty sad. Will not be shopping at hobby lobby or any hobby lobby place and that’s too bad because I actually like them due to that they close their stores on Sunday for family.

Just hoping overall as a company they would update their hardware and software systems like include scanners at registers so the wait time checking out isnt time consuming. Get on that technology train will ya?

Nice store unique items out of date management and p.o.s. system. Dont be in a hurry, they have to look every other thing up . We shopped for 30 min and stood in line for 20. Lots of upset people walking out.

Love this store, has alittle bit of everything

On 10/20/20, I went shopping at Hobby Lobby in Seekonk, Ma. As the cashier was ringing up my purchase, she asked if I would like to purchase a bag for 52 cents. I was outraged. Since Covid-19, in all stores, customers were being told that we can’t bring in our reusable bags. Now, Hobby Lobby is charging you for a reusable bag. When did the rules change? I would have brought in my own bag if I knew I could use it.It would have been better if they offered me a paper bag and explain the new rules for future shopping. Not very good customer PR.

We visit Hobby Lobby regularly for our crafting and home decor needs and this is by far my favorite location. The store is always well stocked and the isles are clean of clutter and misplaced items. We are always able to quickly find a store associate to help with any questions we might have. The options for acrylic paint are the largest I have found in the local craft stores.

Not many crafts mostly home decorations. Aisles incredible narrow, very difficult to maneuver carriage around store.

While Hobby Lobby is a great place to get decorations and other crafting items, its a bit on the higher end, in terms of pricing.Additionally, their owners are religious and make their beliefs widely known, which has been known to discriminate against certain groups, which makes it hard to want to shop here when they insert their personal beliefs into the shopping experience. Its the one thing I do not like about this place.Other than that, the building is accessible via ramps and automatic sliding doors, and the shop itself is very well lit.

My Daughter Dragged Me Here I wanted Everything Xmas... I was losing My Mind. Although, I found items a Bit Pricey even with The Half off I had 5 Items $72.00 Shessh... The Sad Thing is I must go again they had Everything I need for My Winter Wonderland I do Xmas Big Every Yr. I not even finish I do the whole wall I need many Items from the Store. Lol.

They always have the best stuff. I like baking, scrap booking and planners. Hobby Lobby has the best selection for each of my hobbies.
