We purchased a full bedroom and living room set from the Seekonk store about three years ago. Everything went smoothly and you can’t beat the delivery and set up fee! Went back this year for another piece and the customer service was fantastic after having a dreadful experience with a local furniture store I will never shop at again. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was wonderful until I contacted them about an issue I was having with my furniture. The owner apparently gave me a bogus 5 yr warranty and his daughter pretended to not have me on record, though when I gave her my invoice number she asked, Are you Rosa?. I was then transferred to the father, who in a last ditch effort to get me off the phone, said he would call me next time he was in my area and look at the issue I was having with the furniture. That was about 4 months ago. Needless to say I no longer recommend them to anyone and Im sure they will be out of business soon, just like any other mom and pop shop who get ahead by taking advantage of their customers.

Purchased a complete bedroom set from bob at furniture clearance center for a reasonable price. Service was great and made my wife very happy.

This place is horrible I do not recommend this place to anyone I ordered a sofa loveseat and a bed room set they kept on sending me piece by piece come to find out it was from the show room floor when I got the furniture it was damaged they used marker to try to cover it up the damages awful place when i finally got my real order it took 3 months bad business awful and rude people especially bob the boss dont believe the hype about this place its a joke

I purchased a mattress and box spring set from them.After only 6 weeks it is lumpy and not holding its shape.I first called them on feb. 17, a couple weeks went by and heard nothing.I went to the store and they said customer service only makes call backs once a month. It is now april 4th and they have yet to call me .VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
