I ordered a very expensive flower bouquet for my friends 60th Birthday yesterday a few days ago. After I placed the order, I received a confirmation email right away and thought we were all set. But then yesterday, around 3:00 pm, I had not heard from my friend that she had received the delivery, so I called the shop. I called at least eight times, but nobody picked up the phone, and it was not possible to leave a message. I then emailed them but didnt hear back from Rose until 9:00 pm. At that time, the flowers had still not been delivered to my friend. I emailed and tried to call a few more times, never heard back from anyone. The flowers were never delivered to my friend; no explanation or apology was provided.I am a very generous and patient customer, and I know and understand that sometimes things happen out of our control. But what happened with this order and how beyond poorly this has been handled by this florist is unbelievable and just terrible. I truly hope that nobody else will ever have to go through the same issues and frustrations.I just disputed the charge, and I strongly believe this company should not be in business, especially not in the flower delivery business. If there was an option for no star, I would have chosen that.

I was not satisfied with my order at all ( Rose Romance ) DO NOT get the premium package it’s definitely not worth it. The purple vase was the only best part sad to say.

I was so excited to receive these. Delivered in a beautiful box and wrapped in hessian they have recycled from coffee makers. It was nice to receive something so different - so bright and it has been 10 days and they are still going strong!They use unique, quality flowers and when I emailed them to ask them a few questions they were so friendly and helpful.I had these delivered to my workplace and they make it look so happy and bright.Thank you so much!

I wanted to deliver flowers to my sister, who lives many Provinces away from me. I tried to send flowers from a local store, in her small village, but after I picked the flowers and went to the payment page, I was advised that there would be no deliveries on the day I needed the flowers to be delivered. Went in there this past week and was so gross. The store was not clean and staff was rude. They wanted to charge me fifty dollars for 3 carns and 3 roses.. too much. Never going back i dont know how these people can treat customers like this. When acceptance of delivery was refused, the company was called and I was told that I would receive a FULL REFUND of $99.29 to my account. NO REFUND 8 days later! Only shop HERE if youre interested in POOR SERVICE /ZERO SATISFACTION and RUDE RECEPTION! This is poorly placed at top of flower delivery for my area in GOOGLE search. Warning to All Customers......This establishment is the worst florist I have ever experienced in my life!!!The online flower arrangement which I purchased, was NOT what was delivered. Apparently they can substitute your order with something completely different, without properly notifying their customers.As well as NEVER delivering an entire order of chocolate covered strawberries which were Purchased and Paid for!I called customer service on numerous occasions, only to be continuously hung up on the phone by an employee and rudely told there was no manager available to speak with regarding this matter. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism!! I was ripped off and never refunded for purchases that were never received!

My order has never been delivered! I paid 90 dollars! I tried 1000 times to call them on the phone...and nobody ever picked up! I sent them 4 mails asking for reimbursment and nothing! I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife during valentines. This company delivered a less quality floral arrangement with different color flowers and did not include the standard love note that I wrote for her. I called to complain and they offered to pick up the arrangements and change it for a new one but at this point is too late.

So disappointed in their service! I ordered the Get Well package which included flowers and a balloon. I then paid extra (which was way overpriced) to add a teddy bear. The deliver was to the ICU unit at a hospital and the card specifically called out the balloon and bear. Yet, they still messed it up! They only delivered the flowers. I called them immediately when I found out. The woman on the phone told me that they were too busy to go back and deliver the other items I paid for. Well, you wont continue to stay busy if this is the service yall deliver. Seriously, not worth it. Overpriced poor service. Here is hoping I get the refund for the items they did not sent. If not, then plan to be hearing from me again.
