He truly went above and beyond in helping my parents better understand when speaking in Hmong, and it helped to make it an overall smooth and easy experience for my family. We were also very impressed by the owner’s hard work and kindness, with having the 2021 Honda Civic Hatchback programmed as soon as possible for our test drive! Selma Honda is usually pretty booked so I do my best to schedule ahead of time. Even with scheduling ahead I still needed to come in sooner. The service center took me in as a walk in at 2pm and had me out by 4pm, not bad for the extent of service I needed

So far this place has been VERY friendly and their buying process seems to be quicker than other dealerships I have been to. It has a cute little Pacman game to keep kids entertained and they offer free coffee and water. Very clean inside and good selection of vehicles with great prices and the 20 year warranty on New vehicles is a major bonus! Alonso was Awesome! Come here and ask for him.

I was very happy with what Richard was able to do for us. I know it was not the dealers fault that they had my car for a month and and half, parts are hard to get right now. My complaint is that I wish Honda would address the issue with their vehicles, there are complaints all over the internet with people having the same issue as us. Do the right thing and do a recall.

I love their costumer service. I bought my Honda in 2013 and I loved the whole experience, plus I visit them for my car service. Very honest staff and the really own the promise of getting a free oil changed after I pay for 6 oil changes. The always washed my car as a courtesy service. Great waiting area with amenities included.

We went on Saturday and purchased our new CRV Hybrid and decided to go back on Monday and bought our new civic.They worked with us on our trade in vehicles. Highly recommend this dealership. I feltwelcomed the minute I got there. The workers there guide you through every step needed to purchase a car. Today I visited Selma Service department to have my vehicle inspected for a vibration. As I met with the service advisor I informed him I had a scheduled appointment for 8am and I would be leaving the vehicle. He informed me they only perform oil changes on weekends, So I asked what the purpose of an appointment was my vehicle was less than 3 months old and vibration had started just a few weeks after purchase, his reply why did you call sooner, I explained I did but appointment we’re 4 to 5 weeks out, he indicated it was probably the brakes and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. Now If I want to drop off the vehicle he couldn’t make any promises whatever that means. So now we diagnose vehicles without actually inspecting them and make the assumption that whatever it is it’s not covered.Selma Honda -this is the second issue with your dealership first with your sales department losing my spare key and making a half a dozen calls to resolve that issue and now with your service department who could care less about the issue who first says they can’t do anything to ok maybe but know promisesI travel 70 miles total to go to your location today not to mention my second car who was my ride back. 140 miles traveled for absolutely nothing to be treated as if I was there for something for free. You lost a customer today. Your service department lacks the basic 101 skills on how to treat a customer.Paul Padilla

Perhaps one of the best dealers in California. I have been struggling to get my parents a car that they would enjoy. I’ve been to multiple dealerships and started to loose hope in all the salesman until we got to meet Jesus Lopez from Selma Honda. It was an amazing experience! Wild other salespeople make my father feel uncomfortable, with Jesus my father was super comfortable. Almost like if he knew my father for a very long time. He explained all the cars he showed us if like he had built them himself. He has a lot of knowledge. My father is 70 years old and I absolutely loved he explained everything to my father so easily that my father came out a professional when it comes on using his new car. My father came out with the knowledge to even explain all the features to my mother. I strongly recommend Jesus López. He’s a different kind of salesman. He won’t hustle you. I can guarantee once you buy a car from him you would want to go back to buy another because of how efficient he is. I wish he would work in BMW or Mercedes. #jesuslopezbestsalesman

Typical salesmen trap... I really want to believe that one day sales at these national dealership will do business with integrity. But I must be dreaming. I went in to buy a car for my daughter. What ever we said was our buying points. He came back with the same. Not even better. So we didnt buy. When I got home I learned I could buy the car with 2000 less down payment. And the payment will be lower. I would never reccomend this dealer to anyone. Unless you want to play a bad joke on them. Shame on Selma. I will continue to h a te car salesmen. Until you learn to treat others as you would have done unto you. You will never inherit the good.

First time to Selma Honda for my car check-up and Joshua was able to help me when arrive at the service area was amazing. He checked me in very fast and was able to direct me to the waiting area where there was free snacks and drinks. (That definitely comes in handy when you have a child with you while waiting for your car to get fix!) Joshua was nice to come back and let me know my car will be done soon while at the waiting area. A long list of issues from sales, service to management. My latest encounter has to do with the battery which has a 100 month limited warranty. I understand that at some point i would pay for a new one after the determination of usage. Example: if i have used 30 months, it should be prorated from there.But no! Selma Honda service guy told me he would not honor the supposedly warranty. I advised him i would call Honda because its their name on the battery. He proceeds to tell me, No problem.Thank you but i decided to purchase another battery from another store. FYI: the battery is 100 month battery tagged with the year July 2018.

The worst customer service I have had anywhere. I would give them no stars if there was an option to do so. The service department here is not competent to work on non-honda cars. The service manager there is very rude and lacks any and all manners how to treat a customer.I called them on Tuesday May 9th 2017 to get a price quote for an oil change. The person said he would call me back. He left a message with a price of around $75. So I went to them that afternoon but they were busy so I scheduled one for the next morning. While I was there he gave me a quote for $58. I signed the paperwork and he said they would call me once it was done. I also asked them to check the air filter as well. As more time elapsed and I had not heard from them, I called them back that afternoon to see what the status was. He said they had not started yet as they were trying to get a hold of me on the phone. I never received any calls from them BTW. He said they had not started because there was a price discrepancy and the total now would be $71.99. I agreed to the change.An hour later he called me to say they were done. I asked him again if they reset the service interval notice on the car and he said they did. After paying the cashier and started my car, I noticed that the service interval was still on. I asked them to reset it and they said they already had. After going back and forth with another service rep, who gave me many bogus reasons about how that was normal, I asked to speak with a manager. As they realized that they could not do this service, they asked me to take my car to an audi dealer. I told them this was going to cost me additional and wondered why they did not tell me this in the first place and that the dealership was not equipped with tools to work on an audi. The manager initially told the rep to give me partial credit and then rudely changed his mind. He said I was being rude to the people there, just because I was trying to explain that what they were saying was incorrect and that the service interval warning should be reset after an oil change. He later told the rep You know what, dont even give him any credit. Just give him his keys and get him OUT of here!When I asked the manager for his business card, he said NO! He said to call the owner of the dealership if I wanted to talk to someone higher in rank than him.Notes to the dealership:If you are going to work on cars that have an onboard computer, then please get a VAGCOM diagnostic tool so you can take care of simple resets like the one my car needed. It is fairly inexpensive.If you are incapable of working on cars other than Honda, then be upfront about it.And if you are going to be rude to customers who spend their money at your establishment, dont take their business and chase them out of there unsatisfied.Notes to the service manager:You are a service industry. And these days, a bad review will cost your business money when you dont treat your customers right.Also, check the attached photo of your service receipt. Notice the quote WE WANT YOU COMPLETELY SATISFIED in bold.Well Sir, I am NOT SATISFIED!
