Service Department: I had a great experience today when visiting the service department at Toyota of Selma. My Tacoma was making a funny sound from the back end after just a month after I purchased from this dealer. Jonelle was my service rep and she made sure to keep me in the loop with what was happening with the Tacoma and what the technicians were doing to correct the issue. She was professional and prompt which I greatly appreciate from a customer service standpoint. At the end of the day it turned out to be something small that was an easy fix. I would say to give yourself some time as it does take a few hours to get your vehicle diagnosed and then worked on. Overall a great experience and I’m happy with Toyota of Selma.

Came in looking for a 4Runner and ended up working with Sergio Mejia. I’m the type of person who knows what I want and have a hard time settling for anything less especially when it comes to such a large financial decision. This can make it a bit challenging/frustrating for salesman, however when it came to Sergio he understood where I stood and didn’t try to push me into considering another car that didn’t meet my requirements. He worked with me to see if they had/ could provide what I wanted. I never felt like I was a bother due to the challenges I brought and didn’t feel like I was being forced to make a decision right then and there. We had a great experience at this dealership! I decided to buy a Tacoma earlier this year, but had a hard time finding the right truck due to all the inventory issues. On a whim we stopped by Toyota of Selma while passing by and had a chance to talk to Ricky Mimms. Hire a lawyer before you buy a car here so he explain the contract to you because they will lie to you just to get that signature and move on to the next. I’ve bought 4 cars from here and never coming back again, because of my last purchase. The finance department are thief’s, Lee was the person I signed with and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign with him due to his usurious acts. He tell you one thing and six months later you owe double what he told you even though you are making all the payments on time. I would recommend you take your business somewhere else where they don’t rip you off in the long run with interest and promo charges.

Great staff, but it was hard to get over the fact that they neglected to mention that vehicle was reported stolen on the history report. Honestly I felt that I was almost fooled into taking out the loan for it. The unfortunate thing was a fellow Veteran was part of the team trying to sell me the truck. I might have continued the process with a different truck with them if they were honest from the very beginning, but unfortunately I could not over look the way the day had played out. We had gotten a hold of David Alvarez. He was a salesman there and told him what we were looking for. The car we had seen earlier online was sold so he had another car ready for us to check out. It was a GMC very nice. We got there and he greeted us and he showed us the car and he asked us if we liked it and we all said Yes.! So he said lets go for a test drive. Looks nice, drives smooth. He was tell us about the car as we took it fir a test drive. We drove back to the lot. And went inside and started the paperwork to purchase this car. We talked about price and financing and we got it all arranged and we made the deal with David and the other people there and a deal was made. We took pictures with us and our salesman David Alvarez. And we took the car home. Thank you so much David Alvarez for all your patience and work you did for us to be able to buy this car. We appreciate all that you did for us. Waited for 10 minutes for the service department to answer the phone to set up a Toyota care appointment. They never answered, so I politely advised the receptionist that I would happily take all my future servicing needs elsewhere as they obviously do not need or desire my business. I highly recommend driving to San Jose and visit Stevens Creek Toyota. They know the value of customer service and appreciation.

Went there to just price a truck for a preapprove loan with my bank and ended up driving off with a 2021 Limited 4Runner (I did not see that coming). Issac and the manager that night hooked up the deal so sweet with extras that I couldnt turn it down. Purchased new 2019 Rave4 hybrid Limited. Told we had 5 free service on vehicle. We are seniors and don’t put many miles on vehicles. After a few months they wanted us to come in for service and inspection even though we only had few miles on vehicle. Went in and they checked everything out okay. Good service and friendly staff. On our 5th. service inspection and oil change we wanted to wait a bit longer to have oil change done since it was our last free service. Service personnel said okay so we made our last appointment in October of this year 2021. Went in and discovered our 5th. service inspection and oil change had expired. I explained the other personnel lady never said anything about an expiration date when we made the appointment. It ended up Farhney would not honor the last service inspection and oil change. 😞 Sad.The lady who made our last service inspection and oil change never said anything about expiration date and sadly we had to pay. Other than that the service was good.

In Las Vegas, NV, theres an old law stating that no new vehicle shall be sold on a Sunday--hence new car dealerships are closed on Sundays, which is when we preferred to go window shopping.So, when we made reservations to Yosemite the last thing we were thinking about doing is purchasing a new Tundra TRD pro. It just so happens that Selma Toyota was only a few miles south of our hotel, and after checking in on Saturday my wife finds that there are Tundra TRD pro trucks advertised online--and wants to go LOOK at them on Sunday.We only saw the pre-owned TRD pro Tundra when we arrived, and began to head to the showroom area to look for any new Tundras when a group of gentlemen walked out. I turned to my wife & told her now you have to talk to someone. And, thus, we got to meet Chris, and the guys.Selma Toyota has a great team! You can say that they definitely exceeded our expectations. (I wasnt expecting to drive away with a new Tundra)Chris, you have a great personality and friendly misdemeanor, and if I know of anyone going your direction I will definitely recommend them into your hands. Had an appointment with Jimmy to discuss about a price I got through my work place online. Jimmy took the time to help us even if he noticed the difference between the price of online and in the store. He asked the proper question. Everything was good up to the point where the Internet sales manager (African man) dont recall if he said his name but he was rude and have poor customer service. Spoke down to us and even raised his voice when I asked him questions about the difference in the prices. I would of been more than happy to do service with Toyota of Selma but that man messed it up. He needs to coached on how to talk to people. Maybe thats why hes on the internet side of the business. So that he doesnt have interaction with customers. I would never go back or recommend anyone to this place and be treated like we couldnt afford a new vehicle. I could of cashed out the vehicle but Ill take my money elsewhere.

Walked in to get a car and was shown some vehicles it was all simple, Thomas was a good sales man new his stuff, he didn’t rush the process of looking at different vehicles, ended up leaving with a 2020 Colorado, and the paperwork was smooth and as fast as possible. I don’t really leave reviews but I had a good experience, it was later in the afternoon and normally people rush everything to get home on time, but this wasn’t the case

I was specific about wanting a new car with zero miles but they ignored my request. Their markup is insane. Michael Toyota and Clovis Toyota have way better deals. Talk about taking advantage of ppl.

Very helpful, wanted to cut straight to the chase and they obliged me. Low inventory, but we got what we came for. Daughter loves her car. The only thing I didnt like was the finance guy trying to up sell some warrantys after we worked hard on a fair deal. He was very adamant. Overall, very pleased with the service sp far. They do need bigger chairs to comfort bigger people. I stood for 4 hours

Pao was friendly and helpful during our car review and selection experience. Didnt feel any pressure from the sales team and the negotiation went fairly smooth. I was a little disappointed as the (new) car I purchased did had a steering wheel problem. I only mention this as the last car I purchased from here had a similar problem (new car as well but different model and > 9 years ago). No worries though, the problem was resolve quickly by the great service team after scheduling a service event. No missing star as the problem is most likely with the MFG and not the dealer all though they did perform the final inspection ;)
