Great customer service. We were able to find the perfect pair of boots for our daughter. It is her 1st pair and they made the experience great with lots of knowledge about how to find the perfect fit and style. We went back a few days later and got work boots for our son. Great experience both times!

It was my first time at this store me and my wifeor very impressed with a lot of nice clothes and boots they have here I know they trying to take safety measurements the management and one employee they were there I dont know if they were short-handed they were very helpful plus I mention my price match on the website they were very happy to give me the discount plus the alarm me to give me a 10% off not a lot of stores allow you to do I was very impressed with this this is why it is 5 *I read it also because the manager was very polite and helpful

Although I live in Fresno, this location was well worth the drive! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It is significantly larger than my local store and the clearance selection was very impressive. Im not the easiest customer so, when the staff remained professional AND courteous, I was impressed. I will be going back. OFTEN!!

Management very unprofessional. Didnt have a updated list from the company I work for after I showed it from my phone. I called the day before to see if they had it. They told me yes, wasted my time and gas. Will make sure others that they lack in customer service. Will contact there corporate office.

Great experiences with Selmas Boot Barn!I was able to get help from a young gentleman on 5/31/19, who was able to look up on their in store Kiosk, to see if a boot no longer available in store, was still available online (which they were). Then by the time I tried on that Brand to order correct size, a young lady, helped me by putting in the order for me on the Kiosk.They emailed me a confirmation on the order & possible delivery date.They were to be shipped directly to their store (sometime between 6/10 - 6/13), for me to pick up).I didnt ever receive a confirmation of delivery however, but while in Selma on 6/25, decided to check with someone there about if they could give me any info (hoping that they were no longer in stock).Well, another employee by the name of Julie, called to find out for me....And low & behold, my boots had come in, they just didnt show my phn # on the order, to call me to tell me they had received the shipment.I Definitely Recommend shopping local @ the Selma Boot Barn, due to Excellent Customer Service there!!❤❤❤❤❤WAY TO GO, GOOD JOB!!!

Just perfect like my boots

Stopped in to get some boots at Selma location and was told I had to wait in line outside due to COVID-19. They are only allowing 10 people at a time in a 10,000 sq foot store! That’s 1000 ft per person. Seriously Boot Barn?! You lost a customer today because of your idiotic managerial decisions. If I could leave 0 stars I would. ✌🏻

I have to share my story...I had been struggling for boots for my daughter because of her wide calves and I was hesitant to go to Boot Barn because I did not want to make my daughter feel bad by someone making a rude comment: So I pushed my luck and walked in there, the moment we walked in Yesenia walks up to us, greets us and asked if she could help and made us feel right at home explained our situation and she just goes no worries, I can help and started bringing my daughter one boot after another she went way out of her way to and took care of us. She is awesome she even help me with the price range. .. She is GREAT!!!!.. Yesenia and on a personal note :Keep up with you humbleness and your great service it will open a lot of doors for you. Not the best boot barn that dont have many options! I would recommend going to the clovis boot barn.

I cant get over the way I was made to feel my last visit to the Selma Bootbarn. I literally was treated the worst Ive ever been treated at a store before. I asked for a pair of scissors so that I could open an online order I wanted to check out before leaving the store, thinking i would return it if i didnt love it. Long story short I was looked at 10 different kinds of crazy and seemed to be an inconvenience.

They have lots of nice stuff.. But the workers are the worst..

Clean organized place. Right prices. Definitely your cowboy place or pro work boots

Love this store. Cleanest of the 3 stores I have shopped in. Always organized and the staff is always helpful. The 3 stores are: Hanford, Tulare and Selma, CA.

If you need a boot and you got the money for it. This is it. They have ALL styles, sizes. But I took one star away becaue not everyone can afford boots like that.

This is the second Boot Store that I have found to be very welcoming and friendly. Sioux Falls, South Dakota was the other store that was friendly and helpful. All the others that I have been in, especially the Fresno CA store was the worst.

I really like the store but the staff was horrible they treated me like I was an inconvenience to them. This was probably the worst customer service I have experienced.

Every time I go there I tell myself that Ill never go back . I always have to look and chase someone down for assistance . Ive never In my last three visits been asked if I could be helped . Terrible customer service . If they dont like their job get rid of them so they can loaf on their own time .

The service is better in person rather than on the phone. I got hung up on twice and waited for about 7 minutes. Went there in person and got treated well and found what I needed in a few minutes.

Wanting to buy boots there just wanted to make sure they were in stock before I drove 1 hr away. After talking to two people they both asked me to hold and they would help me after waiting for 20 mins the manger got on the phone and said they could not look for. They should have said that in the start instead of making me wait. She was very rude. Very rude customer service!

The cashiers are slow and forgetful of their passwords to even get on the register to make a sale. Took me two hours to get one pair of boots and I was the first person in line. Seems they have more time for personal calls then making money.
