Good service and nice associates. The selection of some items was lacking, but what can you expect now after all the virus panic?

Ive had a few bad experiences at this Selma store and will not go back again. They have multiple fishing products in the wrong place so the price you think it it is different when you checkout. Ive only gone there lately to get worms because they are the only place in Selma that sells them but they were all dead. And again a lure and Dodger I grabbed were both put in the wrong place they said. I also waited for 10 minutes in line while watching 3 employees talking to each other. Finally after 10 minutes and Im next in line o e of them open another register and say next..oh thanks.

Didnt have much choices. Staff was ready to close then help customers.

The employee that helped me was pleasant and helpful.

I like having this store here in town, and I was able to find my wife a pair of hiking boots where I couldnt find them any where else in her size.

Friendly helpful staff they always welcome meet as i come thru the door. good selection w/fair prices. highly recommend

This location has definitely declined, needs a remodel, very dirty, restrooms are closed, management bickering with staff.

Do not come here, they have the most rudest employees . always having an attitude towards their customers . and they take forever to assist you, just talking about there own business instead of helping the customers . do not come to this place all the employees are pathetic

A little over priced, but much better service than the mega store next door! The people have always been friendly and helpful, and I have never had to wait very long for help. While I have preferred stores that I go to for sporting/outdoor goods, they are much further away. This store is great to have so close.

The staff was awesome. Great service. I bought my first firearm today, payed with my debt card and I ended up owing $5.00 I had to race home get some money and race back. They waited for me the whole time. Thank you Jesus, you are a great person and a even better employee. Thank you

Wish i could give this place less stars. i went in and not once was i smiled at or asked if I needed assistance... Even when i attempted to smile and be friendly to the cashier and the man behind the gun display I was greeted with nothing. Not even something as simple as a a smile. Dont go here. And to the manager please retrain your staff to be more helpful. Thanks

They always have a good sale on just the right things needed. People that work there are always helpful and the management... very polite and good beyond the norm to make sure Im happy with what ever I buy.

Well organized, really fresh inside, has the items you expect but overall needs more variety of items, its kind of packed down for the size of the store. I found everything i was looking for so Im happy with my purchase.

Not once was I greeted or acknowledged while shopping. I had to wait for employees to finish talking before somebody helped me at the register. The mens active wear section is very limited in Stock and sizes.

Very helpful people, nice and organized.

Went to go buy a Kershaw Knife they had on sale. They handed me the one that was on sale but when it was scanned, the normal price came up. Their response was that it must not be on sale even though it was where the sale tag was in the glass case. The manager said it was a mistake and to choose something else. Had to argue to get them to honor the advertised price. It was an ordeal and probably wont go back to this location.

They printed my hunting license wrong. I called and was told to come in and theyd reprint it free of charge because it was their mistake. I came in and they refused. Called me a liar when both my husband and I were on speakerphone to hear what they said. The manager admitted it was their mistake and still made me pay. Not to mention they are rude as hell.

Expensive. Sometimes they have shoe sales but out of date shoes. Aisles are very close together so its difficult to maneuver if there are other shoppers. Not easy to get someone to help in shoe department.
