What I love about Game Stop is the customer service. Ive been to quite a few and their employees must be trained to greet and help customers the minute they walk in the door. And able to answer all questions immediately. Store is always stocked with collectibles and games and always very clean!!! Highly recommend!!!

This is my favorite GameStop to come to. I did stop coming for a while though but the issue has been resolved, which was a manager and hes not there anymore. The staff here will talk to you and its always fun to talk to other people about games!!

I ordered a refurbished red Nintendo Wii with a motion plus controller. When it arrived it had a cheap third party controller from Hong Kong that wasnt Nintendo brand. The power cable, sensor bar and audio/video cable werent Nintendo either. The system wasnt even fully red, it had black doors on the top in place of the red ones. The employees here tried to argue with me that the controller was official Nintendo. I shown them the battery cover was blank where it would have said Nintendo and they said ya thats just the battery cover the controller is still Nintendo. Nintendo has never made a white Wii controller with a sticker on the front that says PLUS nor have they ever made an all white motion plus controller. They had an attitude while doing my return.

I went in there earlier today to return a game that I had bought last Thursday. A young guy named Josh or so he said - said he was unable to give me a refund because I was past the seven-day return period. I told him I bought the game exactly a week before and he said that they count the day it was purchased as 1 day. I called the Visalia GameStop and they said that wasnt true and he should allow me to return the game. I explained to him what they said and he still didnt offer to refund. I ended up going to the GameStop in Fresno on Blackstone and Nees. They returned the game - No questions asked. This kid totally lied and just for that I will be returning a brand new game I recently purchased from them. They lost a sale and customer because of this liar.

Never answers the phone and when they do they want you their n hold for 10 min or more and never got back on the phone called back and now they won’t answer at all so unprofessional people working their need better training in customer service and on learning on how to get back on the phone

The staff is friendly and helpful, being a small town they dont always have what Im looking for but they are still great to me every time I walk in

I purchased an Xbox One tonight. Service was phenomenal, but I got home and there was no controller with the system. Kinda hard to use when you have no remote. Since I dont live in Selma, this is going to be a hassle to get the rest of what I purchased.

Not a store for as parent I like to shop but, when I have to its a good place and employees are good.

Called around yesterday (10/12/18) to see if any of the GameStop stores had an extra copy of the Black Ops 4 Pro Edition. The Selma location confirmed that they had and would place it on hold it for me until the end of the following day. I arrived the next day(10/13/18 at 2pm)went over to the counter, and asked for the game. After a 30 minute drive, was informed that they had sold it due to a mix up. They had sold one of their preordered customers games to another customer by mistake, so they had given that customer the one they had placed on hold for me. Rather than apologize, the woman at the counter stated, Our preorders come first. Terrible customer service. Another worker noticed that I was upset, yet he still attempted to persuade me to purchase an accessory to the game. After declining, the woman attempted to send me to a different store! This is ridiculous! Work on customer service, accuracy, and ask for a phone number from customers in case of an issue! Safe to say that I will be alerting all friends and family not to spend a dime there anymore.

I have gone to the same GameStop for years and could honestly say that the store have not changed, the people have but not the welcoming, respectful and polite staff is still there.

I visited on black Friday and the staff was very organized about the approach. An Employee named Nick walked around and tried to help everybody. The only negative was the store is usually cluttered on a normal day.

Game stop in hollister is great the employees there are very informative and helpful every single time I go in there and with 5 kids trust me Im always in there every time me and my kids go in there we leave with a smile keep up the great work game stop!

An item was in stock online for almost a month, called to confirm if it was so I could make a 40 minute drive to pick it up, in the time it took me to get there, they put the item on hold and refused to sell it.

Sold my best friends son a non working Xbox and refused to return or refund the money even tho it was under 30 days

The cashier was very friendly and answered all my questions.
