I am moving on. I have been going here since 2008. Something has changed. It just does not feel right anymore. Overall, service has changed for the worse. Overall costs have increased and it seems like extra charges pop up in the name of high tech exams. Yet, they are unwilling to accommodate my requests as a client who has been with them for over a decade. My last visit was 2019 and I was unable to make my 2020 appointment due a crisis in the family. I was not asked why I missed but I was responded with a punitive action for missing the appointment. I wish you all well, but I found a new optometrist and I am hoping for a positive experience just like I had here at Dr. Kings in the past...Bye everyone...:)...Best wishes...

Last time I have been to Dr.King was in 2009 and finally went again recently. Found out that I needed glasses and Dr.King clearly goes over everything after the exams. They have some of the latest technology to make sure you get the most accurate exams.I highly recommend him and all of the staff were very kind.

I was referred to Doctor King by another doctor, and I don’t believe I could get any better care any place else. The staff is great and the office looks great! Dr. King is amazing but his staff is not. I have been going there for over 30 years. Last week I called to order contacts and low and behold my prescription was expired. I was never called to make my yearly appointment. Every year they call and advise or email me, nothing this time. Then I tell the staff just schedule me for the only opening they had. I called the morning of to confirm and they said I’m not scheduled.

Dr. King keeps complete digital records so any changes to eyesight can be reviewed within the context of patient history. Dr. King invests in the latest technology so the exam is quick and very thorough. His staff is very helpful with the selection of new eye ware if needed. I highly recommend this small business.

I felt the exam was very complete, the staff was friendly and competent and Dr King was honest and told me that a new prescription for eyeglasses would help much. Referred me to a specialist for cataract evaluation.

This place has a good eye doctor but when it comes to billing they are a joke. No matter what you pay at the office visit you always seem to get a bill for some hidden charge! This was told to me but I didn’t listen since I had 2 insurance and never had to pay before at any other office. Lesson learned

The only complain I have is thar my appt. was at 3:50pm and I didnt get called back until about 4:30 getting out at about 5:30 so I didnt have time to get fitted for lens/contacts. They had already locked the doors. So I have another appt to go back. I am one of those that hate it when doctors over book or run behind with no consideration of the patients time, I am giving him the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just one of those hectic days for them and not a normal day. It was my first time there. Aside from that, the office staff was kind and welcoming and the Dr. was professional and explained as he went along the exam. I have recommended him already to family members.
