This is a little late in coming. This particular response is to events (In part) from last summer but my problem still exists.3 yr 3000 hr warrantyHave a $100k machine w/1800 hrs that is experiencing a very small combustion gas in coolant issue and has for some months. Talked to my sales guy and he says I am 24 days past 3yr mark on warranty and he is sure that cat will give me no good will. I was and still am hesitant to take my machine to their service department because of past issues with them charging me for damages they created and repairs not done as requested,Trying to speak Through their chain of command and then to their management proved difficult and stressful (you know, they smile and say ok got ya but not really listening and thats about where it ends for them) and I have had to take some time away from dealing with them. All of this has lead me to purchasing No less than $280,000 for similar replacement machines from competitors.I really do Like their products (performance wise) at least what I have tried and may one day buy from them again but not for a while.Also to be fair, IMHO it may not be totally their fault, I started a business with very little exposure/experience to these big equipment companies and have since sort of become acclimated to the culture and realize now that it happens more than one would like with allot of them.
They do not call back, even if your trying to buy a piece of equipment. I believe in total I have called, left messages, been told I would be called back about 8 times. Guess there management doesn’t care about much bc their teams sure don’t.

Sometimes you need to take care of the little contractors and stand behind your mistakes and on enough occasions you havent. You do not seem to be able to communicate as individuals or as a group so I will pay my bills for work not performed as requested and fix damages you have created and will be moving on to a less stressful relationship with someone else.Sincerely, Just another customer
When I was working back in 2001 Quinn is good one there word on all there equipment would of like to have worked for them
Parts department is very unorganized and their ordering policies make it easier to order online than from the dealership.
