It is definitely warehouse large. The way it is laid out plus the isles being so large & very well marked it makes for stress free shopping. Places this size tend to stress some people out. This store is very clean & organized. I really have nothing bad to say about them. Almost forgot to say I am referring to Food 4 Less in Selma, Californa. Oh, & their prices r good also.

The store was clean and it wasnt too crowded. Prices are low to moderate. There were not many employees on the floor but things really werent that hard to find. I just had to get a few basic items for the house on my way home from work. The produce seemed somewhat fresh maybe 7 out of 10. I dont go to this location often but I would probably go again if Im in the area.

When I am able to get everything on my grocery list at reasonable prices, its a win win situation. Not a fancy store, like some higher end stores, but all the basics with friendly and helpful employees. Have shopped here for many years and will continue to do so.

I bought some doughnuts & pastries for an event but they werent needed so I returned them later that day. Very easy return (with receipt). Clean store. Lots of selection and produce. Giant carts fit easily down giant aisles. Its right across from the Holiday Inn, where I was staying.

My God this food 4 less is the store this is the most easiest store to find anything in if I got they got people there to help you can you believe it can you believe that what Im looking for stuff and I asked the clerk they know exactly where it is they dont even know you I wish more stores were like that

I used to have this store ranked as a 5 star, but consistently now for the last 6 months to a year, it has been a 2. I used to go here for everything and them some, because I knew theyd always have everything I was needing, and I wouldnt have to go to multiple places to find it all. Their prices werent always the cheapest, but getting to save the gas and time of just shopping at the one location made me not care about paying a little more at times. Now when I go not only can I not find everything anymore, but Im literally leaving with nothing in my cart the majority of the time. I sometimes still run over to get something, forgetting how now they probably wont have it, and Im always reminded why I dont go by anymore. Its been a total disappointment, and I have to make regular runs to Fresno now for all my groceries.

This place is my go to for protein and produce. The fruits and veggies are always fresh and vibrant and the protein is sometimes the cheapest in town.

Prices are ridiculous. Nobody there knew where the cottage cheese was. 🧀 Selection was not good with limited options In the frozen section for breakfast. Wont go back.

The store was clean and well stocked. Food for Less used to be my go to store. Now Im a Winco shopper. They seem to have more selection and their prices are by far lower than Food for Less. I will still shop here but only when I need a few items.

Really helpful employees. I couldnt find old bay seasoning because they were out of stock but they let me know their next shipment date, but lucky for me they had additionally selections available. Food 4 less usually is well with having things stocked. Their helpful customer service never disappoints. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not only were my purchases made fun of but his unprofessionalism was rubbing off on other employees. I normally come to this store for all my major grocery shopping but I will definitely be going elsewhere for a while.

I would rather buy my groceries here. Most staff are nice. Always get through quick. They do add in new products often. Love the Mexican bread and hot full chicken are 100 percent better than Walmart.

The girl at checkout was super sweet delightful with a great attitude. Someone coming off work very tired is drawn to people like that. She gave my 4 year old the food for less sticker that normally goes on the soda etc. And he was ecstatic. Wish I could remember what her name was.

I you would like to save some money this is the place to do it. And it is a great shopping experience, with very courteous service and employees.... So take a drive and check them out.....

I love Food 4 Less. I moved out of the area years ago but whenever I am in town visiting family it is my go-to grocery store. Granted you have to manage your expectations...if youre looking for some fancy high end grocery store you will be disappointed. If you want to grocery shop in a low cost store with wide aisles, a good selection and great prices this is your place.

Never had a problem with this location until now. Cashier was rude and not one bit courteous. If you are having a bad day dont take it out on the customers. Keep it to yourself. Service with a smile is always appreciated. Work in the back if you dont like people.

Its a quick grocery stop for me, I can be in n out in 5mins as opposed to every other grocery store in town. Employees on the floor are always quick to help or point you in the right direction and my number of favorite cashiers went up from 4 to 5 cuz like the other 4 she was quick, friendly, easy to talk to and very easy on the eyes..

Since my last visit there are New refrigerators for frozen product and items have been moved around. The store was clean and my visit was good until I paid for my groceries. I purchased three plastic grocery bags @ .25 and they were faulty. The corners of the bags were sealed and so the bags would not open all the way. I told my cashier who was now leaving for her break. Her response thats how they came . That was not acceptable. I asked her to call a manager. She walked away and then I see her at the next register paying for her items. I then ask the cashier in the next register if she can call a manager. The manager was running a register and so I had to wait for her while my groceries along with 2 pkgs of ice cream and a gallon of milk were still on conveyor belt. When she did come I explained what happened. She stated that my cashier did tell her I was waiting. I said she did not let me know that she had told someone she just walked away which lead me to believe I was being ignored. The supervisor on duty offered new bags which were just as bad or worse than mine. She gave me a refund (which I did not really want as I needed bags) she then let me keep the bags which was nice of her. My reason for taking time to write this is in hopes that if management /buyers read this Please check your product and if you know its faulty DO NOT sell it.25 cents is 25 cents.Thank you.

Dont regularity shop at this store..stopped for only a few items...but noticed that it was quite clean,ample aisles,fresh fruits & vegetables were nicely organized...customer service from cashier needs to improve when greeting guests with a smile not frowning as if theyre doing you a favor when checking out!

Fairly good selection of food items. Staff was pretty helpful and friendly. The store seems like it could have used a little more attention when it comes to cleaning it. Another thing I learned on my most recent visit was that they only carry beer and wine, not any hard liquor.

They are quick at the register when your paying. At the deli: they are Fast, good, quality and excellent cuts of beef and my dad favorite pork cracklngs

I visit Selma, my home town, only one weekend every year to attend my high school reunion and to put flowers on the graves of friends and family. I make two visits to Food for Less while I am in Selma; the first to buy flowers to put on graves, the second to buy fruits and vegetables to take home. They have a wide variety of high quality fresh fruits and vegetables, and an excellent meat market. I always look forward to my annual visit to the Selma Food for Less.

Its like Costco, but cheap and nothing is in bulk besides the jalapenos in a can maybe. Maybe its more like a Safeway, but super Hispanic. 5/5 love it. Wish there were better avocados. Thats bout it. Btw dont buy the vegan chorizo. It tastes like salty soggy cardboard. Unless youre into that thing 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sale items are limited. Selma store expensive, hard to make grocery dollars stretch here. Bring your own bags! Paper bags have no handles and rip easily. Can purchase plastic reuseable bags with handles for .25

This store has really increased its selection of products and Im very impressed by it. I find myself shopping here more and more.

I usually shop at Ralphs in SoCal where I live. As Food 4 Less is also owned by Kroger, I wanted to check them out while I was in Selma. It has a warehouse-style arrangement, but the produce looked very fresh and there were great bargains, especially near the entrance. The staff was polite. I was surprised that I didnt see as many Kroger branded items stocked here. I will shop more often here whenever Im in town.
