I’m a first-time glasses purchaser and the staff at the Optical Center in the Severn Walmart made me feel welcome and provided top-notch customer service. The manager and my associate, Romela, were friendly and helpful. As a first-timer, I was nervous about what to expect but they answered my millions of questions and made sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. I highly recommend the staff at this location!

Great Experience. I cannot begin to thank the staff enough. I went in with a (very)bent frame with the hope to buy a new frame from them. They were able to to fix my current frame and put the lens back in. It is like having a new pair again and they saved me the cost of new frames. Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Contacts and glasses arrive in a few business days. They do a good job of sanitizing, temp checks, etc. because of Covid.

The Doctor at this office is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. I will definitely return each year for my annual. Contacts are a great price. The office was not busy so I was able to go right back to see the doctor. The other staff provided great customer services as well. Wonderful visit.

Went for an eye exam for me and my daughter the eye Doc was so nice and it was pretty quick which was great! Also got glasses for both of us great selection to choose from!!

I have been seeing Dr Strong in the vision center for years. He and the staff are courteous and professional! They will also price match contact lenses which is great.

The staff is knowledgeable and even told me about charges that another eye center had illegally charged me for a minors glasses.I can always get an asap appointment. I love them because great customer service and good quality for your money are hard to come by.

Dr.Strong is great! He was my eye doctor years ago before I got Lasik and now is my kids eye doctor. Very good at his job, nice person and very professional. The others who work there are also very good and helpful.

Worst customer service! I have bought glasses here twice in the past and everyone was friendly and helpful. However, this time was a different story. I was actually told Im busy, can you call back? What kind of customer service is that?!

Came in to simply pick up contact lenses. They had one person working and she had a 25 min conversation on the phone prior to helping the customers in front of her. What made matters worse was she was talking to the person on the phone about how rude and impatient people were being in the store. One person walked out. If I had my prescription on file anywhere else I would have left as well. Terrible customer service!

People were nice the NIKON dual surfaced/dual sided lenses suck, do not buy glasses !!!I spent almost $500.00 on glasess and am about to return them for the third time. the field of vew is so small that i need to move my head back at 45 degree angle to read my computer. As it is 30

Auto care keeps you on hold forever

There is never enough people working, the workers never greet you upon walking in except the manager . They have really bad phone etiquette and just overall a bad vision center
