Only been here once for a quick stop for cash but it seem ok, clean, organized, but havent done anything so judge at your own experience or other reviews, but the set up is very gd

First time purchasing chicken at this location and it will definitely be my last. It was fried EXTREMELY hard until it was DRY. The guy was rude, just standing there texting on his phone. He hardly vocialized the order number. Overall, not a great experience. Ill drive the extra miles for quality food and nice customer service.

I ordered a three piece with western cut fries. The fries were ok,OK, the chicken was old and dried out and not fit to be eaten and had to throw it in the garbage. So if you order chicken from this location check your order so you arent disappointed and cheated like I was !! It should of never been served to begin with !!

Hash browns so greasy stuck to the package and thats after they were laid directly on the counter. Waffle and bacon not worth the money, barely warm.

I stopped by this store at 2:30 am. It was neat and clean. Barbera & Ian were very nice and friendly.

Thank you for Hiring Sally and the young man that goes to Morgan state University( I forgot his name but he works at night ).. Sally And the young man are the first persons I have seen in at this location in 2 years to wear a hairnet and Gloves. After Barbra left that store has been a mess. I am happy to see a new crew being hired at this location. I stopped coming to this royal farms and started going to the store on Linthicum. I hope this Royal farms can step up and be an example now that a new crew has been hired I am excited for the new hires and hopefully a great change will come do to the new hires

The chicken in here use to be good but no more now you get less for more money Thd chicken pieces have gotten at smaller the wings especially Wings are the size of 12 Oz water bottle cap

The Diesel pumps are the worst Ive ever seen!!! They pumped extremely slow so I took my business somewhere else.

Employees with mask down to there chin. One employee (lady) prepared herself a sandwich handling the food no gloves and her mask so low i could see her lips. I dont care if she prepares her food without gloves but to put her hands in the lettuce and tomatoes that everyone else eats from is very unsanitary.

By no means is this a bad review for chicken. Chicken is always great! But something HAS to be done about this food alarm. It is the most piercing most awful sound as soon as you place your order. And it is LOUD. Its so bad its making people not want to order and tonight I almost walked out because of it. I was just there and the customers and I were having the same thoughts. The employees couldnt get to the alarm because they were busy helping customers. By no means the employees fault I want to make that clear. But ROFO, its completely disturbing customers and making your employees time working there horrible. Please look into another way because this is making you lose business. Especially at 3:30am/early in the morning. Its awful, your employees and customers are suffering from it. Please look into this.

So Ive shopped this royal farms since it first opened. After today I have decided to never shop here again for breakfast or coffee. Well honestly anything outside of what I can buy at 7-11 (drinks, chips, tobacco products, and lottery) .When it comes to ordering food dont order anything other then chicken or fries, outside of those things they never follow directions and no one outside of Mrs Carla and the lady who works over night with red hair can seem to follow the directions. For instance this morning I ordered I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits with butter and selected the option for my bread to be toasted. The biscuit wasnt toasted but thrown into the microwave. Now the coffee has gone down hill drastically..it use to be the coffee was above average. But it was as good as 7-11. This morning was the last straw for me I selected their dark roast and it was basically colored water. Idk if they are using less coffee when making it but it now lacks the flavor and aroma of coffee. What I could taste was the creamer I put in, well a waterdowned version of it.My favorite thing to buy because it is in my opinion one of the better values on the menu is the double bacon cheese burger and fries. This use to be made in the oven they use to toast the sandwiches but now on multiple occasions has been made in the microwave. Ive seen a drastic change in the quality of the food.This is why I say if you want anything other then the chicken or fries save yourself the disappointment and drive the 30 seconds down the road to McDonalds, not only will I save a little money youll get exactly what you expect.Now customer service here in my opinion is almost always the best around. And is honestly the only reason I wont leave a 1star review. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. And its honestly becoming one of the only redeeming qualities of this particular location.

If youre ordering food, make sure its something like chicken or potato wedges that are already made, otherwise you are going to wait forever. Four people preparing food and only one was actually preparing food. Oh until the person who had ordered as I was standing there waiting for my stuff ordered and had her food (chicken tenders that were already made) ready before she even paid. Nobody started on my order until after I paid and was waiting by he pickup counter.

$14.00 for a car wash that leaves the car still dirty. Hood and the trunk dirt all over never touched. 3 strikes your out even after it was repaired left more dirt then before it was fixed.

Teach your employees before you let them work. Two men seriously argued with me about my order. A simple banana split milkshake. What did they give me twice? Strawberry smoothie. How do u not know the difference? I gave up n left with the nasty smoothie bc they already took forever and there was no one even waiting!

Our order was totally wrong, so we kindle bring it to the attention of the men working behind the counter. Nothing but attitude and sass. Very annoying. We were patient, it wasnt busy in there where a ton of people were ordering, but we were still given so much negativity. Well if its wrong Im going to need it back (meanwhile the food was already on the counter with our receipt) then after our current order was brought to us we say thank you, have a good night! And literally the older man preparing our food just slammed our sandwiches on the counter and walked away. Here Like, okay its not my fault, ugh.

Absolutely the worst customer service in the history of customer service. I wouldn’t eat there if they paid me. The guy in the deli caucasian salt and pepper hair wore glasses is beyond the rudest employee I ever encountered. Will not return.

I asked the person at the register to take off the yorgurt since they are charging people for yogurt and dont even have the yogurt for the smoothies. He took off the whole smoothie and didnt give me my smoothie at all. I asked how to ring in a smoothie with no yogurt and I REPEATEDLY talked over. And ignored. She finally came over to the screen so only sarcasticly put in orders for multiple beverage drinks but not once show me a smoothie that didnt include yogurt and left the screen frozen. As Im banging on the screen to unfreeze it she walks away and ignores me after wards. So I drove all the way to royal farms for a smoothie and am not going to pay for things you dont have (yogurt) and that constitutes to being ignored like I dont exist. NOT how you run a business. ALL Royal Farms around Fort Meade should be RESTAFFED If the employees dont wanna work. dont have them there.

Why is if every time you leave a Royal Farms you smell like fried chicken all day? It’s terrible. Every one is like that. Is this the only business on the planet that can’t afford proper hoods and kitchen ventilation?

I am rating this specific RoFo 2 stars, this place smells like no other.. They must not change their oil, it smells detestable. I have been to many other locations and none smell like this one. Management please get it together, you guys have came a long way from the little shack you guys once had, bout time you stepped up to the plate.

When they rebuilt the store and added gas pumps, the store got bigger but the inventory and variety got smaller. Its adequate and the chicken is good but I miss the old store that could sell you luncheon meat by the pound.

Chicken wasnt even cooked all the way through. Only 2 employees in the whole store, and the receipts are unreadable. Everything get cut off on the right side. Very unprofessional place. Ill be getting gas only from now on.

I been in there about 2:30 a.m in the morning . And the guy behind the counter serving the food had a bad attitude against the customer and I ordered a chicken box and he gave me the wrong stuff . He was yelling out the numbers for the orders and a attitude way .

I have gotten chicken from here 6 times and always it is over done and it looks like cut-rate pieces to boot. I will get chicken from almost ANY other Royal Farms except this one. I waited to post my review until I felt as if I had given them a fair chance and after six purchases over a 12+ period of time I am inclined to blame management and ownership for the cheap pieces of chicken and the subpar way in which it is prepared. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere.

The staff that handles the food is rarely professional and Ive actually been there one of the employees getting chewed out, which is very unprofessional on the part of the management. The food selection only targets a specific demographic of taste, those who only like five things to choose from and covered in Grease. They also have a very, even extremely minimal selection of beverages outside of energy drinks and soda. Ill drive the extra 6 miles and go to Sheetz.

I go to the Royal Farms all the time. They run out of chicken wings regularly but the staff has always been professional and accommodating!
