My property was safe and in great condition after six months away. Move in was seamless (free moving truck) as was move out. Had some initial issues with the billing process, but ultimately a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

The sales associate was nice and professional. I walked the property and the property was clean and easy to get around. This property compare to others allows you to drive in unload your car and access storage on the same floor rather than taking an elevator to a second or third level.A plus was they offer a loading trunk for the day to move items to or from storage at no cost.

This is a really cool storage facility. 24 hour access and drive-in access is really hard to find! The facility is clean, storage forward, and most importantly, SAFE! I would recommend this to anyone!

I had a great experience here with the help I needed, the size I was looking for, and just the outstanding customer service from the employees. Im sorry I forgot the mans name but I was in and out in less then 15 mins. Cheap for a 24/7 storage with controlled ventilation. Super spacious sites for RV storage. We have a 44 ft fifth wheel and had trouble finding a place to store it. Extra space storage not only had a space big enough but it’s indoors and climate controlled! Plus, the first month is FREE! The icing on the cake is the staff... everyone is so friendly and accommodating!

Great facility with conditioned air thruout the year with inside access sheltered from the weather with competitive regional rates. You will find the staff to be helpful & friendly. With the use of an access code you will be able to drive right up to the aisle your unit is located & be able to use large jumbo sized flat pushcarts from your vehicle to your unit at almost any time of day. You will usually benefit from Morningstars standard introductory offer which allows you free storage for the first month when you sign up.

Ed did a fantastic job. Super professional and funny. Robyn did a great job helping us over the phone getting us set up before coming in. The first month was free and the monthly rates are great. All units are climate controled on one floor. Drop offs are drive up and covered.

We had a great experience with Extra Space but since Morningstar has taken over the experience has continually declined.Notice that MS has taken over this page with great reviews received for Extra Space. I wanted to share my recent experience with Morningstar Storage. I stopped by last Thursday and saw that the name had changed to Morningstar and decided to go inside. I am the owner and Founder of a Local non-profit and wanted to make sure our storage facility and services had not changed. I then met this humble kind man named Lonnie. Lonnie assured me that the facility will now be 24 hrs, which is an awesome change and was extremely professional, kind and welcoming. I shared with him why our non-profit uses storage as well as shared with him about an upcoming fundraiser shoe drive. Lonnie was kind enough to invite our non profit to submit paperwork as Morningstar works with a lot of Non-profits to help support them within their local community. I was overwhelmed with the time and attention he took with me as well as others that were coming in. This Storage Facility is second to none. The large indoor accomodations and spacious units are outstanding. I have shared this with so many other business colleagues and neighbors and family members and will continue to do so. First time renting here, a couple suprising cost. Need certain lock $20, one time administrators fee $25 and mandatory insurance $9 but other then that got first month free so it all kinda worked out. Staff was accommodating. Really like drive in area so your always out of the weather.

This place is very nice. The ability to drive your car up inside the facility, right up to your row, makes it very convenient. Also, Ed is very friendly and gave me a tour then helped me get set up in a very quick amount of time. He even delayed his lunch to help me out.

Louise and Ed felt more like old friends than employees of ExtraSpace Storage. They met us at the door to greet us, and were an incredible, knowledgeable help in getting us the exact space we needed. This storage facility has employees with EXCELLENT customer service! Matt was super helpful in helping me pick out all of the storage supplies I needed, and was very attentive the entire time. Also, Kevin is very nice and helpful, and greeted me when I entered the door. I highly recommend this storage facility. Also- it is very clean!!

I own multiple units and I have nothing but great things to say about this facility and staff. The units are very safe/secure, sanitary and well lit. Excellent climate control (i.e., great air quality/freshness and temps) which is great for long term storage. Even the music that plays on the facility’s speaker system is great! Nothing more motivating than listening to some good music while storing, or removing things from my units. Lol Most importantly, since Morningstar has taken over, my rent has not continually skyrocketed multiple times in one year like it did under the prior management company. Varnay and Emily did an outstanding job helping me get my new unit set up, and even went out of their way to ensure my new unit was right across from the unit I’ve already had for a few years so when storing or removing items I don’t have to go far. Very pleased with the service and this facility’s storage environment.

I was helped on location but Edward Watson and I have to say, it was hands down a phenomenal experience. I was in a mild hurry and he made sure to meet me at the door and got me situated with exactly what I needed all while making sure to help me save as much as possible. I had all the details explained thorough and it was overall an excellent experience. The facility is clean, well run, and well maintained. Im happy to entrust my belongings there!

Book your storage online for best price. Dont lose your door code! Staff is very nice. Also, before renting your room, get some renters insurance. I used Liberty Mutual and spent $17/month rather than using ESs which was almost $50/month and is mandatory. 😉

Ed Was great today and very friendly and helpful. So I ended up having to go in and rent a larger unit and just as the first time Ed was amazing. He made the transition seamless between him and Louise the customer service is awesome they are friendly and so helpful. I checked and visited several storage places in the area and this is by far the best one it clean safe and most of all Ed and Louise make it a joy to come in. I mad that I can only give four stars.

Before the company switched over to MorningStar, their customer service is pretty okay. I was shocked when I was told they couldnt look at the camera when my flowers and tall gold vase got stolen from leaving them outside my storage. During this time, the manager was making his rounds and the other lady was in the office. He assured me that he will do his investigation and get back with me but he never did. I had insurance but didnt think to file a claim. This happened in the summer of last year.
