My insurance was a HUGE pain for me and them the entire time and they were EXTREMELY helpful and made SURE I was taken care of. They fixed my belt at no cost so I could drive my car while I was waiting for a spot to open up that worked for the adjustor, they were so understanding and worked so hard to finish it as quickly as possible once insurance approved the amount needed for the work. They went out of their way to take care of me and explained everything in detail to me so I understood. I can’t describe how much I appreciate how comfortable they made me feel knowing how little I know about cars and everything. They really are amazing!

Absolutely amazing service, on time, frequent updates and exactly on budget. On top of that my car was cleaner inside out than it was in the past 5 years :-). We bumped our rental car on a rock in the smokies and this front part of the car came loose. We went to another auto service store but they couldnt fix it! Afterwards, we found this place and they repaired it in no time at all. Everyone was very nice!

On our way to Gatlinburg from Alabama we were clipped on our back right bumper by an 18 wheeler in the mist of bumper-to-bumper traffic. We had to carry the bumper tied to the top of our roof till we got to Gatlinburg. Found Steve’s site on the Internet. They were the best professional help I could’ve asked for being away from home. Don’t hesitate to use them I would use them again if I lived in the area.
