You charge me twice and the lady got upset bc I asked to refund the charge she said she could not do it She gave me a phone number to call to fix it my self. What the !!

I shop here regularly and know the hours and where the stuff I use is. Today I went to try and purchase some color and got there at 7:44 pm to find the doors were locked already and the girl working mouthed she was closed through the window. I realize it was close to closing time but I knew exactly what I needed and could be in and out in 45 seconds flat. Is this gonna be a regular thing? This is the most convenient location for me but if this is gonna be consistent I will definitely have to go somewhere else

Aaliah my dear you are a genius! This sweet young lady spent 30 minutes with me trying to correct a toning nightmare! I cannot begin to describe how sweet and patient she was. This young lady is a shining example of customer service. Give this girl a raise! I will be shopping here all the time now.Thanks for signing me up for the coupons.

I went here to make a major hair color change on 12/13/17, the man working there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I knew his name, but my color came out perfect.
