I work here at this store, and the staff are always friendly, willing to help. The atmosphere is very calm, peaceful, friendly. The t-shirts are made very well. You will not be disappointed by the customer service in Simply Southern.

Giving 3 stars because the store itself is very nice and the employee who helped me was very pleasant. However, if you are any size bigger than a large, dont expect to buy anything here. I found one 2x long sleeve in my size. There were only 3 XL shirts on clearance too. The rest were S, M, or L. If you buy 1 shirt, you get 1 50% off. So the cashier asked if I would like another. I told her there were some that I liked but they werent in my size. She went to the back to check their stock and came back disappointed and apologized. I wasnt upset since it wasnt her fault but I was really surprised 2X and up wasnt in their regular stock. We dont have a SS were I am from, only distributors so I was very excited to go in the store. Imagine my disappointment at their exclusion of larger sizes. I have recently lost 20 lbs so this was my reward for reaching my goal. Guess Ill still have to buy online.

Will never forget my experience here, in all the worst ways. They had a sale buy one get one 50% off while we were visiting. This was the 2nd trip we took to this location during our week long stay and we had already bought an abundance of shirts between the 6 girls in our family. My mother and I decided we would combine our purchase to get the deal. So I took 2 different sizes of the same shirt to the cashier, she looked me up and down and said “our shirts run a size small” I said sweetly “I tried it on so we’re good! “ with a smile. It took me back being examined but if it would have stopped there, it would’ve been okay. She still wasn’t ringing up my items but was just looking at my body and she said “so the large fit you?” STILL NOT RINGING ME UP. Questioning that I was small enough to fit in the large. How gross can a woman be to another woman? She was very overweight but still had no right to question me and look my body up and down doubting me fitting in a size large. It ruined my shopping as well as my families experience at tanger. I called back to complain after vacation and was told this girl has done this to customers and workers many times and that I would receive a call back from a manager, it’s been a month and I’ve received nothing. Not that anything would help what’s already been done but maybe you can talk to your employee. If she did that to a teenage girl with body image issues, it might not have the same outcome it did with me.

Good sales if you’re in smaller sizes! I didn’t see much past an XL.

I was just in this location about an hour ago. I was checking out - purchasing 3 cute shirts. I noticed on one shirt a small black spot on the front of the shirt. I asked the cashier if I could please go back and get another shirt without a spot. She immediately rolled her eyes and let out a loud huff. I went and got a new shirt. When I came back to the register she very slowly re-hung the damaged shirt with the spot and placed it back on the rack to sell!!! I wasn’t even thanked but had my bag flung at me after I paid. Cute clothes but I would NEVER return to this location. Cashier’s name was Kylie.

This was a great experience, when I needed some good company from some sweet girls, who was so helpful and kind!!!Great Job guys for wonderful customer service!!!😎

Good clearance and sale going on. Store had no AC though so it was extremely hot.

Just wish they had more Large & Extra Large t-shirts on the clearance racks. Plenty of smalls to be had, but not all of us are super skinny. :)

Never been so humiliated by a cashier like I just experienced at this store. Everytime I come to Pigeon Forge I stop here . We don’t have a Simply Southern outlet where we live. So I buy a lot. I had 12 short sleeve tshirts and 4 Long sleeve tshirts. Their policy is 12 short sleeves and 12 long sleeves. The woman looked at me and said we can’t sell them to you to resell. I looked at her and I said I don’t resell. She looked at me like I was lying. I told her I’m not lying then she didn’t know the policy and said I can only get 12 tshirts. She made it look like I was lying to her. I have never been so humiliated. If you want courtesy service don’t go there!

I had help from a girl name Corinne, she was kind and funny. Help me with what I need. She a good lovely girl.

I was walking past the store ten minutes till close saw a shirt I loved in the window and figured since there were still customers in the store I would run in and buy it we walked through the door and saw a dress I loved as well and were looking at it when an employee yelled very rudelydo you have a mask now I have wore a mask in all the stores that require it and take it off in between and have no issue with this and we were carrying bags from the other stores in the area so obviously spending money . This would not have upset me but there were 2 ppl behind the counter without mask and the lady at the register.... They never even greeted us and were extremely rude . You have lost a customer and I will be sure to not shop this brand in the future

Great store. Clean, well organized, good deals and they seem to have added some more men’s stuff. The people that complained about the long lines must not realize that the store is on the small side and only has the capacity for 2 or 3 registers and when you drop 20 items in front of them it’s going to take them a bit to ring all your items up and ensure your precious deals are accounted for so don’t rush them and complain the whole time. You’re only making the rest of us have to wait even longer! Patience is a virtue! If you don’t want to wait too long maybe don’t walk into an already packed store, that’s just common sense!! Right now they’re only allowed around 25 people in the store due to social distancing rules so any whiney people won’t have to wait too long ;). Anyway it’s a great little store and if you’re into simply southern stuff it’s got plenty of variety. We will be back 👍

One of my favorite stores

The store was great found what I was looking for, but the girls that work there are not very friendly. I was up there the week of labor day and the girls were very unprofessional. To be precise they acted as if they were better than there customers. Had there noses so far up if it would have rained they would have drowned. As I said love the store but could do without the attitudes!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the store, daughter found a few things for school. We loved the amount of sale items and the amount of different sizes available. So worth our trip!

First time here an they have a customer for life. Great product at a great price. Cant go wrong.
