We were in line and the cashier saw us standing waiting to check out. She waited until she reached the older lady in front of me and my husband and the said she was closed. We politely went to the other cashier. She was polite and has great customer service. The first cashier continued to check others our after she told the only black people in her line which was my husband and I she was closed. Others realized her nasty behavior.

The Dollar Tree now offers online shopping with over a thousand items to choose from for only $1.I like shopping the Dollar Tree in Sevierville, because the store is always neatly stocked and the employees are always happy to help you.Every week I find some many items, to save me money each week.Only at Dollar Tree or Dollar world, is you can find just about anything for your home or office for only a $1.00

Dollar tree is my grandkids go-to place when its time to buy a gift for someone. They love to walk up and down every aisle and pick out presents for Mama, Daddy, Sister, etc. They have a great time without breaking the bank.

I had a very good experience at the Dollar tree. Found everything that I was looking for and a few things. The cashier was very friendly easy to talk with and very efficient.

My wife and son was in your store and my wife was checking out and son went out to watch a duck. The lady saw my son watching the duck, and stepped outside and told him you better not hurt the duck. I been working retail for 26 years. To me that is not right especially he is 11 years old. And he is a animal lover. Your employee should also not feed it popcorn. My wife and I will never come into this store again

The store is fairly organized, however the only people wearing a mask is customers, and not all of them were. 2 employees in the store and either with a mask on. The cashier was pleasant but was also more interested in whatever was on her phone than talking to me- the customer. I wont be back to this location until they clean up and protect their customers by wearing masks as the sign states on their door

It has been a long while since I have been able to ROLL into a Dollar Tree! The QUALITY (Glad, Rubbermaid, Sterilite, Pine Sol, Glade, and that was just to name a FEW of the name brand!) of the items, ESPECIALLY when you only need that limited quantity! Is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB!This particular store was small in comparison to some I have seen being built/opened. But their selection and options were outstanding. From party supplies, school supplies kitchen pantry, towels, to the kitchen sink! VERY IMPRESSIVE!WAY TO STEP UP & OUT! THANK YOU!

Every one in the store was wearing mask. Except for the people behind the register. Way to go. Smart people way to encourage people to wear them.

Nice large Dollar Tree. If you forgot to pack something for your Smoky Mountain Vacation, this is the place to come! Right next to Belk on the Parkway in Sevierville.

Only the customers were wearing masks. Had some small talk with the maskless cashier and she was bragging about how her large family of 30+ people got together to surprise her dad in person for thanksgiving. Visited on Sunday 11/29/2020.

Sign on the door: You must have a mask on to enter building......and not one single employee had one on. I was very uncomfortable.

Not one of the employees cares enough to wear a mask to protect customers. Horribly unsafe in the middle of a pandemic with A MANDATORY mask mandate going on. I hope they get closed down!!

Older store but easy access to everything-staff wonderful! Only thing it is lacking are food freezers & cleaner restroom. Considering I only saw one person working there- the restroom was NOT filthy-just could use a little touch.

Organized store. Friendly staff. Dropping a star since both bathrooms were out of order and one of our three kids REALLY needed to go...we were in there not long before they closed, so no other places near Dollar Tree were open to use their restroom facilities.

Good for basic needs at prices you cant beat. Beware some products are in packaged in smaller quantities making cost per unit same as or more than like products sold in larger quantities at other stores. Still like shopping here.

Unlike the Dollar Trees back in Texarkana, Texas, which is where I live, this Dollar Tree is actually organized and does not have boxes everywhere. This location is bigger than the others I have been in. I did not have trouble finding what I looked for. I do not know what to say about the bathroom because I did not go into them. I was not even in there that long.

By far the biggest Dollar Tree Ive been to. Messy and dirty best describes it. I COULD over look that but the foul, loud language of the employees as I shopped was much more disturbing. I believe one employee was fantasizing about running another heavy employee with her car in foul gruesome detail. This is sad. This Dollar Tree is huge and in a great location. It could be the best in the area instead...its...an embarrassment.

The bathroom has been out of order the past 2 times Ive been in there.

Nice and clean with easy to read signs. The concrete sidewalk around the outside of the store is also wheelchair accessible.

No employees wearing face mask. I will not shop this store until they show respect for customers safety by wearing mask. Whats the point in posting signs that say face mask required and not follow recommend instructions.

Just about everything is made in China and seems to be cheaply made. The greeting cards are 2/$1 which is pretty decent. Do appreciate that items are all $1.

Store ok...6/9/19 Sunday...Between 6:20 to 6:40PMEmployee very loud and discussing personal and business on the phone while walking all through the store constantly....Very loudly...you could hear her all.over the store...Larger girl with green shirt and brown hair with a ponytail...Even saying someone should just kill herself to the person she was talking to on the phone....Also complaining about being woken up from a call in the morning ...Then get to the register...Her and the cashier STILL going on about getting out at 9 EXACTLY and doing something at work so some other manager wouldnt be griping at them.....It was ridiculous...They did this while we were there THE WHOLE TIME and as we were leaving....Extremely unprofessional and immature people... They didnt even care how they were acting....How embarrassing for the store.....This store needs to really look at these employees.....
