Roger made my experience amazing. He went above and beyond. He had my rings sent in from 2 different stores and resized before I had to leave from vacation. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. My rings are stunning and great quality. I will definitely shop here again. Highly recommend!!!

Rogers friendly relaxed bedside manner and vast knowledge of diamond cuts and clarity left us very impressed and grateful. He helped us find my wife the perfect ring. We also appreciated being able to watch my wifes diamond engagement band being reset. That really added to an already great experience!

I drove down to the outlets in pigeon forge and went to the Jared Vault and bought a beautiful Le Vian ring that was priced at $2000 they said it was on sale for $899 and while I was looking at other rings he said he would go down to 799 well when he rang it up he put in 899. When I got the ring back it had different stones in it when I ask about it the woman working that day just said they look different under different lights so I took it home and got a text from them with a before and after photos and you could see how different they were. So I took it back and from what I was told the return manager took one look and said your right thats not the same ring they took the one out of the showcase and said that they would send this one to le Vian and it might take longer but it would be right when I got it back. I was not given an apology or offered an extra discount on anything else and the woman that was working when I picked it up said it must have been put in chemicals while they had it, I ask if I needed to avoid anything she never answered. A few days after that I got an email saying that it wasnt a normal exchange so my ring isnt returnable when I get it back. So if your looking for jewelry I wouldnt recommend Jared,Kays nor Zales cause they are all owned by the same company.

Wonderful place amazing and Very friendly staff..

I do not like writing bad reviews, but here it goes. My fiancé and I went into this Jared’s to have my Jared’s engagement ring resized, but a lady working there told us they would not do it. She even told us that no Jared’s were taking rings and that we could not go anywhere to resize it. We called the Jared’s in Knoxville, and they were taking appointments to resize rings. We ended up going local to American Jewelry Company, and they helped us right away and had it resized that day. I would not suggest going here, and I would suggest shopping local at American Jewelry Co. They have better pricing and service.

I hate to write a negative review. I had nothing but problems with my ring over the 5 years I had it with stones falling out. The fact you have to go in two times a year for them to keep it under warranty is ridiculous . The manager that had dark hair is incompetent. I suggest anyone go to Genesis Diamonds if they want to get the best financing out their, and the best quality ring with exceptional customer service. My husband just did a major upgrade from Genesis, and I couldn’t be more 😃.

I have went to many different jewelers before. However, I always find myself coming back here. The quality and selection is always nice. I feel they have decent prices on items and truly seem to care about you and your selection. Not to just get a sale either.

Husband recently purchased an opal ring for me at this location. Beautiful quality and very reasonably priced, for Jared. Now I have the ability to say that he went to Jared and I will remember this Tuesday present for a lifetime. Staff was very talkative, friendly and informative. Wish Id caught the name of the young dark-haired lady attending. Very kind and helpful individual!

Very disappointed.I purchased an engagement ring at this location last year and initially was pleased with the ring. The design was right. The price was right.The first trouble came when I called to ask if I could come by and ask a couple quick questions about warranty and serial number. When I arrived I was met at the door by the saleswoman and dealt with quickly as though she just wanted me gone and done with.The next trouble came when my fiancée and I noticed that the diamond was not only chipped but cracked badly. This was never mentioned during the sale and I feel was intentionally not pointed out and this is why I was brushed off during my return trip regarding the warranty.We took the ring to the Jared Galleria near West Town Mall in Knoxville and they were absolutely amazing to work with. They got the diamond replaced no charge because they could tell it was a defect with the diamond and not new damage. This confirmed what we had thought about it being there when it was sold to us.Fast forward to a couple weeks ago when we were looking for wedding bands and we decided to swing into the original location and give them another try. The same saleswoman came over to us and was rude from the get go. Didnt look at us, had a tone like she wanted to be done with us. When she commented that the reason we were having trouble finding a ring was because the engagement ring was dirty, we informed her that the ring had actually just been cleaned because it was out for repair to the diamond. She asked where we bought the ring and we told her that she had sold it to us and that the diamond was defective when she sold it. At this point, she quickly called another salesperson to take over and never even acknowledged her mistake, apologized, offered to clean the ring or anything.I would not recommend using this Jared Vault location until their customer service practices are changed and/or the employee in question is retrained in how to deal better with customer service situations.Strongly do not recommend.

Kai at Jareds Vault in Sevierville TN is AWESOME! He knows the true meaning of what a manager should be. You feel like a person with him and not just a sale. Way to go Jareds corporate for recognizing excellence in customer service with your assistant manager. He could teach most managers some valuable lessons on how you manage to get the sale and the respect of the customer instead of pushing the customer away by being irritating and pushy. Kai is what makes this location of Jareds the store that it is. Leaving with a good experience always brings you back, something he always strives to achieve and most have yet to learn!

My Husband purchased for me A Dancing Rhythm Pink Sapphire Pendant Necklace, that is just Gorgeous,and 3 more Pandora Charms for my Bracelet, and our Sales Associate Marissa was wonderful,very knowledgeable and had a Great Sense of Humor which loved,We are in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on Vacation and went to the Tanger Outlet Mall to the Jared Vault, Marissa will definitely be our Sales Associate from here on out!!!,

Our salesperson literally left us with, what I’m assuming is the manager, after she realized we were only buying a $140 Mens wedding ring. It’s almost funny how obvious she was about it. Also, I was told that Jared will accept Kay jeweler credit cards and they adamantly refused. I was likely going to buy a solitaire diamond ring, but walked away since they didn’t seem to want our business. Maybe I should have lowered my expectations before going in there.

Great staff and much better prices than their regular retail stores. The vault is the way to go!

Very poor customer service. Took a ring to have it cleaned and they said a diamond was loose. Sent it off to have it fixed and a year later lost the diamond out of it and they would not honor the guarantee on it. Go anywhere else than this place.
