This review doesnt apply to you if you take your car through automatic washes or carelessly hand wash your car. or if you view cars as just a car. this is a warning fit and finish people who notice every little thing with their car.I just picked up my car from the collision center because they fixed an issue with my bumper that the selling dealership (not bob poynter) created. The lady I dealt with was nice and Brian ( I believe ) was short and to the point, which i appreciate. What I am upset about is the large amount of swirl marks in my car after picking it up from them. I asked the lady if it was put through an automatic car wash because of the amount of swirls in the paint. She said no we hand wash all of our cars here (she didnt seem too concerned)...... so who ever (or multiple people) pressed way too hard and probably used a dirty towel to wipe this car down..... My detail/ceramic coat installer said it will cost another $600 in paint correction ( two step instead of one now) to fix how bad it is now. it was a brand new car with very very few clear coat blemishes. now every square inch of the car is swirled, yes, even the bumper they just repainted and cleared has swirls in it.I knew they were going to wash it but i figured a body shop would know how to properly wash a car to minimize clear coat blemishes. I dont think this was done with ill intent because most people dont realize what a swirl mark is let alone care that their car is most likely covered in them. None the less, it was done and i am very upset its going to cost me more to correct.

Bob poynter collision did an excellent job repairing my 2017 Equinox. Its just like brand new again, and I cant even tell it was ever in a wreck. The service was very professional and quick, the staff were all very nice people. Thanks Bob Poynter Collision for a job well done! Highly recommend!

The manager is a rude smart mouth I will definitely not recommend or have any vehicle repairs performed at this facility till the management changes.They are other quality body shop facilities in Seymour or very close for convenience

Very good place to have your vehicles worked on! In all my years, this would be the only place that I would even consider to fix my truck! Very patient, friendly and courteous!

Was actually 2 years ago... but they did work for an insurance claim for us. Billed insurance for an insane amount of work that wasnt performed. Although it didnt cost us more out of pocket, it felt unethical. They also didnt replace a rim that we said felt like it was bent from the wreck, they said it was preexisting. 6months later were replacing our tires and the shop said our rim was bent beyond belief and had to have been from our collision a few months prior.

Acceptable work. Great customer Service. Brian will go out of his way to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

All I can say is that the repairs they made on my pickup looked better than my pick up did brand new. How is that even possible? Great customer service. They are my only choice for collision repairs.

The people are really welcoming and nice. Great customer service.On the work, spotless, cant have a complain on the body work and paint. Even they cleaned inside and outside of the car really nicely, which makes me really happy. Did not anticipate that. Highly appreciate that. Aint saying that I recommend any car to go to a body shop, but if you have to go; try it here.

Went to get an estimate to get my door replaced and they told us they would call us Monday to tell us when the parts should be in. Waited and they never called so I called them. They explained that whoever was in charge of dealing with my car went on leave. She explained that she would send it off to insurance and order the parts and for me to drop the car off the next day....... its been 3 weeks and they havent gotten my parts, cant tell me where my parts are, they havent even looked at the car to see if any other parts need to be ordered and every time they say they will call the next day they dont.

They do good work but I wouldnt say great work. My car had a lot of damage after my accadent and they made it look almost new again. If it wasnt for the over spray on the rubber door seal and on the under carriage you wouldnt know it was repaired. The staff members I worked with were friendly and did a very good job.

Minor front end damage. Car accident in Aug 2 months after I bought it New from ford dealerships across the street. Drives worse then when I bought it and they cant figure out why and say its fine. Each time I bring it in they fine something minor but not fixing the major problem. Work done to repairs do not reflect on the paper work given to me upon pick up each time. LIES! Thy keep my car for 3 weeks at a time each time. Only to fix small thing that would take a few hours. Was processed through insurance as well. Brought it in for 2nd, 3rd time 3 weeks later each time. Still cant fix the major problem. 4 th time went to dealership they charged me to do a diagnostic test and when I said thats not right they told me my issue was w BRIAN at the collision center and they are in fact NOT PART OF THE SAME CONPANY AS FORD! What its got the Ford name? Be WARE. Took it to collision center because I thought they were part of the same company. Apparently NOT! Staff was nice but THE WORK was Bad! DONT RECOMMEND!
