Took my phone there to be fixed. Seems to be working fine. My only complaint is that I was told it would only take two hours and I didnt end up getting my phone till the next day.

Three hour $250 repair to a Samsung 9, cracked, repair included a new battery. Worked fine. All apps still in place and working.

I am very pleased with the prompt efficient service performed by qualified professionals. I was fortunate to be there on a day when one of the owners happened to be working in the “front”. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. I highly recommend uBreakiFix if you have any problems with your Apple devices.

Took my sons iPads into the store back in February. One needed just the screen replaced; the other needed a screen replacement and the digitizer as well because the screen will move, open apps etc without even being touched.My original timeline was a week or so. Took 3 weeks for total repair. Had to make multiple calls to the store just to get updates. They said would call with updates and never did. When I finally got her iPads back (after nearly a $400 investment), the iPad that needed the new digitizer started acting up again after about a month.I took it back for a warranty repair, took another week for them to even look at it. I made several calls to the store for updates, because again, they didn’t call me with updates as they told me they would. After finally picking the iPad up for a second, the store employee told me they “couldn’t find an issue”. “We basically just took it apart and out it back together.”The iPad screen worked correctly for about another month or so after that. Now here we are in August, post 90-day warranty window and the iPad is back to the same issues I paid them to fix. The digitizer was either not replaced correctly, the part was bad, or both. And all they wanted to do was “take it apart and put it back together.” So I guess I’m out $267 for this iPad.I also have zero idea what they are talking about as a response to my review. My device didn’t have bugs in it.Willing to change my review if my repair is made right and done correctly.

Took my note 10+ here for a charging stopped low temperature notification. A day later and a 40 minute trip there and back just for them to say its working fine. Soon as I got home it wont even charge now. Guess Ill have to send it in to Samsung.

Super unprofessional, just flat out refused to look at my laptop that I took in to get repaired for a month. Then claimed stripped screws were keeping her from performing the repair. Took it to another repair place, the guy sat down with me and took 20 minutes to tell me it wasnt going to work. Huge waste of time and effort. Also repetitive lying about 1. Other stores being closed 2. Difficulty of the diagnostic 3. The stripped screws (they werent stripped) 4. Lying to her corporate office about us 5. Why she wasnt working on it. She had not touched the laptop since it was in the shop, for almost a month, even after the part came in. Overall terrible tech and the company was unresponsive in dealing with the situation. Would not recommend for laptop or PC repairs.

The whole process was very streamlined and low-stress. The service was quick, turnaround was maybe 4 hours. In the unfortunate event that I break my phone again, I will 100% return to UbreakiFix.

This is a wonderful place to get your electronic equipment repaired. Staff was very kind and straightforward with what was wrong. This was my first time here and Im very pleased.

I wish I could show a picture of the before and after. The old screen or back could cut your finger if not careful. They told me how to make a claim, and they work with Asurion (Verizons insurance), and it was extremely affordable considering that I was thinking itd be cheaper for a new phone. My phone LITERALLY looks brand new. Found em by accident but Ill never forget where they are!

Great place to get your phone repaired.I used their services with my devices insurance plan. They took my phone a little after 5pm and had it fixed the next day. He said most repairs take 2 hours but they prefer to quote 3 to 4. So be aware if you want it done that day. It wasnt a factor for me, and they were super upfront about their lead times when I showed up to drop it off, so zero complaints from me.Everything was hassle free and the staff were friendly. I recommend.

I took my iPhone here to get repaired. My phone had a shattered screen, swollen battery and every time I would use it, it would shut off on me. I took it into Erick, who was very friendly and quickly was able to do a diagnostics on it and give me a price quote. He explained everything well and got my phone fixed for me in a timely manner! Unfortunately, I feel like my encounter was kind of a let down. Immediately from walking in I could tell the lady was a bit busy. No big deal, I left work early so no rush for me. I had filed a claim with my cellular provider to get my (front) screen on my Samsung Note9 fixed. I also had an iPhone 7 Plus I was looking to have some work done (charging port, screen and battery). I ended up walking out with my broken phones and a dismissal.After previously messaging on social media days ahead, I had believed I was ready to go. Upon arrival, I waited for the technician to greet me willingly ready to help. Despite my high hopes for this place, what I received was the polar opposite. The technician already warned me she was busy before even asking my name or my claim information. Red flag #1, I guess.Understandably I mentioned it was no big deal to wait the full estimated 4 hours as suggested for Samsung phones (it was 1PM, they close at 6pm). She regretfully told me it would be closed to 5hrs and that would leave it pushing until closing time. No sweat, Ill go shopping and get a bite to eat. After finally getting my name and actually starting the process, she informed me someone from their shop had called a day or so ahead but got no answer. After informing her my job required me to have my voicemail empty and answer calls and I had received 0 from their office, she began to dispute what I knew was a fact. I had received no calls or voicemails. However, as mentioned above, I had already made contact through Facebook and no mention of either.Anyways, the technician said they call ahead of time to assure the person making the claim is aware Samsung will not fix anything unless they fix everything that is wrong with the phone. Well, with this being an insurance claim, they will only fix what you have filed to be wrong with the phone. With no other option given, she tells me she cant fix my phone. I would have happily paid for the additional needed repairs out of pocket, considering I was interested in having my other phone repaired as well. After leaving, AT&T decided to just send a new phone, so all is well now.With the way things had been and I felt, I decided against trying to convince her to accept my business any further. She didnt seem interested in it anyways with how busy she was that day. Maybe in the future I will need uBreakiFix and their service, but I will definitely consider using a different location :(
