Every time I do business with this company I vow to never return. I got an estimate to fix my Kawasaki Mule. The estimate was under $500. When we went to pick it up, the bill was over $1600. They didnt call to tell us it was done and they did not call to tell us that it would cost over there times as much as they said it would cost.This is what they have done for my equipment every time I have sought service for the equipment that I have purchased from them. I am put on hold when I call to talk to service and no one ever picks up the phone. I took my lawn mower to LA Grange the last time that I had it serviced just to avoid this treatment. I will not be back.
Hollie did a great job getting me a 7 bush hog. Nobody had one, everyone ask how about a 6 or an 8. Hollie never wavered.Said she would hunt one down.Next day she had one coming.She Definitely does not confuse effort with results.. thank you Hollie Jacobi.
Horrible customer service. Hung up on me after telling me they’re out of a product instead of offering to order it for me. Won’t shop here in the future
Service incredibly overpriced. Since when did a regular maintenance on a mower and transmission belt replacement take almost 7 hours shop time? They took 2 full weeks to return and did not call with any update at any time, just here is your bill. They were finished with the maintenance and didnt even call to let us know, we called asking where our mower was. Just ridiculous.

Not open much, hours are weird. I wasnt acknowledged while I was there, only my boyfriend, even though I was the one looking to purchase a tractor and accessories.
Took tractor to have axle seal fixed. Told tractor was finished. Picked it up and put on trailer. Didnt take it off trailer when I got home. Walked past trailer and now I have the same leak on the other side.Take it back to Jacobi and speak with service writer and manager. Service writer started conversation off with manager that I demanded they fix it for free. Words never came out of my mouth at any point in conversation. I asked manager what they could do for me. Was told they couldnt do anything and I would have to pay full price. He also stated that when one goes out they both needed replaced. I asked why I wasnt told that and he said it wasnt leaking when they had it.I will not recommend ever coming back here and sad that a local shop cant help you out when there wasnt anything wrong with that side of tractor before they touched it. Disappointed to say the least.

Jacobi is a great place. I bought a Kubota here and was treated like family. The sales person, Halle Jacobi, was attentive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I am an older guy and appreciate her patience and demeanor with me. She provided kind assistance in providing me help with discounts and financing. It was a great deal and I look forward to doing business with them again.

So I dropped my zero turn off on Monday April 1st to get it serviced (oil change, blades sharpened etc.) today is April 11. I called to check on it and they haven’t even started. Guy said they were 3 weeks behind. When I dropped it off they said they would have it done by 4/5. That being said, I’m going to pick it up and do the maintenance myself. I’m very disappointed in the customer service. I had a great experience with buying my mower last year but the service department is not impressive. I asked the manager if he needed to hire more people and he said he did but couldn’t find anyone worth a damn.Under promise and over deliver. It’s a simple business model.
The guys there were really helpful. Even though the didnt have the banjo bolt we needed they helped me figure out where to go to find it! I enjoy going out there because of their friendliness! Ill go back there the next time I need a part!
