Until today I was a loyal customer of Valley heating Oil in Seymour. I went in there needing an oil reading for a closing next week and the lady basically refused to help me. She said that her husband couldnt do it until the week before Thanksgiving. I told her the closing is before that and she said they couldnt help me. I would have thought that a small business like this would help out a loyal customer and neighbor but it turns out that they only care helping people if they can make money on it. Well, they just lost money today because I canceled my account with them and will no longer refer my clients to them. All she had to do was say that she would call her husband and see if they can fit me in. It would take 5 to 10 minutes out of his day. Oh well, I guess I will have to find another company to support.

Absolutely love them. He never tries to get me to spend extra money that is unnecessary. They are fair and kind and always so helpful. Always on time almost always get me on for a delivery the same day I call !

I have been using them not only for price but excellent service. Snow storm coming and I forgot to check my tank. Almost empty. Went down and ordered oil and paid. Probably couple days because of stom. Well four hours later they were there. Full tank. Nobody better then them for service. Always a customer. Thats why.

Valley discount oil is the best in the valley !! I have been buying heating oil for the last 30 years and have used about all the oil companies that services the valley,and have had problems with some and others well lets just say I will be nice and say just dont trust them !
