Seymour has been providing oil and propane services to us since we moved 2 years ago and also installed our propane tank. The drivers as well as everyone in the office are always professional and prompt in providing service. Of note, we have a very difficult driveway especially in winter. The team is always on top of being sure we have our deliveries in accordance with the weather and are always available for a quick delivery. Highly recommend!

Possibly pulled a fast one on me, Im hoping that they didnt. prices today ranging from a $1.75 to $2.03 I called early this morning to order oil I made the mistake of not looking around before I called them charged me 2.50 a gallon. Probably were about to lower their price but got one more delivery at 2.50 from me. Very unhappy. My boss literally a few minutes after I ordered mine showed me her invoice that she paid $1.75 for 150 gallons. Im really not happy at all with the prices today

I just tried calling to set up an appointment to have oil delivered and the lady tells me I have a bad phone connection so she hangs up on me then I call back to ask to speak to a manager I get put on hold someone else picks up and I told them that I wanted to speak to a manager because an employee rudely hung up on me and I just want to make an appointment to have oil delivered so she proceeded to tell me that she will take a message and give it to someone to address it tomorrow so my question was are you even the manager she says yes so I say as a manager you will take down my issue and hand it off to someone else instead of trying to address it at the moment? You cannot be the manager if you dont know how to address an issue

The Seymour oil Company is now in its 3rd season of delivery serving thousand of customers in the local area. We are a family owned company with a handful of very dedicated employees who work hard everyday to provide top notch service. The previous delivery our back gate was left wide open and I came home to my 3 dogs playing in the driveway. The gate is vinyl with a simple latch. It literally just needs to be pushed and it will latch itself.The most recent delivery the gate had been forced open causing damages that, once again, resulted in 2 of the 3 dogs being in the front driveway.We called and explained what happened, even sent pictures upon request, and asked why the driver didnt ask for assistance if he was having difficulty. We were told thats not the companys problem.Despite damaging our property (after a $500+ delivery) we didnt even receive an apology.Our previous oil company only accepted cash and we were uncomfortable keeping that much on hand, but the ability to pay with a credit card isnt worth the headaches that come with Seymour Oil Co.

Everytime i use this company for an oil delivery its been a problem. As this week i and my kids are totaly out of oil and freezing to death they promised me an oil delivery every day and i still 11:04pm Saturday night have not recieved being promised if iam not frozen to death by 9am Sunday morning they will deliver their over priced oil to, makeing sure that whatever your oil volture says if you get utility help as i do they make sure whatever you can spend they will charge it all and leave like 80 dollers. This is the worst oil company ive ever used. If they do deliver the oil tomarrow i will be sure not to use their company again. 2018I used Seymour oil last year for the first time. It wasnt all good or all bad . Their a smaller company not what iam used to but they did their best to deliver the oil. They did deliver after hrs and as soon s they could. I will give them another try this year.
