Old Man Len is the owner, and he needs a reality check. Mr Len, you are not pleasant or professional, please sell this business to someone else sir. Look at these reviews Len. See how many are bad? Your wife shouldnt be acting like an employee if she is not an employee or co-owner. You and your store are unprofessional to say the least. You, Len, are the reason why UPS should no longer partner with your outfit. If you never learned how to speak to people with respect, then it can only be assumed that you never had manners or your manners have been forgotten. Maybe its time to retire Len? Good luck to those unsuspecting customers who make it here after crossing paths with Len.

Well, I made the mistake of using this UPS store again. I figured since my last post maybe the employee had been instructed to wear his mask while he was working. He was wearing a mask, but he was not wearing it properly. Cover your nose with your mask!!! Why is this guy still working at the store? He’s horrible! His attitude, personality, and his disrespect for the health of his customers are all horrible.

Service always fast, friendly and able to answer questions. Never had any issues here with the multiple representatives Ive encountered. When I call, the phone is answered and the hours are what they display on the door.

Ive had nothing but quick and professional service here. The gentleman people speak of, I can see where he may be perceived as rude. Hes not the most chipper person on the planet but does that really matter? He has been helpful when I have called with questions. Theyve been there with the same owner for as long as I can remember. I find them reliable and helpful.

Update your Google maps hours. I just drove 20 minutes out of my way to see a sign on the door. Closed.

In all the time Ive been going into this UPS, Ive never met any nice staff or simply anyone that smiled. I actually would go as far as saying I feel they are looking their nose down at you. I only go in there to return items to Amazon. Otherwise Id stay well clear.

I have been going to this location for years. Len, the owner, has been nothing but helpful to both me and my husband each time we go in. I have found the same from the latest young man who is working there.

The old guy in this store is so mean it hurts. Was returning a package on day and simply asked if he could give me a small piece of tape to catch the end of the package. He tone and behavior was so brash and he went to I needed to buy tape. I stood there in shock. Of coarse he give me the tape. I observed him giving tape to others. Maybe it was my skin color. Good luck to him.

I honestly try to avoid using this UPS Store location because the staff make you feel unwelcome (awkward). Problem for me is the store itself is in a good location...

I agree with others. The staff (especially the old man mentioned in another review) could not be any more unwelcoming! They are cantankerous and make you feel that it is a bother giving them your business. If you need to anything other than dropping off a package with a prepaid label, go elsewhere.

Last time I went here, I was forced to purchase packaging materials for my Amazon return. Luckily Amazon was kind enough to refund me the expense I incurred. Ill be driving 15 minutes further just to avoid this location.

I always have a great experience at the UPS Store overall. I do find the packing prices, which seem to be standard at most UPS Store locations, a bit pricey, as well as the shipping supplies. All in all, the owner and staff are very friendly and its a great place to do your local UPS transactions.

I always experience great, reliable service here. As a photographer, I feel extremely confident I can trust this store to take care of my equipment and ship it out ASAP.
