Great customer service! I went the day before Christmas and it was a lot of last minute shoppers such as myself lol. From the time I entered Game Stop the employees were so friendly with a very nice greeting. Before I could even open my mouth to ask for help someone was by my side offering me assistance. It was a very pleasant visit. I got everything I needed, (at the last minute) I definitely will go back to the Game Stop in the Chagrin Plaza in Shaker Heights Ohio.

Had games at this location that the Stealyard did not have. Also 2 for20 on games priced below $14. Nice sized store also.

I went into GameStop and purchased 2k19 the 20th eddition and the person i purchased it for didn’t want it so i went to return it 5 days later. The game has never been open but GameStop refuse to accept my return and give me my refund. They claimed i opened the game but neither one of the associates checked the inside of the box to see rather or not the CD case has been opened. I then later went to another game stop to try and return the same exact game and they accepted my return with no issues after opening the box and seeing that nothing has been touched. My advice is to choose another game stop with better customer service .

The employees are always nice and the place is always pleasant. Questions are always answered to the best of the ability of the employee and i always leave happy
