We were on a trip through MN when the macerator pump went out along with some piping issues. Our coach manufacturer, Midwest Automotive sent us up to Garfield where we wasted an afternoon and following morning. In desperation we started our return home as we couldn’t empty the tanks. We got a call from Mike at Brambillas to say he had been contacted by Midwest and could we visit same afternoon. BRILLIANT!! Mike took care of replacing the spare macerator which I had and re-routed the pipe work and got us on our way in just a few hours. Of the 3 dealers we went to, only Brambillas got the job done. BEST Rental Experince - We have been renting from Brambrillas for more than 10 years, we started out with the smaller RVs and as the family grew and we went on bigger and longer trips we rented the big RVs. Never, ever had any issues. The walk through before you leave was always helpful and gave us the confidence we needed everytime to hit the road. This shop did a tremendous job n repairing our RV after we had an accident. They could not get the replacement cap for the front so Mick repaired it by hand. These pictures telling it all. He is terrific. I highly recommend this shop. All the people are great here.

We recently rented an RV to move our daughter and her family to Utah. The motor home we rented was brand new and so clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had questions while we were on the road and the service department was so accommodating. Highly recommend renting from this local business!

First time RV renter. Rented for a family of 4 for one week. Brambillas made everything easy. The walkthrough at the beginning gave all the information needed, and there was an instruction book for everything I forgot. The RV was in great shape with no issues.

First thing to know is the rentals RVs are very low quality. You can tell after a night spent in the RV.Ours, #34, was not properly sealed and you could see the outside through the walls when the side was extended. The muffler fell off while driving and it had a water leak inside soaking all our clothes.I fixed both these problems during the trip. Yet they still charged me a $300 late fee and $280 extra day charge! I was late, but because of these issues. They said I should have interrupted our vacation, called them, and had the RV serviced. I understand this, but I was able to temporarily repair the issues and continue with our family trip.I asked if they could compromise and split the difference in extra charges.The owners are entitled and think they are doing customers a favor. I went here because they are a local business, but their business practices is what is ruining American businesses.Im a business owner myself and would be ashamed of customer service like theirs.NEVER RENT OR BUY AN RV FROM THEM!!!

Worst experience ever with a Rental. AC did NOT work, DEF fluid ran out, brakes were badly worn, and sewage hose PROVIDED had a hole in it! Yes, I was sprayed with black waste. The sink had a foul odor. All this on a 2018 vehicle which has clearly not been kept up. And worst, the rental desk was completely indifferent when I returned the vehicle and informed them. And I almost forgot, loose wires hanging below the vehicle when I picked it up, worn from dragging the road..

We had a blast!!! They had clean and top-of-the-line equipment… I would suggest renting from this company any day!

WOW!! We would give 10 stars if we could. Do yourself a favor and go to Brambillas and ask for Beau. What a fantastic experience! Beau is the most honest vehicle salesperson weve ever met and incredibly helpful. We were transporting a car from MN to CA and decided to make it a family road trip so we talked to Beau before we flew out. We were only there for a weekend so Beau worked with us to find the right RV, meet with us after hours, do all the paperwork, get it prepped to drive cross country and even answered all of our questions during our trip. Chandler was great too with getting paperwork and insurance set up in a hurry so we could hit the road. Were not RVers so needed a lot of hand holding and both of these guys were incredibly patient with us. The reviews from people feeling ignored or that the team was unresponsive is because these guys are NOT pushy salespeople which is refreshing plus they are super busy with everyone buying RVs right now during COVID. Absolutely an A+++ experience, highly recommend these guys if you want an honest team of experts to work with.

Had a bad furnace in my RV, brought it in and they had it working in no time!Price was lower than quoted too!

If you need service, ask for Mike. Knowledgeable, pro-active, continuous communication as to my status. Fair pricing. I had a problem with my solar panel that I did not realize was under warranty. Mike took it upon himself to arrange a warranty replacement. This is above and beyond normal service expectations. I will not take my motorhome anywhere else.

These people were jerks. I went in looking for some help and parts for my camper and was told by the lady in the store that they dont do anything with truck campers. A lot of the parts fit more than just the big motor homes. I was taken in to talk to Mike to see if he could help me with a question on my camper so that I could buy the right parts from the store and he just blew me off saying that they dont deal with truck campers. So not only have they lost my business for buying any of the very over priced parts ($14 for a part that is $10 at the store down the street and $7.50 on Amazon) but there is no way that I would ever recommend that anyone go in there to buy or service a big motor home.

Best camp store in the Twin Cities, has everything youd ever need and their prices are the same or less than online. Mike had amazing customer service. Another time I was there an older lady helped me who was a little rough at first, but was also very helpful.

Bait and switch tactics in the pricing. Online price is $3k less than sticker price.When i asked, the salesman insisted the price is due to demand. It’s harder to print and stick the sign than it is to change your online price on your own website.Sketchy...

Beautiful facility. Great Communication... especially Mike. Owner is very friendly. I have tended to pay more for them to do the work.. but is has been done right each time. They do get very busy during spring and summer.They have the nicest parts and accessories store in the south metro.

Poor customer service. I went looking to buy an RV on two occasions to this dealership and nobody even acknowledged we were there. They were not busy, we were the only ones in the showroom the second time, the first time there were two people in there, they were not helping them either. They sat there talking to each other both times. Also, what was available on their website was not consistent with what was at the dealership. Dont waste a trip there.

Some of the worst customer service we have ever encountered... We have started our search to spend 6 figures on an RV and have been trying to determine if we want class b or c. The lady at the desk was being helpful, but the one salesman in the store had no interest in answering our questions or showing us their two class b’s in stock. His statement to the lady who was prompting him to spend a few minutes with us was, “I am the only one here and I have actual buyers”. At that point, we walked out the door as our business was clearly not important. Arrogant and unhelpful, you snooze you lose.

Hands down the best customer service around! I am from Canada, and I travel a lot. Eric in service is always ready and willing to service my RV.To all the girls in the office; outstanding customer service! I would not go anywhere else. Very poor service! We purchased a new travel trailer from here years ago and just recently needed a window replaced. We have gotten nothing but a run around trying to provide them with enough information to get the part ordered. I have been told I needed measurements, then a serial #, next a VIN # and lastly, a model # all of which involved 4 different phone calls. Would it have not been easier to tell us what was necessary the first time? Perhaps looking at the bill of sale would suffice. Fed up and taking our business somewhere else.

The rv that we rented from brambillas was beautiful! It was clean and ran perfectly! We’d never driven a vehicle that big but before we left they walked us through everything until we were totally comfortable and prepared! Then we set off on a fantastic unforgettable family vacation to the north shore! The kids had so much fun watching movies and baking pizza as we drove down the road! Can’t wait to do it again! We bought a winnebago motorhome and the sales man was Al, i can’t say enough good about him, it was like visiting a friend he was patient, and spent a lot of time with us, wasn’t pushy at all, we had a tv and a few things done different he never made it difficult he just wanted us to be happy and have a great experience, I also highly recommend Mike in the service dept he made all our dreams come true and communicated to me when it would be done, oh and by the way he has a great voice too... 😆 Everyone we talked to was friendly, and easy going .U will be greeted with the sweetest black lab, make sure u ask for the dog treats, u will make a friend!I will go back ! Al and Mike are my go too’s our experience was beyond what we expected (:

Went to buy a used RV, cash in hand. It was one of their rental vehicles, and a great deal. When we got there the salesperson was rushing us, saying there were other buyers who wanted it, sight unseen. We insisted on a pre-purchase inspection and he finally let us take it to a mechanic. Extensive water damage-floor under laminate was completely wet. They had used bleach or something to kill the mold. We passed. Beware. Wasted a lot of our time, but at least we didnt have to travel hundreds of miles, as many people will do when buying an RV. I feel sorry for whoever buys this RV.

Just dropped our 5th wheel toyhauler at Brambillas needing work that St. louis Missouri dealers didnt seem to accomplish. I heave faith this will be done correctly.

Brambillas had all the stuff we needed for our old camper. unfortunately the City of Bloomington will force us to get rid of our camper because they are planning to impose a super strict ordinance banning all boats, campers, trailers from being parked on a citizens personal property; they will force us to store them in a rental unit incurring hundreds of dollars in extra expenses every year. We need to fight this and we could use help from anyone who thinks this is government overreach. It could happen in your city too.

Nice place, wonderful staff.

Avoid this place and service at all cost, or it will cost you hundreds more then it should. I was told that I needed all new brake lines and even calipers from a visual inspection they wanted to charge me $3000 for a brake job.Had a second opinion and they said none of the brakes needed work. SCAM SCAM SCAM. a promised through inspection not to exceed $400 became $670 that I had to pay or they would not give me my RV back. In my findings more then a few of the things that I instructed to be inspected was not done at all, As I found more then a few things that was inoperable. but they stated everything was completed.I asked around about this place after the incident and was given all negative feedback from several people. I wish I would of asked about it before. Lesson learned and burned. Oh and wanted to add this, the tech said the reasoning for the extra $270 charge is because my water heater was not working and I asked what was replaced, he said nothing, it was dirty and spider webs clogged it making it not to work.

Done right they know how or what needs to be fixed with out extra charges !! Wow you cant get any better than that.

Offered $1000 cash over low retail on nadas for a used 2007 travel trailer they got in on a trade. I was turned down and he countered the offer for $1200 less than his asking price. Is this a pawn shop?(Neutral score since I never made a purchase and was there under an hour)
