This metro is one of my favorites. The manager Yendy always goes out of her way to help me. She is very respectful and professional. The store is always clean which i love, I recommend this store 100%

Weve had such a rough time with phones, but the manager at this branch, Will, has always been so patient and helpful with us! Hes honestly the only reason we go to Tmobile! There needs to be more people in the customer service industry like Will!

The goal for the employees there is to simply sell you a phone and get you out of the door WITHOUT telling you it is non refundable. They tried to sell an older guy a phone by attempting to open new line that he would never use!! Take your money and get you out the door. The phone was for my parents and when I attempted to return the phone the Manager lady was already defensive and had no answer on to why she did not tell us its not refundable. Terrible service they do NOT care about you once you buy new phone upgrade or not! Be careful and dont get swindled !

Moussa S. Who did my transaction was a great delight. He was polite and professional. He tried to handle all the customers as quickly but as professionally as he could without getting upset. Ill be back if I ever need anything or to pay my bill.

Shady people super lazy and not very trusting I I try to get employment from them they keep telling me theyll hire theyll hire but at the end is just lies strongly recommend staying away from these people

Unprofessional. Guy who works the front desk brought up how he used to hack phones before he came to Minnesota. I’d advise anyone to stay away from Metro PCs entirely.

I wanted to change carriers and we had to get the phone unblock from metro pcs and we needed a code but they had no idea what to do or what that was we called customer service and they said you have to wait up to 24 to 72 hour until your phone is unblocked and it was been a week and it’s still not unblocked they lied to us every time we called customer I recommend not to be with metro pcs

I wish 0 stars was an option. Employee failed to mention charges for changing my plan. Told me my security answers were incorrect (they werent). When i confronted the employee about it, she was very rude. Tried getting me to downgrade my plan...just to reupgrade it next month. So she more or less tried to make me pay the fee twice because she wasnt happy that i confronted her about her dishonesty. Called customer service afterwards for help. The lady i spoke with on the phone gave me the same run around and refused to help me even though she admitted it was wrong for their employee to hide information from customers. Well, i informed customer service i would be taking my negative experience and posting a review on google and the Better Business Bureau....to which she had no response. Figures. I love metro pcs...but this stores employee is a crooked one.

Terrible. Over charged and charged for things I didnt even buy and or want. Name Id, insurance, and a $5 misc item. On top of that the phone started glitching the day I got it and the charging port became loose with the charger cord barely stays in the port after day 3. I went back for a refund and to get a new phone on day 4 (only have used less than 20 min talk time) and the representative had to contact her manager to see if she could exchange it for me. It took so long I eventually had to leave to attend to other obligations. Nothing was fixed. I really regret leaving Boost Mobile.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...EVER! I seriously wonder how theyre able to stay in business? Management is nonexistent, the staff is clueless, and you can never tell who is actually working there, because various random people are constantly coming in and out of the store from the back room! Additionally, on more than one occasion Ive been to the store and a buffet of food was spread out on the counter, where a female staff person (Im assuming?) was gorging herself full of food (while smacking her lips) and trying to assist customers. Stay away from this place of supposed business, its not worth your time or efforts, and the level of extreme frustration youll experience from the lack of brain cells with their service personnel!

STAY AWAY!! Shady ass people. I bought a phone from them and got a new number as a new customer. They charged me $130 for the phone and the fisrt bill of the month. I didnt like the phone i bought and called another metro pcs store close to my house and asked about the return policy. I told them how much I paid and they told me I shouldve paid no more then $60 for that phone as a new number. New numbers get the discount apparently and said since this store screwed me over, I had to go back to them specifically to get my money back that they stole just in general. I dont know how many customers this location has stolen from their customers but I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going to another MetroPCS store for anything. These people deserve to be shut down!!
