This is a lovely shop! Joanne was so kind to give me a tour of the different fabric sections. I felt so comfortable here (as if I were at my best friends home). I look forward to a return trip soon.

I took a class here and it was wonderful! Beautiful shop located next to the train tracks. Was actually lucky enough to see a train roll by during class. The teachers know the patterns they are teaching and have helpful tips and tricks. I will definitely be back for more!

It was quite a distance from my home but worth the trip. Great selection of cottons, linen, and wool fabrics and felt. Quilts are hung around the walls of this old train depot. They offer classes on-site. Helpful staff will work to find the right fabric and accessories for your projects. Ill go back often now that I know their selection of goods.

The building is adorable...when you walk in, it’s a quilters dream! Lots of fabrics conservative to modern. If you are a Batik lover you can join the dream-large assortment.My one complaint, they are in Shakeopee, MN and I’m in Rochester, MN. But ALWAYS worth the trip.#quilterswilltravel

Love this shop! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Nice large variety of fabrics including wool. Many great patterns all in an old railroad depot. The character of the building has been preserved and rooms are still referred to by their name and former use. A top 10 shop!

I have always received excellent customer service at eagle creek. The women who work here are highly knowledgeable and are willing to spend time with you to help toy with your projects.

Decided to give quilting a try as a complete newbie and was welcomed with open arms to the non-competitive sport of quilting. Everyone there was super friendly and eager to teach me about fabrics, equipment and everything. Then I dove into the deep end and signed up for a Beginning Quilting class with rock star teacher Peggy which was a fun and super easy way to get started in what looks like a now to be a lifelong obsession. On top of all of this, the store itself is just cool and unique - a converted train depot. If you have the slightest interest in sewing/quilting, walk dont run to Eagle Creek.
