This shop is very neat and clean and I think their prices are fair. They have a lot of fun and unique items and I wish had been able to purchase a couple of them for myself, but couldnt due to the fact I was flying home. Rebecca (pretty sure is her name, thin short hair blonde kinda tall) provided amazing and friendly service! I told her I was looking for a couple of gifts to take home and my price range and she immediately went to work pulling items and helping me find what I was looking for. She was very patient and very kind and went above and beyond by even gift wrapping/bubble wrapping the items to protect them for my flight. Thanks for the great experience!

This shop is great. Location is great and customer service is better. This shop has taken the business from every other vape shop in northern ca. For me not because of selection because it is not a designated vape shop. It has pretty much anything your going to want to inhale and the tools to do so. Where this shop gets it is the customer service. The prices are fair exactly what I would expect to pay for the commodities purchased. Im a repeat customer and will be for some time.

I stopped by there other day and a Be Back In 10 Min sign was on the door. 15 min later the door was still locked. I knocked on the door and a woman with Black hair and glasses came running out of the back and started screaming at me for pounding on her door and she was busy changing her kids shirty diaper she continued to scream and yell at me while I tried to calm her down. She then KICKED ME OUT OF HER STORE. She threatened to call the cops so I did... This incident was EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will be taking my Vape buisness elsewhere. I was such a good customer... They dont deserve my hard earned Disabled Veterans pay. For shame...

I was given a Smok vape mod for Christmas this year. About 3 months ago it went wacko and started blazing up to 100 watts, snap crackle and pop. I called Smok...they said to take it back to the shop. In May I went in, the girl was new and said to bring it back when the owner was there. My son-in-law took it back for me as I had to leave town and was told too bad, what did you do to break it, etc. He was the one who spent time to find me a good mod, the owner recommended it.....and said it was good and you should never buy anything made in China. (Looking on the box bottom after the fact it is one made in China). The mod was a gift to a 58 year old woman, not a kid. I am quite disappointed that the gift is now in the garbage, and the attitude of the owner was quite disappointing, not to mention rude and accusatory. Guess on my home visits to SLC I wont be doing business with the shop. Your prices are reasonable for your supplies but your demeanor is less than reasonable and good money thrown in the garbage is not good business.
