He quickly realized that I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but that I was also doing my best to educate myself online. He helped me and we got the right tractor and implements for our property. Great experience.

They work really hard to be of help. Prices as good as online and sometimes better only you can have the item right away! Thats a big plus when time is of the essence. Used them for years and very pleased 😁

This place is legit!Someone stole the battery out my tractor, and the seat too..I called them for information regarding the equipment that had been stolen. And they helped me figure out the wiring (ignition sensor issur) over the phone.Thanks for your time guys keep it up.👍

Recently I have taken my tractor into Team Power 3 times since July 6, 2015 to identify & fix a problem with the loader quick attachment. 2 of those times were on July 15, 2015. Apparently this happened because of a lack of communication between management & the mechanic.The first time I brought the tractor in they said it was the timing rod that needed to be replaced, so I bought the part & replaced that myself. However that did not fix the problem. I still could not attach the loader to the bucket so that it was not performing as it should. This resulted in my having to take the tractor back to them. They readjusted the loader again & told me the tractor was ready to pick up, which I did. After I got there I could see that the problem still existed. I talked to the mechanic & he explained to me that he was told by management to adjust the level of the bucket, which did not fix the problem. After a discussion between myself & the mechanic it was decided that the quick attachment plate needed replacing. At that point I left. About an hour later they called & said my tractor was ready.All of this resulted in a bill that included $162.00 for labor of which a portion I feel I should not have been responsible for since it was a result of internal problems. Aside from that I spent a lot of extra money on fuel running back & forth from my place in Cottonwood to Team Tractor in North Redding. They did give me the last part at their cost, but stated that was all they could do. I still feel that this was not fair to me. I have spent thousands of dollars there through the years..

Trust is a big deal to me & I trust them to do a good job of repairing my jd110blt. I drove 90 miles as my local jd dealer Valley Tractor Chico left me out to dry as they left a message Sunday that they were no longer willing to work on my backhoe due its numerous problems which is short for they are worthless to me or anyone else who has bought construction equipment from them. Take your equipment to the Powers team for quality service & repairs or else pay the price when Valley Tractor Chico your agreed upon appointment @ the last minute.
