I had trouble opening a CD my personal computer would not open. The owner was so nice to open it for me to view on his computer. Was disappointed from my experience. Came in for a battery replacement for my laptop, I had the new battery but just needed help putting it in because I didnt have the tools. The guy I worked with was nice but had no idea how to work with laptops. According to him, the guys that know how to work computers did not come in to work. After showing him a YouTube video of how to replace the battery, he recommended I just leave the laptop for one of the other guys to work on. I took my laptop and am going to do it myself.

What a great resource for home workers. Pablo helped me get my laptop ready for my new home job at Overstock.com. He got me a digital hard drive, cleaned me up and got all the connectors I needed for a double monitor set up. I have been using them for at lease 15yrs. They are the best!

These guys are great! Very helpful the minute I walked in the door. They didnt have the cable I needed and the guy helped me MAKE it in store! They also had all the other parts I needed that I will be going back to get when I have the money. The guy even gave me a little helpful advice on top of making the cord for me. I would have tipped them if I wasnt a broke college student. Definitely going back there instead of Micro Center when I need something!

We used to bring all of our repair work here. Tu is a great guy that really goes above and beyond to get things fixed quickly and correctly the first time. If for some reason it isnt fixed 100% to your satisfaction hes always willing to make things right. Great place and great people!
