Excellent customer service, I was very impressed with the staff.
According to my husband they treated him well when buying my engagement ring. Every since he purchased it, it has been nothing but trouble. One month after purchase the ring broke. We had it fixed. Two weeks later, a diamond fell out, we had it fixed. Ten day later the same diamond fell out! They told me it take a month.. and I was going to have my wedding by then!! I had to push for them to have it fixed and they did it after hassling them for an hour. Then I went back to have it inspected twice and the first time they said they didn’t need my paperwork because everything is in the system. So the next time I went I didn’t bring my paperwork. Everything went fine other then they couldn’t find my diamond bond, so they said call back and give us the number. I did and everything was fine. Well I went back again today and they said I need paperwork and they don’t have my diamond bond. I informed them about the associates saying I don’t need my paperwork anymore that they are doing it in the system now and the assistant manager said I was told wrong and was so rude. Cissy is her name and I have worked with her before and she was very nice but this time she was rude and didn’t care about anything I was saying. I told her she was the one I called to give my diamond bond to and she acted like I was lying. I’m calling cooperate to understand the real protocol because this location doesn’t seem to know. When they said I didn’t need paperwork, I was scared because I didn’t want my warranty to be invalid and they reassured me it wouldn’t but now they’re saying it will?
If you like Zales, please use Shawnee location. I say this location because the staff in Shawnee are the BEST! Both Cissy and Kiley make you feel important and want to make sure you are taken good care of. I have used other locations previously, and the Zales Shawnee location is the only location I will ever go back to even though I have to drive further. I can’t say enough about the pretty ring and great service. Thank you!!!! JW
My husband and myself went to zales at Shawnee mall, cissy was very rude to me and to the employees I was trying to look around and she kept following me all the time as if if I was going to steal something. She kept asking me not to touch the glass as I was trying to look and kept asking me where I was from, I thought it was strange because why will she ask. She kept asking if I knew people from chandler mccloud or harrah. I was not there to make talk I just wanted to look but she kept bothering me to a point where I got so feed up I just left, as I was leaving she jumped to another customer, and began asking them the same question... I will not be shopping there with people like her she needs to not be so nosey and be courteous of the costumers needs and privacy.

Worked with Assistant Manager, Sissy, directly no one else. Buisness was super slow. She was extremely rude and told me way different info than other Zales locations. Wont be returning to this location. Horrible Experience!

Great customer service! Bought a bridal set online and they were quick and very friendly when we were able to pick the set up. Needed it resized and it was no hassle and got it back before the estimated time frame. Glenn helped us out and he was fantastic! Highly recommend!
Theyre great if you already picked out a ring but if browsing they ignored preferences that were repeatedly given in favour of pushing for more expensive rings to get higher commission. It made for a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Very disappointed with this location. We will probably never use Zales again. We purchased two rings from Zales. One of which was special order. They have called us and said the ring was in 3 times. We drive around 30 miles to get there. Twice the ring was wrong size(the same size was ordered twice) the third time nothing was even done and I was told it was being sent off to get re sized. Nothing was done and it’s been over a month now and still haven’t heard anything. We were told the ring would be in on the 3rd week of January. Very disappointed with the customer service. We will take our business elsewhere for the next purchase.

The worst store ever I will never come here again my necklace got broke so they fixed it and the very next day it broke in the same place and they were supposed to order me a new one but thats been 2 months ago and I havent heard anything from them!!!!
