I placed an online STIHL Express Order for an FS-KM Line Head Trimmer on May 7, 2021 and paid for it immediately by CC. On the order confirmation email it said that I would be contacted within two days to confirm that it is either in stock or to let me know when the order would arrive. I was never contacted, and more than one month later, on June 11th, I drove to the dealership to find out what the problem was. They told me they were having trouble getting this particular STIHL product. I was given a refund. Based on this customer service experience, I would not recommend trying to do business with this dealership using STIHL Express.

Went to 3 separate places shopping for a lawn tractor and stopped here and glad I did. Discussed options with Robert and chose the E170. I couldn’t be more happier with the job it did on my yard and the ease it was able to mow my slopes. The entire staff was courteous and went out of their way to assist me. They even went out of their way to do same day delivery at 4pm, where else would you go where they would do that. Kudos to the team at P & K in Shawnee! Definitely recommend this be your first stop when shopping for a Deere.

This is a great place to do business. We stopped in to get some blades for our riding lawnmower. They originally sold us the wrong size accidentally. We came back in and they had absolutely no issues exchanging them for the proper size. They apologized for the inconvenience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I called today to price a brand new tractor for our farm. The gentleman I spoke to was also very knowledgeable and quite friendly. If we do decide to purchase this tractor, he would be the sales man we would use. He answered all the questions I had about this particular model of tractor with confidence and no hesitation. His name is Robert. The store is always kept extremely clean. Every time I come in here my shoes squeak on the floor as if it had just been freshly waxed. I love that when I come into a business. Keep up the great work.

Very bad place to buy a John Deere mower. Bought a x370, took over a week to get it, was delivered very dirty, deck was not leveled, mower had scratches on top of hood and grill .Battery went bad and would not replace it, said only 6 month warranty on battery. This was a $4500 mower and only a 6 month warranty on battery, Get a better battery on a $1100 Craftsman. Service department sucks on preparing new mowers. I will never buy another mower from this Dealer, They dont care about the customer after the sale.
