Great experience, I tend to shop around to get the best deal I can and the difference in price between the first person that quoted me and Raynor was over $700. I was serviced by Justin and he was very knowledgeable, he explained everything very well without trying to up-sell me and left my garage doors even better then before they broke, great guy I tend to give a lot of 4 star reviews but Justins customer service turned it into a 5 star experience.

When the door spring broke i was not able to get the door up, they responded that same day, fixed the problem and suggested that I should replace a couple rollers that weren’t working well or change to nylon rollers because they were maintenance free and quiet. Very happy with the nylon rollers, very quiet.From original door and opener installation 11 years ago this was the first problem. They do excellent speedy work for what I consider a reasonable cost!Thank you!

Couldnt ever get a call back after calling and calling for weeks. I eventually had someone come out and look and said that they would need someone else to come back out and look at my doors because it would be more challenging. Never got a call back. When I finally called the office woman was confused and never heard of such and that they would contact the tech who came out and call me back.....again, I was never called back. I live in a single family home so I am not sure how it was difficult as I ended up with several other companys in the area who easy were able to offer a fix because it was literally just a replacement door. Save yourself the time and do not bother even calling them because they dont care enough about YOUR time to call you back. Poor business model.

The gentleman who came out for the estimate was efficient and polite. Very helpful. Once I ordered, the door was installed timely. The two guys who installed it were wonderfully friendly and helpful. I had thought I was getting a generic white door, but it turns out that they had ordered a dark brown one to match the one they removed! I was so happy to see that once it was installed! Very friendly and prompt! They couldn’t fix my issue because I needed a new door which wasn’t under the warranty however he did what he could and got rid of the squeaking for now till I can get a new door.

Had a door spring bust on a Thursday and they were here to replace it on Monday (1 business day after I called). They arrived early in the scheduled block of time, calling my cell before arriving. While here, they suggested replacing my broken 2 spring system with a 1 spring system, which was the less expensive option. They covered the benefits of each, including showing a comparison chart of two solutions specs. Everything I would hope for in a repair! Will use again.
