This is one of the best grocery stores!! It is always clean, neat and well stocked with great selections. All working in the deli as well as cashiers are always so personable and helpful.

If I could give zero stars after my visit today I would. I have shopped at firelake for almost 10 years now and I have never ever had such a horrible experience ever in a store

Great place they have almost everything you need in groceries and they have sales all the time on all their items. They have some reasonable prices.. They also have like a discount store to and I believe almost everything is a dollar.. They have a bakery and make cakes and they make some pretty cakes!! They have friendly staff and will help you with what you need!! This is my opinion tho!! So if anyone checks them out hope you have a great experience!!

It wasnt too busy, didnt have to wait in line when checking out. Had plenty of cashiers and employees seemed nice enough.

Was grocery shopping, thought we would grab a quick something to eat on the way out the door. I told them three chicken strips two burritos they charged me for five teeny tiny chicken strips almost $8 never even gave me my burritos

Great place to shop, they also have a section that everything in that section is a dollar. They have great prices and offer a little bit of everything. Very efficient and friendly people working there. They also have a hot food deli bakery and much more.

F L has a friendly and very helpful staff. This store looks as clean today as the day it first opened. Though I can’t find any fault with this store, I do wish they had some organic and non GMO produce. Did I mention the the discount you’re given on gasoline, the $1 section which includes crafting items, and their gift section? As one that hates to shop, I find FLDF a pretty pleasant place to shop.

Pretty impressed with our first visit, especially on a Sunday. The whole store was very clean, the aisle are nice and wide. The staff were helpful and friendly. The majority of the items are regular priced to slightly higher. But the sale items were definitely a better deal then other grocery stores.Id definitely recommend shopping here for their sale items. The name is a little misleading for the majority of their items though.

The store is always clean. Great deli and hot food selections if you are in a hurry. Large produce section and they have good prices. Never wait very long in line, they keep adequate staff at the registers. The employees have always been polite and helpful. They now have online shopping and pick up. I havent used this yet but hope to soon.

This is my favorite place to shop. 24/7. They have great products, prices, and employees. The store is always clean. I really enjoy their produce and the whole store environment. There is always great sales going on here. The meats are awesome also.

Staff are ready to help. This cant be said about the big chain. I find the basic grocery items and new items. I load up on BBQ on my way out of the store. This store has great variety. I dont know who handles produce but they are genius.

2lbs of stew meat for $22 dollars...simple chuck roast which I usually pay about $15 they want $35 for...went to Homeland and bought 2.5lbs of stew meat for $11

This is s good store.i love shopping here.But...why are the lots of dry coffee creamers and only 2or 3 flavors? I go elsewhere to get them and now can make my own.

Clean store, meat department is great, deli is top notch as well. The polite blonde girl in produce is extremely helpful even if its locating items in other parts of the store. She keeps the produce department looking clean, organized & stocked. I can definitely tell when shes not working because the produce looks horrible & Ive even found mold.

This is another great and successful Citizen Band Pottawatomie business venture. The store is huge and has great deals to be found. Also it contains a barbeque joint I side the store and a dollar store so happy hunting.

I had the Bison. It was Great. Man, i wish we had one of these near me. I would drive half an hour to eat there.It was all i could do to finish it But it was so good i didnt want to waste any of it.Needed a nap afterwards.

Ok so first off I had so much trouble with an online order. So called the store 3 times and, everyone I spoke with to try to help me was very nice. So my 1 stars not for the customer service area.So after I got it figured out I go to checkout and,it kept asking for my credit card#& I was trying to use my food stamp card but, wouldnt let me add it. So I called back again & the sweet lady said Im sorry maam we dont expect food stamps on our online ordering. So I was like ok by& I was really frustrated on the inside. I just wasted so much time shopping online & I mean several hours & I thought it was going to be simple but,then I hear you cant pay online with food stamps and,I literally almost cried. Im disabled and high risk with this virus. So I try not to go inside stores & where I live I have 2 stores. Ones expens just wanted to go elsewhere besides Walmart because iaI feel they have limited selection onton things. other is Walmart. I ended just going inside a crestein the city with my daughter to help me get in & out as quick as possible. We had our masks on you betcha & stayed 10 feet away from other shoppers. Please fix it where people can use food stamps online. This virus is still very real and very out there but,I still have to feed my family and I just want things as safe& easy as possible because I am disabled and I am high risk & I have a family to come back home t.that is also high risk! Reasonably priced food, weekly sales and free flu shots once a year. Beats Walmart in both cost and quality. And the dollar section is my favorite part of shopping

They have a good variety of grocery items available Reasonable prices Occasionally they have really good sales & the cashiers are really friendly BUT I would give them a -5 stars on their Dollar Store if there was an option to! Everytime anyone walks in this section of the store they immediately send a worker in to follow you to watch for shoplifters I have seen up to 4 of them at one time watching shoppers Apparently their Dollar Store items are very valuable

Never have an issue here and they typically have anything I need and if they dont they have a form you can fill out to request specific items you would like them to carry and they invest a lot of their revenue back into the community.

Firelake has great monthly sales and some prices on certain products you just cant beat. There are also specific items that this store offers that you cant find easily elsewhere. I love that this is more than just a grocery store, but your all-in-one stop. They should develop a small area for floral products!

The store is always clean, the aisles are wide and the employees say hello or do you need help. Checkers are very good. The clientele look older and I hope show their appreciation. I am always treated very well. This grocery store has earned my business.

I am more of a sale shopper. Sales are my stockup shopping that pays off ; when your on a budget. They do have some great sales! I trust their meats and produce departments. Very rarely shop for meat anywhere else.I like the new look of the store and all the new extra large freezers and refrigerators has improve the variety and quality of products.I dont like the wall of fresh vegetables display. It is very visually appealing, but I cant reach a lot of items.Last but certainly not least is staff. The are very helpful and courteous. Plus, they have smiles and manners.

1st class all the way. Id give then 5 stars if the employees would be more friendly. They seemed to be standing in every isle just shooting the breeze I had to ask them move out of the way so we could get to the items. The 2 employees at the check out were like zombies.

Great sales and great staff. The turkey breast and legs from the deli are to die for! I like to get chicken strips from the refrigerator by the check out and make salads with them. They work great for that plus theyre discounted! The place always smells funny though. It smells like poo by the front. Thats the reason for only 4 instead of 5 stars.

There is for sure real food in the store but at least they are offering a large produce section some organic foods whole grain flours Etc now just added note Annies pasta was bought by General Mills so they no longer have the same ingredients that they did at one time. Among Health Food Advocates that was a good company a good product line. However no longer the case.Very clean, well-stocked

Would like to thank the bakery over at the Firelake Grocery in Shawnee! We had some craziness happen with the person bringing our cake to our wedding like 4 days before the wedding. So my Husband and I were in a bind and we explained the situation to the bakery staff here and they said they could make us a simple wedding cake, which is all we needed in such a short amount of time. For a wedding cake they need a week in advance and photos. We just had simple white one done and decorated later, but if it werent for them we wouldnt have had a cake! So thank you so much for working with a bride and groom in need!

Nice store. They have a bakery, fresh fruit/vegetables, meat market, and anything else you need for your grocery needs. They have some nice weekly specials, and sell bulk product, in its own aisle. Recommend people to shop here than wal-mart..

My favorite grocery store. Its large, and spacious. The employees are always friendly, and there are always lots of them working. More than half of the lanes are open most of the time and there are plenty of baggers helping out.

Love the people who work here. Theyre always pleasant and helpful. The selection is pretty good too. Wish they had more international foods, the Boards Head brand meats and cheeses in their deli...but theyre not bad.

Good place has amazing sales and one of the best parts is they offer free fruit for kids while we shop!!! My kids enjoy getting fruit and being able to snack on something while we shop!!!! Definitely recommend this grocery store

Store is clean. It is large. They provide several items that other stores in town do not and at better prices. Some staff are good others are not. Prices are okay, not always the best, but the sales are good.

The cashier was extremely rude my brother, I realize its late and you wanna go home and everything, but every single person youre rude to, loses more customers, we are your pay, we are there for a reason, the least you could have a little respect to those you give it to you. I realize its only one worker whos rude, but that one worker could lose that costumers interest in the store.

My husband and I got thrown out of this store Thursday/23/2020 because we didn’t wear a mask, when we both have Asthma and can not breath good with them on. We told them that but they didn’t care, I would not spend a dime at this store!!

I shop this store because it is a Native American Owned business with the Native American term used loosely. LoL thats a joke that Real Indians will like. But back to the store it is always changing to offer something it didnt before or in a new format. They have a new deli and bakery as well as Post Office and BBQ eatery. Although I am not sure how much revenue is generated from the Dollar Store section. Now with the New rewards system they are offering I am interested to see how it turns out.

This place is huge and has a lot of variety in food, home supplies, and much more. If you dont know the layout of the store well then you may be awhile in there if youre grocery shopping. The workers are nice and the place is generally clean.

Great customer service in bakery and front cashier, Sauncia. Bakery made beautiful birthday cake with pink roses and wrote message on it. Grocery sackers were really fast and friendly.

Fire lake has good sales. The best prices around. Their food is always top quality.

Good prices on most items. Watch their expiration dates. I have found better deals on their meats at other stores. They dont offer certain items you can find at other larger stores though.

I go here about once a month to shop and stock up. I never go at the first of the month. Way to busy. Prices are always reasonable. One thing I like about them. always have a register open. Unlike Walmart.

Not bad. Store is always clean and staff are helpful. Prices are hit or miss. Meat prices are extremely cheap, and they run specials on top of that. Bakery and Deli are miles better than Walmart.

Guy at the door telling people to use the other entrance was rude and besides that everything else is returning to normal so how about giving it a rest with over vigilance. People who aren’t in great physical shape may not want to walk out of their way to just grab a couple things. Door guy suggested that we could find somewhere else to go so that’s what we did and we won’t be back!

This is the best place to buy your meats! Lots of bargains. We drive 40 miles one way to shop here.

I got some ribs from here and cooked them for dinner. While we were eating them I noticed something strange in mine that looked like a worm. I stopped eating them and started tearing apart the meat and there were flat worms all through it. I checked all the other ones and they were all infested with worms. Unfortunately my husband and 7 year old daughter had already ate their entire rib. We took them back and the meat manager claimed that it was veins. If I could post the picture on here that I took everyone that saw it would agree that it was worms. Everyone in my family also said it was worms. I strongly suggest you take my word for it and dont buy your meat from here.

Big store awesome selection. Ok on prices. But like most big stores they have 15 checkouts stands and only a few open. But I will say this. The checker was very nice, and the Lil girl bagging my groceries was very fast and friendly.

Always come here. Nice alternative to Wal-Mart. Its large, cheap, and good variety. Theres also a large section of things that are only a dollar and they have a hot food bar. They have a great membership discount card.
