Honest, respectful, and fun staff!! Did an awesome job with the embroidery and was very helpful with my purchase! I’d recommend them to anyone, been to other Lids and they weren’t as great as this store. Sad to be seeing them leave the mall.

Terrible customer service. The employees just sit on the counters cussing and smoking on e-cigs. Just a bunch of kids.
