I have been a customer of Home Media Solutions for the past two years. When I was deciding where to go for my new home sound system, I researched many different companies. The thing that sets Home Media Solutions apart, for me, has been their exceptionally kind and helpful customer service. From the get-go, they were very helpful in helping me explore different options and deciding which sound system best fit my needs. Now, two years after having my sound system originally installed, they are still quick to address any questions or problems that I may have, and promptly resolve any issue that arises. Moreover, their prices are very competitive. I would definitely recommend Home Media Solutions.

They installed the original home theater system in the home I purchased.The previous owner didnt provide any information on the system.When the video system stopped working, I cold-called every local company until I found this company who had the address in their system.I asked them to provide me a copy of the original installation paperwork when they came to troubleshoot.Not only did the technician not bring anything for me, but also informed me they didnt offer the media control system support any longer (ProControl) even though they installed it and its impossible for the end-user to program.After diagnosing the problem as my receivers video output, he informed me itd be just about as expensive to repair as to replace.I asked the technician what my options were and he said hed have the shop call me to discuss. He then proceeded to say that even though it was their install, I was a new customer so needed to pay $160 for the service visit.Fast forward several weeks. Not only was I never contacted again, I purchased a refurbished receiver ($700) and installed it - only to get the exact same issue.I bought a $15 HDMI cable and found out it was only the cable! It took me a couple of hours to route the new cable through the ceiling, but was luckily able to return the receiver for a refund (Amazon).Im still out the $160 and never got a single call back from them.Im sure theyd have loved to sell me a brand new system for a $15 problem...
