Keith is great to deal with. Our pool is fantastic. I’m sad I waited so many years to install a pool.

They put a pool in for us 2 and a half years ago and we have been super happy with the job. It only took a couple of days to get it installed. It turned out gorgeous!! Working with Keith and Ronnie on getting it done just like we wanted it was very easy. Definitely recommend them!!!

We signed a contract with Rock Creek Pools in February 2018. At signing we were told the process would take 7-10 days. Today is June 25, 2018 and our pool is still not complete. As soon as we signed the contract the owner, Keith Bonner, went from the happy salesman to ignoring our calls, texts and too busy to discuss the details of our pool. He has terrible customer service and communication skills always yelling, cursing and full of excuses. When we were doing our research Ronnie Pool was in charge of the actual construction and had been working for Rock Creek Pools for 10 years. He no longer works for Rock Creek Pools and no one has done any work on our pool since May 23, 2018. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Ronnie and his crew. They were very concerned and cared about the work they did. Keith treated the construction crew terrible.We have paid over 90% of our contract and Keith refuses to finish our pool unless we give him another check. We have no assurance Keith will finish our pool or the quality of the remaining work if we pay the balance before our pool is complete. So we are left with an incomplete pool in the peak of pool season. We would not recommended or ever use Rock Creek Pools on the future. Below are pictures of how Rock Creek Pools left our pool. The owner sent us a text saying your pool is done I need to be paid.

Rock Creek Pools constricted my pool. After weighing the pros and cons of fiberglass, gunite, and liner pools I decided to go with fiberglass. I’m very happy I did. Keith and his crew provided a lot of advice and recommendations along the way as I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. It turned out great! It looks awesome and my family enjoys it every day.

I would highly recommend Rock Creek Pools. Keith (the owner) was great to work with. I looked at several companies but ultimately went with Keith because he answered all my questions and returned every phone call. There were no hidden fees and he was honest and upfront about all the costs. Our pool is beautiful. You will not regret working with this company.
