Took my old chevy pickup I rescued from a field after it set for 5 yrs. Asked the owner WES to replace all the exhaust pipes. He put the car on the lift and examined the exhaust system and said all I needed was tailpipes, they was broke and hanging. I really thought all my pipes was rusted . Wes showed me they was still good. This business coulda made much more by fulfilling my request. But instead took the honest route. This is who you wanna do business with. The staff here knows you build a repotorie with customers yoi get repeat business. Ill definitely be back. You should too.

The dude took my converter off which was good and replaced it with a pipe that was way too small to in I tried to get him to replace it and he said forget

They are people who understand that the cars and trucks that they fix belong to families, and those loved ones safety depends on a safe vehicle. The cost of repairing your vehicle is a concern that they are aware of too. Came in on the day before Thanksgiving 2020 without an appointment. In a short amount of time Wess installed true duals from the exhaust manifold to the bumper. C&W Muffler are true professionals and they take pride in their work. Ill reccomend their work to everyone who asks. Thank you!!!

My son drove to Shawnee from Norman to referee a college soccer game. He is paying his way to college and money is very tight. He got in his car at four in the afternoon and had a massive oil leak. Trying to find a mechanic in the late afternoon on a Saturday in a town you don’t know is next to impossible. I did a quick search online and found C&W came recommended so I took a chance and called. Wes answer the phone and agreed to stay late while my son had his jeep towed to the shop. This was a prime chance where he could’ve ripped us off since we were in a desperate situation, and instead he fix the oil pressure switch for a mere $35, staying late on a Saturday to help a stranded college student. He was cheerful and helpful and went above and beyond. If you live in the Shawnee area or passing through I highly recommend Wes and his shop.

I just want to say, STAY AWAY FROM C&W MUFFLER!!! My experience w/Wes was absolutely horrible, hes a scam artist & was trying to me to the bank w/unnecessary things that didnt need to be done !!!! He then after charging me $325 he wouldnt give me nothing, but a receipt showing me labor, not the diagnostic report, said that I had diesel fuel in my tank which he was gonna charge me $1,400 to replace my fuel tank along with the other service he had already done for $325, but wouldnt show us a receipt of what he had done, because he was saving me money by doing it that way is what he said! He kept insisting that I had diesel fuel in my tank which we didnt believe that, because we had filled up my tank the night before & the Conoco that we went to doesnt sell diesel! He was trying to take me to the bank & then that wouldnt have fixed it, so then it wouldve been more money fixing the problem, but he wouldve NEVER been able to fix my problem, because it was my TURBOS & originally we thought it was my cadillic converters & I told him time & time again that its not diesel fuel in my tank & he said yes it is & you can smell it, so we decided to pick it up & have it towed to a loyal & honest person at his shop in MWC! My husband decided to smell before they loaded it & he said it doesnt smell like diesel! He wasnt even gonna give me a receipt until I asked him well wheres my receipt & hes like oh yeah! He also, was gonna do more work on my car w/o even telling me that he doesnt take credit cards & if I hadnt said anything then I wouldnt have gotten my car back, because it wouldnt have been diesel that was the problem & until I paid him the $1,700 plus, then I wouldve been screwed!!!!! Hes a liar, scam artist, phony & thief that wants to do services that arent necessarily, but its all about GREED!!!! Thank God we took it to the guy my dad & his friends use, because you dont find many loyal & truthful mechanics, but he couldnt work on it as he doesnt have the tools to do turbos m. Had to send to another mechanic that does turbos & he checked it out & he wasnt convinced it was the turbos, but my dad told him what do we gotta lose when youre telling me its the engine, which wouldve been over $10,000 to fix, so the car isnt worth fixing then & we were convinced that the guy my dad uses was right, so we told him to put the used turbos on & keep it for the weekend to see if that fixes it! Well you know what I had 2 other mechanics after Wes & they thought he was NUTS when they heard he said its diesel in my tank & now that the other guy put the used turbos on.....MY CAR IS RUNNING LIKE A CHAMP!!!!!!!!! Please ignore anything after the word CHAMP, because it wont allow me to see the rest of the comments I was writing & then correcting or wont let me get to it so I can delete, so ignore the rest. aliwe didnt believe that, became the day before we had just filled up my tank at a ConocoPhillips that absolutely has NO diesel and
