Do not waste your time like we did with this company. They did not show up as scheduled with no phone call and when you try to call them the mail box is full. Im sure it is all the other people trying to find out why they didnt show up as well.

We had a great experience with the crew. I couldnt have been happier with how my clients were treated and the amount of effort and time they put forth. Great price and optimal service.

This vendor cancelled their first appointment. They did show up for the rescheduled appointment and did a pretty good job. However one area looked like water had spilled and we called many times to get them back out to re-clean that area and they never would show up to finish the job. In addition, vendor would not provide appropriate company documentation for tax related filings.

They were very flexible with our schedule. They had to cancel because of a machine malfunction, but they worked us into their schedule the very next day. We had our front two rooms cleaned for a very reasonable price, they worked around our furniture and helped us move it around.

Customer service was top notch and so was the carpet cleaning. They did a great job and were very quick. My wife says the carpet can stay a little longer now.

Had these guys do some carpet cleaning for me and they did a great job. Very courteous and efficient and the guy who cleaned my carpets was very professional and kind. Great local carpet cleaner if you live in Overland Park. I will be using them in the future if I need my carpets cleaned again.

Unfortunately after a number of great cleanings from this company, they re-scheduled my last appointment and then no-showed on me. No call or apologies. This after moving my furniture for the cleaning - twice. Very disappointed.

Really great carpet cleaning company I found that serves Overland Park, we had some pretty dirty carpets that were well overdue for a cleaning and we were very pleased with the process in hiring Guaranteed Cleaning & Restoration. The man who spoke with was very friendly and professional when we initially called and in person. I would recommend them to others in the Kansas City area and will most likely use them again.

Guaranteed Carpet cleaning stands by their work and their name. We had white carpet in a living room that was heavily trafficked. The excessive dirt on the sub floor was pulled up to the carpet during the cleaning. This caused a striping effect in the carpet. Guaranteed staff returned TWICE at no charge to get the carpets completely clean. On the third service, the owner accompanied the technician to survey the project and make recommendations. It is rare to find a company that has such great attention to detail and customer service. Guaranteed Carpet Cleaning has our business for as long as we live in Kansas City! I will say that hands down Guaranteed Caropet Cleaning, the one on Overland Park was one of the best service experiences i have had with a water damage service. We had a horrific flood last month and were unable to get the company that insurance recommended to us until 3 days later. Guaranteed came out form a refferal by our mother and they were able to explain the whole process in perfcet time. We were very comfortable with the technicians in our home and we were very satisfied with the worksmanship they provided. Our home was dry and cleaned all within the same week. without these guys we awould have been a mess and probably still be arguing with insurance about what they cover. Our whole family is blessed to have been introduced to such a ethical service and a wonderful family business!
