No wheelchair access to second floor. Cashier mainly paid attention to my adult daughter who had a broken foot by asking her questions about her foot. He offered to carry her box of shoes she said she was fine but he insisted. She has one arm free because she had only one crutch. Meanwhile Im standing there with two boxes and my bag waiting so we could cash out. I started looking around and put my boxes on the counter and walked around while they were talking. My daughter called to me because they were finally at the counter. I went over and my boxes were put on the other side and he was cashing my daughter out. Then cashed me out. He offered to carry my daughters out but not mine. Which we both thought was very rude. Prices r lower in the basement but much higher on the main floor.

The manager was very helpful and went the extra mile (or more literally, the extra 50ft, he ran out to catch me in the parking lot to give me a business card and make sure I was a satisfied customer).

Have always had a very good experience shopping for footwear here. They are always there to help but definitely not pushy. They had the exact boot I was looking for in this time of uncertainty with availability and delivery of just about anything!

Weve always had great service here. None in our family have easy to fit feet...some are narrow, some wide, some pronate, all with low arches. They have been very patient helping us find shoes that are comfortable and supportive. They have also been fantastic with our our kids, with one of the larger selections in the area.

Kathy was a fantastic resource for us! It was a busy day at the store, but she took the time to get several different shoes for my husband, make recommendations, and even measure his foot. We haven’t been anywhere that actually did that in ages, and it was incredibly useful information. Highly recommended!!

Consistently excellent service & selection. I’ve shopped at all stores but usually go to one on Shelburne Rd. Not really sure where negative reviews are coming from. I’ve been shopping & buying shoes (for kids, elderly mom & me) for over 10 years and always 100% satisfied. Great people & great local store for high quality shoes. Just left the Colchester, Vt store. Will Never step foot in this place again. Partner was helped within seconds. I chose 4 styles that I wanted to try on and not one salesperson asked me if they could help. Will tell everyone that will listen to not visit this store.

I try my best to be friendly and polite to others, however I felt the exact opposite when I was shopping at this store. I didnt have much time to shop around because of an upcoming trip. So I bought a pair of shoes from them even though they were unhelpful and rude. I know now to look elsewhere for decent service!

I ordered a pair of boots through this store. I called in to ask on the status. The woman I spoke with didnt introduce herself so I dont have a name to add here. She was condescending and rude when stating that orders dont work like that we call you when they come in. She never asked for my name, confirmed whether or not my order was actually submitted or verified my contact information and prompty hung up the phone. I didnt realize my $200+ dollar purchase came with a side of bad attitude and poor customer service. This will be the last time I purchase something from any danform store. As someone who works in the customer service industry this was truly an appalling interaction.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff, made sure I left with something comfortable and great for the trails. Will be back for sure. I was helped by Larry and Melodie. (I think). From the moment I met Larry and told him what I wanted, he knew exactly what I wanted and found them and even made sure to tell me if they didnt have it he could have it quick. Much better then dealing with a big store and the craziness they bring with it. After dealing with 2 different employees, I felt like my purchase mattered. The best place in town to buy Dansko clogs and any other shoe - flip flops, Frye boots, etc. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly and always make your shopping experience fun. Cant wait to go back.

Easily amongst the rudest sales associates ever, young woman with the red hair in the glasses just couldnt get me out of the store fast enough. I ended up buying a pair of sneakers because they were exactly the same as the ones I was wearing, but as far as giving me any useful information about the item I was looking for in terms of who else might carry it or what brands to look into, this was a waste of time. I drove an to get information about therapeutic Footwear, but instead was hustled out the door by someone too impatient to even let me finish my sentences. This is the first and last time I will shop at danform.
