I purchased a new set of pajamagram flannel pajamas through amazon . Upon receiving these and opening the box and the plastic pouch they came in; I found that they were very damp (almost wet). The box was not wet or damp so this did not occur during transit. I did wash in a gentle cycle and dried on our clothesline . The bottoms (large) fit well but the tops were very tight and the arms are about 1.5 inches too short. I was expecting that the flannel would be thick and warm but it is thin and I seem to get a chill and it’s only the beginning of fall and not all that cold in our house yet. My expectations were not met. Nordstrom’s has much better pajamas compared to these.

I ordered a robe for my wife’s birthday which is today, 9/11 on 9/2. Paid an arm and a leg for expedited shipping for it to arrive on 9/10 so she could have it the first thing when she woke up. Shipment was delayed yesterday and still has not arrived ruining a great birthday. By somewhere else.

Order (which was a Mothers Day gift) arrived 3 weeks late even after I contacted them after it was 1 week late and they said they would overnight it and give me a partial refund. I explained that since they ruined my gift, they should issue a full refund AND overnight the gift. Gift arrived 2 weeks later and I got a paltry amount as a partial refund. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN they did not resolve a simple customer service issue even after I requested a supervisor. Overpriced and not worth it. You can order from any site nowadays and send as gift. Totally ruined my gift and did not resolve it correctly.

I placed an order in early December for a family set of pajamas as a gift from my mother to my sister. These were to be shipped to a different state. I ordered at 8pm on Dec 11. I was taken back by the 19.95 shipping fee on $200 worth of pajamas. That seemed out of the norm for most online businesses these days. So I looked around and decided to cxl the order. I called the Company and emailed them asking them to cxl at 9 am on dec 12th. (One item was to be monogrammed so i assumed it would take a little time before it shipped). In calling them the customer service agent told me no problem the order was cxled. About 2 hours later, i received an email stating the order could Not be cxled and that i needed to refuse the package if I wanted to cxl. So I called back. The customer service agent apologized about the 1st phone call and confirmed that indeed there was NO way to cxl the order. I was not happy because i had ordered from another company now because i was told it was cxled. I emailed the company after the second call and received another email stating that they could not cxl, it was on the ups truck and they could not take it off the truck. They offered to pay the shipping. So at this point I called the other company and cxled that order (this went smoothly) since i really did not want to tell a gift recipient to refuse a package. So fast forward to December 22. I emailed pajamagram and asked for a status on deliver. I received a reply stating that it was cancelled at my request and was not shipped! So now I have nothing going to my sister from my moms for Christmas. I called, the lady says oh sorry, our mistake, it should have been shipped and they ship it now. I said ok. Then she says, hang on. It looks like it was cxled so we can’t ship it. I explain the whole story and she says sorry, nothing they can do. They don’t have anything in the sizes we needed and it was my fault that I cxled the order. Luckily i was able to order from Hanna Anderson, paid $35 less, got expedited shipping. Ordered more products and it will arrive before Christmas. I am stunned Pajamagram is doing well. They are a disorganized mess.

Ordered Matching PJs for the 6th time this year. Had to ship to different locations this year due to COVID but we all will have matching PJs again. Would give 5 stars but their Promo codes are few & far in between, shipping is pricey. Also sometimes the Promo codes dont work so you have to call in. I have had great customer service & we all are happy with the quality. I wish they were a little cheaper though that is why a Promo code is a must.My family enjoys the new tradition... 6 years & counting.

Shoddy quality and incompetent service. They sent the gift to the wrong address (me, rather than my mother). After I opened the box I was glad because I would have been humiliated and embarrassed if my mother opened such a cheaply made gift. Do not use Pajamagram. Overpriced stuff that looks like its from the Dollar Store.

For the price you pay, youd assume you would get great customer service, but when the top fit but the bottom didnt and I tried to send back just the bottoms they refused to do it. They said they are sold as a set... and your point is? Talk about an inability to think outside the box. At $75 for a set they must have a monstrous profit margin, and youd think they wouldnt care a great deal about sending you a different size bottom to make a customer happy.

DO NOT BUY.Ordered for Valentines Day - they looked great and comfy and offered personalization, which is cool. Somewhere on their site in giant letters is a 100% love it guarantee- and in small letters it says - they will exchange or give a credit, and for personalized items they dont back their product. My wife is 52. Im 61.I ordered an XS pajama for her.It fit me. Loosely. After going back and forth with them since Valentines Day (they kept insisting to only give me a credit...for a product that wont ever fit my wife... so I guess their rationale is for me to hang on to the credit in the event I find a new, taller wife...) they begrudgingly agreed to refund the product. But they wanted me to pay for shipping. Are you kidding me?So they agreed to send a prepaid shipping label. And I got a refund... for $69. I paid 95. Personalization is $12.99. Im not a math pro, but Im pretty sure theres something missing in this refund. Perhaps they tried to pull a fast one on me and bill me for the prepaid shipping label?I cannot stress enough: THIS PLACE IS SHIFTY. Thank goodness for credit card protection. Ive never charged back anything in my life, but thats clearly my only option at this point.UPDATE: Jessi contacted me yesterday via Yelp and apologized, offering to refund the rest of my purchase, for which I am grateful. I will leave this review in place until they decide to change their policies - for future customers to take into consideration before finalizing a purchase.

Very disappointing. We received Christmas PJs at the end of November and were very excited to wear them for Christmas. My husband’s pair was too big so we completed the return document and sent it in as their site requires. It took 12 days for them to process the exchange request. We called and emailed about it and were assured it would arrive Dec 18. On Dec 22 we still had not received them so we emailed and were told they arrived on the 16 by fedex. However the email we received previously with tracking information was from USPS so that didn’t match up. we emailed them back saying we did not receive anything and have been getting countless packages from Amazon during that same time frame but didn’t get anything from Pajamagram. We didn’t hear back so we called. We were on hold for 23 minutes and then were prompted to leave a voice mail!!!! We didn’t even get to speak to a representative. We are so disappointed. It was such a sweet and expensive gift to be gifted and now we won’t have them for Christmas despite our sweet friend sending them out over a month in advance. Who knows if we will ever even get them. They have very poor company policies and processes. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

I placed two orders on 11 December, granted late in the evening so I didnt expect processing until 12 December. I paid for expedited shipping (1 - 3 business days) for the first as I wanted the pajamas in hand well before Christmas. I placed a separate order for a Christmas present at the same time, but with standard (2 - 7 business days) and not expedited shipping so it would arrive before Christmas just in time to be wrapped and put under the tree.On 20 December, 6 business days after 12 December, when my order was placed, the second standard shipping package arrived (supposedly, UPS confirmed it but I havent seen it yet). The expedited shipment is still not in hand.I checked the PajamaGram website and neither order shows up in my Order History there. I contacted customer service via Chat and was first connected with Bob. He provided me with a UPS tracking number for the standard shipping package and a FedEx number for the expedited package. He agreed to submit a refund request for the $8 premium I paid for expedited shipping, and stated FedEx showed the package would be delivered by 22 December - 7 business days and 3 weekend days after the order was placed. Before I was able to verify either of the tracking numbers, Bob disconnected our Chat session. The UPS one checked out and showed delivered today, though I am not at home, and I attempted to verify the FedEx one. Except Fedex didnt have that tracking number in their system at all. I reconnected with customer service via Chat and got Jessica this time. She provided me with a different FedEx number that was in their system.-Not getting my expedited package on time (-3 stars).-Only offering me a refund for the expedited shipping difference is the absolute minimum they had to do, particularly since my standard shipped package is already at my door. (+1 star; additional compensation would have earned back an additional star - for instance, refund for all shipping or coupon for next purchase).-For an E-Commerce business, not having an accurate history of my orders in my account with shipping information is a problem (-1 star).I probably will not purchase anything from this company again.

So disappointing. Made an order first week of December for matching PJs for the family. Thought it would be fun. I messed up and entered our new address wrong. Didn’t catch it and UPS returned the PajamaGram. I called and explained the situation and it was so lovely bc they said they would remake them and send them out and I would have by the holiday. At no charge. This was going to be such a lovely positive review bc that was soAmazing customer service.Only it never happened. Despite the fact that I called 3 times the week prior to Christmas. And was told it had shipped so no problem. Except they never came. I sent an email. Nothing. Called yesterday and, after being in hold for 15 minutes, I left a message that no one returned. So I called back AGAIN today (5th call in a week). I was told my order had shipped the 17th and she verified the address. I explained I hadn’t received and asked for a tracking number. After being placed on hold for 8 minutes, she stated they could send it out on Monday. No answer as to why it hasn’t shipped. So yay. Great! Gonna have some brand new Christmas PJs in time for the new year.Just disappointing. It was going to be a great customer service job by PajamaGram and then they got in their own way and messed itUp.

These pjs are low and inconsistent quality. I ordered matching pjs for my wife and daughter. My daughter really liked her soft pjs. My wifes felt like burlap and they must have cost $2 to make overseas even though they charge $60 for them! My wife will not wear these so they are not matching. The company is long on promises but only partially delivered.Do not use them if you want guaranteed soft PJs.they advertise a no hassle credit but i have to ship these $2 pjs back and they wont issue a credit until they receive them. So there is a hassle. the customer service rep claims she is not allowed to send me free PJs but I already paid $60!!!

Ordered pajamas for my girlfriend for Christmas a lil over a week early paid for the shipping that guaranteed it would be here the end of that week. Ended up playing phone tag to try and receive my package and fill Ally received it two weeks later after multiple trips to a FedEx holding facility and all they offered for reimbursement was 25 dollars off next purchase. Wat next purchase? Never again do not be fooled by this company the pajamas r not even nice wat a rip off.
